Love this place. I’ve never had to wait an unnecessarily long time. The waiting area is lovely (if the tv is too big for you don’t worry there’s another one! Lmao) restroom is clean. The guys here are wonderful - always patient with me when I question their suggestions for my vehicles - will always come here.

My husband called Tire South to ask if they had our type of truck tire in stock. Taylor answered the phone and he quickly and efficiently answered my husbands questions. I cant tell you what a relief it was to know that the tires we needed were available. We were within a hairsbreadth of having our right front tire blow out in bumper to bumper Atlanta traffic and had pulled off under an overpass so that my husband could put the Mickey Mouse spare on. We limped our truck the 18 minutes it took to get to Tire South and Taylor took great care of us. As I heard it, some of the crew didnt want to take on yet another (unexpected) vehicle on a Friday evening, which I completely understood, but we were on our way back to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from a visit to the North Georgia mountains and just wanted to get back home again. Best tire/auto shop in Atlanta. I needed a patch on my moped tire - all the other tire shops I went to wouldn’t help. Tires south went above and beyond to make sure my moped tire wasn’t leaking air.They had me in and out in 10 minutes even though they looked busy. Luis even offered to cover the cost of the patch job. 10/10 highly recommended.

Excellent Service! I visited three different tire stores in the area and got the run around. I stopped here expecting the same disappointment and was pleasantly surprised! Ron, was amazing! Not only did he fix my caliper cover issue that was rubbing against my wheel! He went the extra mile and checked the other side for me which happen to have the same issue, that I was not aware of! I have been here a few times and I have always been treated with respect and get great service. I am always in and out within an hour for tire work. My daughter thought they were expensive but tires for a Dodge Avenger are high. Now they don’t wear masks, but they are more at risk because even though I was Vaccinated, I still got Covid. I wear my mask and pray that none of the workers there get sick, because they gave me excellent customer service. This is NOT a paid endorsement! Just my experiences with them.

This place is absolutely amazing. I felt like I was getting the same treatment as when you drive up to a chick fil a. These guys definitely know what they are doing. They plugged up my tire for me and checked the air in all my other ones without me having to ask. I will definitely keep using you guys in the future. I found I had a flat just after 5pm and tried several other tire shops before I got to TireSouth. They all said they couldnt help, to come back tmrw. When I got to TireSouth the rep examined the tire, suggested I take it into the dealer as it may still be under warranty (vs attempting to sell me a tire or other service), and had one of the service guys put my spare on for me while I waited. I felt bad I wasnt able to give them more business given the level of integrity and service they demonstrated.

This place is awesome. I came here after NTB quoted me a 2 hour wait time. TireSouth patched my flat tire in 20 min for $25. Great value. They are professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Needed 4 new tires for a Mercedes in a hurry. They hooked me up in under an hour for about $300 less than I was prepared to pay! Ive already recommended them to friends.

Where can I start. They damaged one set of wheels on my vehicle. They were bent anyway. So, I purchased another set. I didnt have the new set for one month before I had to come back for rebalancing. Only to have the same technician who damaged the first set, to damage the new set. Now, Im waiting for the manager to call me back with how he will repair it. Two weeks later I still havent heard from them. Also, my wheels still need to be balanced. I dont think I will give them another chance to screw up my wheels and tires again. Its my fault, giving them a chance to do the right thing. DONT GO THERE FOR ANYREASON! I could not recommend them at all.

Called ahead to see if they had my tire in stock which they did. Once I arrive within less than 10min they pulled it around and had the tires off. I ended up getting both back tires replaced and they had me completed within 30min. Other tire spots said they couldnt get to me until the weekend. This place is professional and efficient and that I can appreciate.

Im always hesitant to let my wife go take care of any car issues by herself because these places always seem to try to take advantage of her. Not the case with Tire South. These guys are so honest, they give ole Abe a run for his money. Not only are they honest but they are well priced and the waiting room is pleasant and comfortable for however brief you are waiting. I would highly recommend Tire South for your tire needs.

I cannot express more highly the ease and professionalism that TireSouth gave me yesterday. Needing tires desperately and being worried about the price, I found some online through their website and was immediately contacted by CJ about the process and he could fit me in THAT DAY which is fairly unheard of. Upon showing up, the tires were there, and they installed them quickly and at no point did I feel pressured to be upsold or have any surprise charges. Then at the end, I made a small inquiry about a product and Trenton went out of his way to do research, even writing down the exact specifics of what I needed, right before they were closing. It was truly a professional, class act. Ill never go anywhere else for my automotive needs, or even, simple car advice.

I spent Labor Day Weekend driving around on my spare thanks to a large chunk of metal that lodged itself in one of my tires on 400N. I called TireSouth at 11:00am Tuesday morning, got an appointment for 11:30am and was driving away with my new tire by 11:50am. Andrew also let me know that my rear brakes are going to need replacing soon. I will never go to another tire store...TireSouth has secured my business for life!

They really helped me out in a jam yesterday. Had a flat tire while on the interstate. Called the shop to get pricing information, literally was gonna be getting to the shop after they closed and they (C.J.) assured me they would wait and get me all fixed up quickly and they did. New tire mounted and balanced within 7 min and back out the door. Really appreciate it guys THANKS AGAIN

I Would absolutely recommend Tire South to anyone interested in getting work done on their vehicle. I came in to get a lift, wheels, and tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I worked with CJ to pick out the individual pieces and he not only was very knowledgeable, but was really helpful in making suggestions for the look I was going for. CJ put in a lot of extra time and effort for my build and he kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Went in to get a wheel alignment done due to a shop on my side of town not doing it properly. Not only did they correct the issue but before they even started, they were kind enough to let me know if I was going to need an alignment or not via a free alignment check. Now thats taking care of the customer!Its hard to find a reliable, honest tire place that does alignments but Tire South is the best!

They were professional, friendly and economically fixed my issues. They were also very fast, only 40 minutes to inspect, change two tires with a packed house of customers.

On Monday night (during one of the many, many days of rain we had here in Atlanta) I hit a pothole and popped my tire. After waiting 3 hours for the tow truck to arrive, I had my car left in the parking lot of Tire South to get it repaired the next day. Luckily I had purchased the protection plan on the tires, so all I paid for was aligning & mounting a new tire and $17 for the protection on the new tire. Tuesday morning I called and spoke with Holden. He was so nice on the and remembered me from when I purchased my tires. They were able to repair my tire that day, so I left work and got a ride there immediately to give them my car keys for the tire change. To my surprise Holden has already arranged for my tire to be changed in the parking lot!!!!! It had been maybe 15-20 since I’d spoke to him and it was a wonderful surprise to get here & not have to wait. To just pay get back to work.Holden also let me know that I needed a brake pad change soon, and after the great customer service I’d already received I knew I wanted to get any and all car repairs/maintenance here.Trent has also been really nice & accommodating throughout my repairs. He got the process as soon as I walked in, offered me something to drink & let me know how long the brake pad change would take.My favorite thing about these guys though is the fact they don’t try to sell me something I don’t need or try to take advantage since I’m a woman. If you need any work done on your car, come here first. You won’t be disappointed!!

Chose TireSouth based on the positive reviews and expected a great experience. Left disappointed after being ignored for 10 minutes upon arrival. I recommend visiting Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers next door where you will be promptly welcomed and provided with superior and friendly customer service.

Ive been going to Tire South for years and have only had great experiences with Brandon and his team.Whether its buying new tires, tire repairs, rotation, or even adding my recent lift I always trust and call Tire South.

Would love to put 0 stars but unfortunately cannot.I went to Tire South (Howell Mill location) in order to get my 4 tires replaced. Left the car in their possession, when I came back I was met by one employee that showed me a video of a car backing up really fast and hitting hard my car. I was then asked to pay full price for my tires and to figure out on my own what are the next steps. I called the police to get a report unfortunately as it happened on private property no report is being done. i have now to deal with calling my insurance and filling a claim on my side so that I can get Tire South to pay for the damages.This is really poor business and customer service as the employees were all in a rush to go home and left me on their parking lot waiting 1h30 for the police. I did not get any information on their insurance or anything as they did not know any of that. Beware that they are not taking any responsibilities for their actions and the customer if then left trying to figure out what do it in order to make things right!

Great experience at Dekalb Tire. Oil change, etc done in less than an hour, nice courteous staff.

Their customer service is excellent. They offer tire alignment and road force high speed balancing, which is why I started coming here to start. They never try to charge me for extra services, and now I wished I had purchased my tires from them. To not sound completely biased, I do wish they allowed you to book appointments, but I am usually in and out within an hour if I come before 9 am.

So today I went to Tire South on Howell Mill to get my wheels balanced and rotated. I was there first thing in the morning before anyone arrived. It took them 40 minutes to get started on my truck. I had to ask the guy at the desk what was the hold up.. finally they get started and I’m paying attention to what they doing to my wheels. They only balanced 2 wheels and didnt rotate them. So i called them out on it and they tried to BS me telling me they did rotate them when I personally marked my wheels at the location they were at! The guy telling me the rear tires didnt need balancing what so ever. I was like alright let me talk to the manager. Unfortunately the manager wasn’t there so I discussed this with the guy at the desk and he said he would have a talk with the guys. Very poor customer service. My advice.. take that extra drive to the McDonough location!

IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 4 OR 5 YEARS, MONDAY I WENT IN TO GET A USED TIRE AND NO SOONER THAN I LEFT MY TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AND IM THINKING MAYBE THE GUY FORGOT TO PUT A LITTLE AIR IN IT NO BIGGIE, SO I PUT AIR IN THE TIRE, EVERY FEW MILES THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT COMES ON, NOT ONLY DID THEY SALE ME A BAD TIRE, THEY CHARGED ME MORE WHICH I PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR PRICE GOUGING, AND A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMERS AFFAIRS!! THIS TIRE THEY PUT ON IS PROBABLY THE SAME TIRE I HAD CHANGED OUT LAST MONTH BECAUSE IT WAS DOING THE EXACT SAME THING EVERY FEW MILES I DRIVE THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON, AND NOW THEYRE TRYING TO CAPITALIZE OFF THIS PANDEMIC BUT THEY WONT DO IT TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT FOR EVERY TIRE I EVER BOUGHT YOU CANT UP THE PRICES BECAUSE OF A PANDEMIC. MAKE SURE THEY DONT SALE YOU A BAD TIRE OR TIRES

Well I think they are a decent company. Customer service could use some fine tuning. I purchased four tires and also purchased the tire warranty. I needed a replacement and they told me at the time that if only purchased three warranties. When i questioned it they said they werent sure why i only had 3 tires with the warranty. Thankfully the tire that needed replaced was one of the three tires i had warranty on. I then asked if i could go ahead and have my tires rotated and check the balance. They didnt do it and when i asked the guy that installed the tire i needed replaced he just walked off like i wasnt even talking. I wont be buying anymore tires from them once these need replaced.

I came here because my brakes were making this awful noise. I got a quote $338 (brakes w/ rotors and labor). As I was sitting in the waiting area, the next day, I notice one of the mechanics and he looked upset and frustrated. He was glaring at me through the window. Later, I overheard him saying he wasn’t going to do the brakes at 5:30pm (referring to yesterday when I simply came to get the brakes checked out and get a quote) he also says “the brakes were messed up for awhile” He seemed irritated. They didn’t even ask me but I went to two mechanics before coming here and they “fixed it” obviously they hadn’t did a good job and I wasted money because he said they were bad for awhile. Either way it made me uncomfortable and I’ll never come back here and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I went in today and had fast and great service to my tire. I got it patched up there and the manager/owner just said thank you for coming and hope we did a great service. I did not get charged for the patch on my tire and i gotta say this is 100% great customer service.

Honest Review - Brought my vehicle in for a tire balance due to high speed vibrations. Unfortunately, an accident occurred during the balance and two of my wheels were slightly scuffed. When I noticed the damage, I let them know and after a brief conversation, the shop apologized and offered to buy replacement wheels for me.They went out of their way to keep me updated on the shipping status of the wheels and had them installed at my earliest convenience.We ran into further tire balancing issues that were by no means the fault of TireSouth. However, they dedicated themselves to fixing my issue. After a few long road force balance sessions, they were finally able to fix the issue. They never gave up. Ive had shops in the past send me home with false diagnostics when repairs became to difficult or time consuming for them to do.Special thanks to Taylor for all of the help. For anyone that is looking for a local shop in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend TireSouth. They are honest, have very fair prices, and run a respectable business.

Took my car for an alignment on a Saturday so i was expecting to wait a while but they were able to get me in right away and was done in 30 minutes. My first time at this location was a breeze. I was getting a tire replaced that was under warranty with tire rack, and the employees at the desk took great care of me; ordering my tire, mounting and balancing it all under 24 hours for a similar price to what I paid online. This place is awesome. I had a nail in my tire and took it to another dealership on Ponce (I wont name who). I waited on hour, only for them to say it couldnt be patched and to try to sell me a $250 new tire. I refused and called TireSouth. They told me to bring it over and they would give me an honest opinion. I arrived, he looked and said he could patch it, and I was out in 15 minutes with a perfectly patched tire and only spending $25 instead of $250. I couldnt have been more pleased with the customer service and quality of service.

TireSouth is the space between the tire rubber and the road. Holden, Jake (I believe is his name) and the team that installed my new rims/same tires were unbelievably easy to work with. These guys are the real deal when it comes to exceptional customer service. Yesterday afternoon after work, I drove to the Howell Mill location to have new rims put on the same tires. In mind, I had a certain rate that I thought theyd charge, however. I was very wrong. My guess-rate was $150, but Holden said nope. well do it for $100. The guy left me no other choice but to hug him...so I friggin did with near-teared up eyes of gratefulness. This is ol skool southern hospitable service at its best. I told Holden that the guys at his location should share their customer service model with local restaurants/businesses in the area. These guys are genuine people caring about people. My loyalty meter just went up and Im definitely recommending TireSouth Howell Mill Rd!

The team at TireSouth Atlanta is beyond exceptional. Other mechanics have told me that my tire was irreparable, but when I took it to the team, Craig (sorry if I spelled it wrong) examined the tear from within before giving me a final answer - and he found out the tire was indeed reparable, so they patched up my tire and had me on my way in a matter of 30 mins.Jake also exemplified exceptional customer service as I was offered refreshments while waiting. I took my Xterra in for tires- Previous owner painted the wheels black with what I assume wasn’t anything more than a rattle can; BUT these guys still didn’t scratch the rim.

This is the best car shop I’ve ever been to! I have been multiple times and every time they are very helpful to explain exactly what is going on with my car, and they always are friendly and fast! I only use these guys now. I never ever feel ripped off like I do at dealerships or other car places, they always work to get me a fair price.

Went to Tire South on two occasions, the first was a punctured tire to get patched and later to install 4 new tires. Both instances were fast and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
