I had a very amazing experience today ! I booked my appointment yesterday & was able to get in and out promptly ! The guy, Colin (I believe I overheard another customer ask & this is what he replied as I forgot to ask myself, so i apologize if it’s wrong ) was a Godsend & very very pleasant. I will be coming here from now on for my services & will be back for my brakes. He was greatly appreciated, a breath of fresh air, & very friendly ! This is the place to go for all your needs.

I’m sure they have some type of good services. However when desperately needing a oil change and battery jump on my vehicle the manager insisted on not helping me. He stated I quote “We can not jump your Hyundai Sonata Hybrid battery, we do not want to be at fault for it.” (Please note my car died inside the Midas parking lot, about to get my car serviced) It’s not the statement that’s concerning, it’s the thought of what if my car battery had died when it was actually inside the shop getting repair ? Would they have jumped the battery then? Or would I have to still pay for a tow truck service ? All in all I had to pay for a whole tow truck service to remove my car because they also stated that I can not leave my car there past the closing time. Just an alert to my Hybrid or electronic car customers . You maybe better off somewhere else as the manager state they can’t really help if something goes wrong in the process of servicing your car.

I went originally to have my spark plugs checked and got a flat tire on the way there. They replaced my spark plugs and tire and filled my doughnut with air. Lorenzo was very helpful. He kept the communication lines open, gave me recommendations to improve and maintain my car health and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend !! Thank you!

Prices VERY affordable. Employees ALWAYS happy to help. Even showed me how to check my tire pressure and calibrate my car accordingly... for FREE!

My car battery died at work, so had it jumped and drove to Midas. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was on a very tight schedule, so they ran a diagnostic test & needed the battery replaced. They told me it would be another hour to have the work done. When I told them I was on a tight schedule, they went out of the way to run and pick up the part and got me out in 30 minutes.Will definitely use them again if I have any more car issues!

I highly recommend going to Midas on Northside for any of your car repair needs. They were so helpful and efficient in helping to replace my broken turn signal. They were so nice that they didnt even charge me for the repair! Thank you again to the staff of Midas!

These guys are top notch. Great customer service all around from the initial phone call, to the entire service. The gentleman who answered the phone was the one who did my brakes. He showed me what level they were at and and said the drums were low but did not necessarily need to be replaced at that time. I appreciated the honesty knowing cars and got the new drums as they were almost there. I also had the lines flished and new rear pads. They threw in an oil change with synthetic while I waited. That saved a trip already scheduled. Thanks guys, Ill be back and will definitely recommend you guys.

This is really a good place to go. I just had my tire repaired this aftenoon and they offer free and fast service. I really appreciated it.

These guys are awesome! Extremely trustworthy and more than fair. Car trouble is just the worst and these guys made it as easy as car trouble can be. I noticed my engine was too hot on the way home from work, didnt want to chance it and got a tow to this shop. The next morning they were right on it, identified the problem, and then ran pressure tests all afternoon to be sure there were no other issues, they even test drove it for me to be sure I wouldnt be leaving and still have a problem. I picked it up within the same day and was in and out and five minutes. I cant recommend these guys enough, will definitely always be my first stop.

Im always proud of my Midas touch I been going to this location for at least 15years I have tried other places but they can’t measure up to my Midas.My Midas have never tried to sell me something I don’t need I buy tires get my breaks changed and oil change these are some honest people when it come down to doing car work they have a deal after your sixth oil change the next one FREE and they stand by it with a smile so go by and visit The Northside drive location you will be satisfied with the work and the price.

Took my car to get a puncture fixed. They got it done under an hour and did it for free. That was quite unexpected and really nice of them to do so.

I always have my suburban serviced here. They do not charge me extra for more than 5 quarts of oil. They are friendly and respectful.

I called for a time estimate on a service as well as to check how busy they were. I didnt end up being able to make it in due to an unexpected issue on my end. But the associate was so nice to me on the phone that I felt it was necessary to leave a review! I do not remember their name but it was 2/26 @ 4:20pm. Ill def come here if Im back in town and need service!

Great customer service and excellent employees. Trustworthy. I came in with an issue and they were honest that it wasnt something that they could fix. They recommended a specialty shop. I appreciate their honesty and thats why I return every time. Love that they keep their employees. I go here and see the same faces and it feels like extended family. Plus they involve you in repairs and try to give you all the options for repairs.

They diagnosed my car {for free} then informed me that Midas had stopped repairing heater core failures about 2 years ago. I completed a heater core bypass myself, not a repair; a bypass. I am thankful for them even though they dont fix heater cores.

I like to make an appointment online. They always have available times on Saturdays. I get in and out within the hour as promised with no problem. Great customer service and the waiting area is set up for social distancing.

Came to get my car serviced. Them folks acted like they couldn’t see me. You would think every worker had millions the way they ignored me. Will never ever use midas. Not professional at all

I just stopped to get air because they will put air in your tire for free. I went by quick trip and it seems that their machine is always broken because some person does not know what theyre doing or people just leave and never tell the person inside. Whatever the reason oh, it just seems like every QuikTrip I stopped at, the air machine is somehow not working or broken so the guy at Midas whats more than happy to help and he was very sweet about it!

Appointments arent really followed - still long waits. Service was reasonable.

Went in for a scheduled oil change the cashier was said I didn’t need to be in his store without a mask all rude. All the while he wasn’t wearing his while talking to me. Neither was the customer in the lobby! It’s one thing to say you won’t service someone without a mask but to sit there without your mask on and trying to talk down to me telling me where they sell them is unprofessional.

I had my oil changed today and they were great. Lorenzo and Mario did an amazing job with the car that requires the fancy synthetic oil. They were professional and did exactly what they said why do with the car. In fact, they even finished early, as I came in during a busy time, and I expected to wait a bit longer; but, they finished a bit earlier completing the oil change. So, all in all, I would defiantly recommend them. They were very professional and my car is now happy with new oil.

The work done here is good. First time I went there the person at the front desk was weird. But they did a good job on the car that I went again.It looked like it was only one of the employee super weird. But the engineers there I think are good.

I had a flat tire I told them I thought it had a slow leak they looked at it and said it had a slow leak around the rim told me what they had to do and these guys fixed it for free it was a sign out front saying they fix tire problems or something like that for free but I still asked because a guy was like u got towed here for a flat yeah tow truck didnt have a air pump so he said he had to tow it the guy had a lil humor when I asked we laughed and he said its free we gone take care of you and they did ladies go here for your small tire problems even air is free

This is a great place to go if you need your car fixed. I had an issue with my brakes and I was told it would take 2 hours. It was completed in that time and the staff was very helpful and accommodating during that time. The manager, Collins was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure my problem was resolved. I definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely be back again!

Ive finally found my GO-TO mechanics! I got a flat tire yesterday and one of the gentleman here named Perry had it repaired and put back on in under 10 minutes and didnt charge me a dime! I planned to go out of town tomorrow to see my girlfriend and am so incredibly grateful that I wont have to cancel now!! Easily 5/5 stars, I will absolutely be back for all my future repair needs!

It didnt happen..I got an estimate on suspension work (ball joints, alignment and tire rotation) for my Jeep Wrangler price was almost $1800 so I went to the EdVoyles Dealer and they were around $300 dollars cheaper and they were using original Mopar parts...so I call Midas back and spoke with Collins to see if he would be willing to adjust their price a little and his response was You should go to the Dealer.... really Midas is just as high or higher than the Dealership. I really was looking for to see how well they no the business and how good their mechanics no cars but hey like I said it didnt happen!PEACE

I made a safe travel to Michigan thanks to a prolonged oil changed that was needed.in which service was fast considering I came an hr and a half before close time. Great service and very trustworthy. I will be bringing my car back next time.I came in with a flat tire. I had assumed the tire had been punctured and asked them to replace it with a new one. They fixed my car the same day, and informed me that the tire was actually in good condition, it had simply been moved off of the rim, letting the air out. Instead of having me purchase a new tire, they simply put the old one back on the rim. Their honesty saved me over $100 dollars today.

The manager of this place is great! Very friendly, professional, and efficient. I walked in and out within 5 minutes for a brake light replacement, and the manager completed it free of charge. I previously went in for an oil change and he brought to my attention the dangerously low tread on my tires. Amazing customer service!

Told me the price, told me what time I needed to get it and they did just that.

Customer service was very nice, however after my oil change I noticed I didnt get a sticker as normal and now I have oil leaking from the bottom of my car. I am now in another state with no Midas near, now I have to go to another establishment to see what the issuw is with oil leaking. As I stated Customer service was awesome, however I would prefer to not have to spend extra money to check this issue.

Since Midas is an Auto Repair chain and not a repair shop with an independent owner, the labor cost is higher than what I would prefer to spend. But the guys down at this particular Midas in Northside Drive know their stuff. Ive been there 3 times now and so far Ive been very satisfied with their service. Other places will charge you upwards of $100 just to diagnose your car and even then they wont know whats wrong with your vehicles. Not these guys here in this particular Midas. You tell them the problem, theyll know immediately whats up with you car even before its been looked at. Really appreciate it guys!

Midas Northside dr. Atlanta Ga.I paid $1300.00 for a rack & pinion steering replacement on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner. 2 months later I took my vehicle in to the Toyota dealership for an oil change. The dealer noticed the following and included it in a report.Midas replaced the rack suspension, but did not replace the bushings.I went back to the Midas shop and asked the store manager why didn’t the tech replace the bushing. He said, because it didn’t need it. I then asked, why would you replace the entire front rack and the keep the old bushing?He then said that he would do it for a price. I told him that this was a way to recharge the customer over and over again.I would never use Midas for anything in the future, and I will share this on social media as to why you should not use Midas.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE !!! WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF !! I BROUGHT MY CAR THERE MONDAY AND WAS TOLD PART WOULD BE IN NEXT DAY OVERNIGHT BECAUSE I PREPAID $340!! LONG STORY SHORT EACH DAY I WOULD GET THE RUN AROUND AND THEY WOULD SAY “IT WILL BE HERE AT 11 TOMORROW MORNING, WE VERIFIED WITH OUR WAREHOUSE” LORENZO IS A SHADY SALES REP WHO WILL SAY ANYTHING IN ORDER TO GET A COMMISSION. I CALLED 3 DAYS LATER ABOUT THE PART AND LORENZO HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND SAID, “AT THIS POINT YOU CAN COME PICK UP YOUR CAR” AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND STILL NOT REPAIRED. I ORDERED THE SAME PART MYSELF AND RECEIVED NEXT DAY. DO NOT DO BUSY WITH THIS SHADY LOCATION AS THERE ARE MUCH BETTER MIDAS LOCATIONS TO SAVE YOU TIME & STRESS.

Our alternator went out and car broke down while out of town. Our tow truck Brought us to Collins shop at about 4:50 PM in the afternoon. The shop was supposed to close at 5 PM. Collin Smith the manager of Midas was absolutely amazing. He and his mechanics took car of us and Stayed until our car was fixed. Collins Smith and his team of mechanics at mitis were absolutely amazing and I I am eternally grateful for their kindness and their professionalism in taking care of me so my family could get back home. I made a 10:00 appointment for tires online a day prior. Granted, the location opens at 8:00, if the tires I selected weren’t available, they had two hours to get them in. I pushed my appointment back to 11:30 instead of 10 by calling and then making a new online appt. When I made the drive to Midas Northside dr the salesperson, LORENZO informed me that they didn’t have the tires and he’d call or try to get me something close to the same $113 ea price. I waited a few minutes while he called, talked to the manager, COLLINS and he helping a customer in line after me. He then called me back up to tell me it is nothing they can do, the other office didn’t have my tires and other tires were at least $45 more each tire. This is shameful. Why would you not honor what I ordered and made an appointment for? They always think they can get over on women. I didn’t argue, I simply said thank you and left. I never write reviews, but I had my day scheduled and a nail in one of my tires. I am very honest, I believe in giving people the product they ordered and feel very let down.

Wonderful, honest service. I came to have my breaks replaced, and after inspecting the car, the owner informed me that I didnt need that service. He said he wouldnt charge me for such an expensive service when it wasnt needed. Instead he changed my break fluid and let me know when to come back for the breaks. I will definitely be coming back!

I got my oil and car filters changed here. They accepted me as a walk in and did well on my car! I had to come in a separate day to change my filters since it wasnt in stock, but thats not on them. I am only rating it four stars because changing the oil took longer than a usual 30-45 minute wait. I waited a little over an hour.

Mechanic is not very knowledgeable at this location. I took my car into this establishment for catalytic converter job and they botched it up so bad I had to eventually take it into the dealership to fix there botched job.

Came to Atlanta from NC and got a flat tire the first day here. We took it to Midas 30 mins before they closed and they went out of their way. Only took about 30 minutes to change the tire for a great price. Sooo impressed.
