I can’t speak highly enough about Bella Baby in Cork. Their staff are amazing and go out of their way to help. I haven’t gone elsewhere for any of my little guys needs from his travel system to crib, even his sheets, feeding utilities, even little toys. Everything u need. My latest trip was for gathering items needed to start weaning stage.

I contacted Bella Baby about an issue we had with our Cybex Mios pram. The Bella Baby team quickly identified the issue and as the pram was still under warranty, they immediately shipped us out a replacement part from their own stock to speed up the process. Additionally they kindly sent us on a video clip showing how to fit the replacement part. We couldnt recommend Bella Baby high enough and we will certainly be going back to them for our future requirements.

Absolutely fantastic customer service by Megan and the team in Bella Baby Dundrum. They were extremely helpful offering advice to me when confused between two products (daunting for a first time mum to be!) and answered all of my questions with time and detail. When the order arrived there was a slight issue with one item (due to fault of the supplier) however they dealt with it with such ease and ensured it was sorted out very efficiently and promptly. Highly impressed with their service and would advise any parents to be to shop with them.

Lisa in your dundrum store in dublin is a genuinely decent person who is phenomenal at her job. I paid mamas and papas €2000 for a travel system and baby products in march, in may I still didnt have them and baby was coming. Lisa over the phone talked me through the best travel system for my needs, checked what she had in the shop and got it to me in a matter of days. I am delighted with the joolzs pram and cannot thank her and your company enough. Helen x

Excellent service and really friendly staff

We went to Dundrum yesterday 29.02.2020 and we were willing to spend a few hundred for items for our second baby as wespent at least 3,500 euro there for our first baby in 2017. Even though we had small issues back then with deliveries we were willing to go back to this store. Well this experience was the worst experience ever talk about rude staff. We were waiting a long time to talk to a sales assistant and eventually when one came over she was so rude and of no assistance whats so ever. Well they just lost a big sale from us aswe went upstairs in Dundrum to another baby store and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Bella baby seriously needs to look into good customer service skills as I was so annoyed leaving the shop when it was suppose to be a happy occasion!!

This store is literally the worst service I have ever seen. Staff didnt know anything about the products they were selling. We asked for a demonstration on one of the products and not only did they refuse, they used the excuse that another staff member was in hospital so they couldnt? Not sure who owns this franchise in dundrum but its time to take your head out of the sand and pay attention to the details. You lost out on at least 2k of sales from us today and whilst we were there 7 other couples walked out in disgust. Seriously poor and unbelievably laughable. We went to baby elegance and got the service our 2k spend demanded. Would recommend any other person thinking of shopping here to think again.

Purchased my babys pram back in January for my baby in February they did not have it ready on time tried to give me a second hand buggy to keep me ticking over !!they finally gave me a carry cot of a joolz hub which wasnt what I ordered I asked for the cocoon insert for new born apparently this was hard to get. Anyways I went over 2 days because induction collected ot to be told it is 2 days behind, by the time I get home from hospital I will have it I was in hospital for auiet some time after c section etc and still no cocoon I was just accepting it at this stage I was extremely upset and hormonal but the taught of not having the exact stuff I paid for was such a stress to my mind Im a perfectionist when it comes to my kiddies! Like all parents !Then I got a call and said they need the carrycot back 🤣 for another women because something happened with her pram what a absolute joke after saying I could keep it but thats not what I wanted to do in the first place hence the reason I didnt want it but just an example of the lack of consistent care and communication that is not given to pregnant women at the time I messages instagram pages facebook etc and to find the staff run this themself.However I finally got sorted in the end and my chassis was faulty one side was lower and not as sturdy as the other wheels keep coming off etc I took it back to store and they gave me a silver and navy chassie with now my black seat the awful look of the pram was ridiculous as my choice was all black !After all this stress my parent and family went out and got me a new pram. Costing another massive amount Eventually a few months later about August I was so upset my childminder was using my joolz hub because at this stage it was replaced the chassis was ! however I have been noticing the same issue called the store they said nothing I can do ? Its a couple of months now ? I asked for proof of purchase because they never gave me one at the end as they said joolz will cover a small fraction of the price as good will ? But bits of the pram is falling apart and nothing anyone can do ! My parents went into the shop and the young girl was so rude my mother understands why I just got fed up.One thing I will say about this service is they dont actually care about anyones newborn throwing parts of prams and carrycots around like bacteria and virus dont exist. Im not saying Im perfect but as every new mother births a new baby who wants this carryon and then parts of a pram that you dont no where they have been or whose baby was in there was it clean ? Etc these guys are quick to take a quick sell you anything but once that sale is made prepare for a extremely hurtful unsettling experience still to this day I have a beautiful joolz hub with no proof of purchase no support from these guys and its faulty and anyone who has pushed it says dont use it its faulty ! It makes me sick to think these guys can perform to celebrity bloggers etc using there service because its been promoted but leaving me in this position is still and has been a awful experience I genuinely feel like bringing the pram to dundrum doing a demonstration and having those guys shut down.All I wanted was a working chassie which I paid for extremely upsetting experience overall I hate dundrum now even more the shop is inside annoys me so much that they did not care at all

Very helpful staff in Dundrum not pushy at all and spent loads of time with my husband and I going through all of the options and costs.

Bella Baby is the Zappos of baby stuff. You really need to experience their customer service before to understand how much time and energy goes into pleasing their customers at all costs.This was my second large order with Bella Baby where I was a massive PITA. Caroline really went out of her way to make sure that I left the shop (after ordering online), beyond happy. I cannot stress how above and beyond she went for my premature little boy. Any other shop (cough cough motherc***) would have told me to take a hike but Caroline made sure I became a customer for life.The girls in the store were also amazing. We were taken care of by a lovely Brazilian girl. She really made it obvious that these were not just sales assistants. They had all received advanced training. Not only in product usage and installation, but on customer satisfaction. Its great to see a company so invested in their staff. It really shows now that its so rare.To top it all off, Bella Baby are also the cheapest, offer PayPal payments and seasonal newsletter discounts and the pinnacle of savings, an automated customer loyalty discount applied at checkout. The whole experience from start to finish is a textbook customer delight blueprint.I cannot recommend Bella Baby enough. Thanks guys!

Have had poor customer experiences here. Was in there on Saturday trying to make a purchase but was ignored at the cash register and eventually walked out. This is the second time this has happened. Going to buy the item now online from another site.

Very disappointed with service, staff were quite rude and one staff member referred to my current buggy (2013 Baby Jogger GT) outdated! I was looking for a light buggy for travel, staff could not tell me if the buggy I asked about complied with airline cabin restrictions even though I had the measurement written down my partner had to work it out instead. Then after a lovely snide comment - referring to a buggy with a rain cover which can only be purchased separately - she pre-judged that this would probably be out of my price range. Took my business online and bought an uppababy g-luxe with the raincover purchased separately (and i didnt need to resize my overdraft contrary to your prejudices!) and a Yezz for the flight. Wont be returning.

Unhelpful Staff!! A simple request to see a sample of baby grobags was denied and no alternative help was offered. The grobags were all in packets/boxes and the sizing on the boxes seemed to be a little different so in order to be sure of the size for our baby we asked to see an actual grobag and were simply told no. What a pity cos the store itself was nice and we were prepared to buy two grobags (at 40euro each) and a mobile but instead left and took our money elsewhere.
