Kevin took care of my car. cat converter, o2 sensors and emissions. At a great price. No I am not telling the price you have to go see for yourself.

I wanted to delete my mid mufflers to make my 2014 v-8 Chrysler 300c sound more like a v-8. I drove there after work and 45 minutes later my car was growling like a 5.7 liter hemi is supposed to.Other muffler shops wanted to charge $160-$250. Mighty Muffler did it for $80!Quality work at a reasonable price. Best in town!

Very good people, reasonable rate.I went to replace my catalytic convertor. He said it would be around $800.00. I told I would bring my own catalytic convertor and he would install it.I bought the equipment front Rock Auto online and he charged me only $150.00 and the car passed the emission testing. I saved $350.00.

This was the easiest car repair process I have ever experienced! Kevin was awesome!! He diagnosed and fixed my car same day. My 2010 Maxima had been to three other places before I found Nationwide. Problem solved! All my troubles are gone. I will use them again in the future for sure!!

Was dropping my Daughter off in Atlanta and my muffler fell had a tow truck driver tie it up on Alabama to make it there woke up next morning praying for help came across these God sent I call at at 830 Saturday morning and explain what happened and A nice man told me to bring it for him to see if he could help and he stopped what he was doing to help me get back on the road 11 hours later I am safe back in Houston thanks 🙏

This is a muffler shop that can do everything. Catalytic Converters, brakes, radiators and even emissions testing. The only problem is they are understaffed and it takes them a while because the are multi tasking. I normally deal with Kevin and he has great customer service skills and he always remains calm even when it looks to be overwhelming. I have the 3 1/2 stars just because of the wait other than that I would give 4 stars.

Mighty Muffler released my whole vehicle to someone unknown to me, I mean just let somebody come in and say that they were ther to pick up the car, and they gave it to them#$%@!Im going through this right now so ill continue with the whole situation details and results when im finished with them.

I will never get work done here again.the people where very rude and did not have good customer service. They did not fix my car right the same way I dropped it off was the same when I picked it up.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years for oil changes. They use to be fast and professional. Now since Kevin is back and this really rude guy with freckles works here. I am never able to seem to get an oil change this is my fourth time with in the last month attempting to get an oil change. The guy with the freckles is so rude and nonchalant its ridiculous. No problem I can easily take my money elsewhere

Ive been getting exhaust work done here for about 15 years and has been best in the area for custom work. Kinda pricy but for the quality of job Juan does i wouldnt care how much it cost. Keep up the good work guys will return with related exhaust system work.

Just left the Campbellton Rd location and service was great and professional and I was in and out able to enjoy the rest of my day.I highly recommend to anyone in need of the services.

In the past I had a good experience and rate them a 5. But today I must write them a one I came to this store for service and they asked me to come back in an hour when there would be more fat I came back an hour and 20 minutes later in beit both acted as if they didnt have any idea of what was going on they were so busy they claim that I have to come back the next day bad service poor professionalism.

The worst customer service ever here on Campbellton Rd. They damaged my car and refuse to fix what they broke. The manager cant even make a decision without waiting on approval. Make a damn decision Calvin you are in charge. You bent the pipe all I ask was fix the pipe you bent and I will deal with the rest. Never again and I will not recommend them. Maybe because Im a woman. The owner of all the shops dont want you to have her number. The person that handles problem (Judy) I spoke with 6/27/2018 waiting on to call me back find out today she want be back til Monday. She never answer the phone regularly you have to hope and pray you catch her in the office, the answering machine always off. Just unprofessional all the way round

Went here this morning and they got me in and out in 2 hours. I replaced my exhaust manifold (catalytic convertor on top of my Nissan Altima) and they reset my check engine light before leaving the property, in order to pass Emissions.- These guys are great, I recommend them to others, and I would use their service again in the near future! This place is a disgrace to the neighborhood. My mother went there today and had a terrible experience getting her emissions test. The guys were rude, unprofessional and extremely pushy. If you can avoid this place, please do!

Came here for emissions testing ( I even tipped the guy) didn’t pass so I got my vehicle repaired and came back for retesting as included in initial price . Left work early so I can be there before they close . I got there at 4:20 they close at 5 pm the guy claims the machine was shut down already for the day and they couldn’t cut it back on to retest . I don’t respect businesses that don’t honor their obligations this place is trash and I will not be back . Terrible customer service

I called before I came to location an I was told one thing drive a hour away to get turnt around due to the part wasn’t in stock an the price was one thing an different once I arrive a waste of my time the manager was very rude an had no cCompassion for my time
