It was really late and near closing when we went in. The young man behind the counter was very kind to fix our three lattes. He couldve done like another place I had gone to and said sorry were closed but he didnt. Thank you very much. I recommend coming here. Hope to come back one day.

Awesome little hidden expresso bar with all kinda little extra aminaties

Good place and its a good spot to have some coffee with friends or anybody else. The coffee is really good its tasty and satisfying.

We needed a coffee fix before jumping on MARTA to head back to the airport. There were no caribou or Starbucks on our walk, but there was a Jittery Joes. It is located in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel, which is a dimly lit and almost cavelike. The coffee at Jittery Joes is worth seeking it out. Their menu is limited, but if you ask for something different, they are very kind about making it. The pastries are fresh and tasty also.

Nice coffee shop with lots of seating and a nice bench in the back. love the ambiance of the place you could really feel relaxed! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Went because of the Zagat rating and reviews. Mediocre iced coffee. No cold brew. Waste of time walking here to get it.

This place is pretty good, but seems limited due to its size and location. This coffee shop is located inside of a hotel building and is therefore not visible from the street or sidewalk. The storefront itself is tucked away in a corner of the hotel lobby and not easy to find. It seems to limited to one employee per shift. The options here are limited to coffee and only some food items.

This coffee shop is in the lobby of the lovely ritz Carlton! All the staff I encountered there were very nice except the lady working at the coffee kiosk! She was rude to the point I felt uncomfortable. I would not return based on her strange attitude when serving me. Coffee was ok but for 5 dollars for a drink a smile would be nice for customers. Will go somewhere else for my coffee in future!

Overpriced and had wait while they actually brewed a single cup of coffee. Desserts look great but weird display. Uncomfortable waiting. Staff Zzzzzz.

Nitro coffee was great, English muffin breakfast sandwich was downright atrocious. Eerily chewy, says it comes with cheddar cheese but the shine of it leads me to believe it is American cheese. Taylor ham felt undercooked also

Coffee is just ok nothing great. Pastries were feeling like day old ones, very stale and not fresh. Visited about a year ago and it was much better. Sitting area is nice because its in the Ritz and they have a reputation to up hold. Id visit for a quiet place to have a run of the mill coffee and relax a bit from what ever is going on in life at that moment.

I like the place and the coffee was awesome. Only reason, why I am giving a 3 start is due to a rude sever that was helping us. Keirston had a very bad attitude and was not helpful, when asking about the menu. When asking questions she was being very rude.

Jittery Joes has a very small counter inside the Ritz-Carlton lobby, which is convenient if you miss Athens and need your JJ fix. Its a little hard to spot when you come in and theres not a lot of options on the menu, but its quaint and cute. You can get coffee by the cup or take home a can, plus theyll give you a sticker!

Located inside the Ritz-Carlton hotel. Im familiar with the coffee when they had a cafe in NYC, so I was excited to visit. But I was bummed that its inside a hotel because prices are higher. I didnt get anything because there was a line.

I am from Athens, where JJ was started. Seeing one in ATL made me very happy. The coffee is still exceptional and the verity of other drinks keep you coming back for more.
