We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from USA auto union city and it had problems the very next day.So after a week of back and forth I was able to get a resolution from this shop.They was very patient with me and the pretty lady at the front desk made calls on my behalf and I appreciate it.I thought I was going to have to drive away with my car running hot but this company took care of me.I am a single mother of 3 and I need my car.Very nice and professional people.They are very dependable and they helped me the best way they could.

I had a GREAT experience here w/ my Kia Rio!! My engine light came on and car started to shake, I brought the car to them early in the am and they found the problem and fixed it within a FEW hours!!! It was hard for them to squeeze me in but they tried their best and executed to help me get to my sisters graduation!!! I am so thankful and their customer service is awesome!!! I had an excellent experience. While at a stoplight, the driver of the car behind me came to my car and let me know that I had NO brake lights. Gordan’s was the closest shop. I got there as the owner was leaving for the day. He changed the bulbs for me, and I was on my way. The price was very fair.

Had tires that needed air. The guys who waited on me was an older man who seemed disturbed that I need air and wasnt very cordial. In fact when I tried to ask questions, he point blank told me that he didnt have time to talk to me and that he had other jobs to do. I happen to know the owner of this establishment and will be letting him know that I wasnt pleased with the way I was treated.

The owner has personable professionalism. I think I got there at 5:01 p.m. just as he was closed but he reoped just to take my car for an emissions check after a rough afternoon of trying to find a place. I will return!

Ive been coming here for about 4 years now and never experienced bad customer service till today. I came here to get my oil changed and was trying to ask two guys here about the service and what time they open. Both white and black yelled at me and three up dismissive hand gestures while walking off on me. I tried taking my car around the corner but they refuse to do it because of a butterfly cap on my oil pan. I came back to let them do my service since they are the only ones who did it. I ask somebody else for help and he went in to speak with the white guy and his reply was he doesnt want to speak with me. I feel totally disrespected and helpless at the same time. Im glad I was able to sit and talk to Mr. Gordon about my experience that I had encountered and he made sure that he understood and clear the whole situation up and yes I will still continue to bring my business back here. As he started communication is they key!!

I took my car there on a Monday to get it repaired ask them to go ahead and do the work which I told them that already had two new sensor on there and to find out why my check engine light was still on. Remember, I ask them to go ahead and do the work. Did not bother them till Wednesday, I call and ask them was my car ready for pick up, Stated that my car was still sitting in the none repair section, when I went up there to find out why. Said they have not had time to repair it and still charge me 279. For work I told them I had already had done was very upset. Money I did not have to throw away. Buy being a female I had to pay it to get my car. They wonder why we choose white shops. 😠😡

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY VEHICLE HERE!!! My son took my Volvo in for repairs over a month ago. It needed routine maintenance (oil change) and the horn fixed the car was supposed to be done within the week. Two weeks went by and no call no communication. We called and they werewaiting for a part for something other than the horn. Another week and then his dad had to actually go up there with him to get the car and they insisted they would get the work done asap. 900$ and over a month later and the horn is not fixed, the indicator switch on the car is broken. When i called to confront them, they claim it didnt happen with them, which is an absolute lie. And less than a week after picking up the car the low oil light came. We checked the oil and not only is it low, but its black. So they kept the car all that time and didnt even do the simplest of the tasks - a task that was paid for. Which makes me wonder if they even actually did any of the work on the car. It would make sense considering they never called us, we always were the one calling them. Money wasted during a pandemic! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had on any of my vehicles. I will forever be sure to warn anyone I know not to patronize this place.

A happy customer is what I am. I have used Gordon’s for my auto repairs on an older car and I am so pleased with them- they were professional and courteous as well as very conscious of my budget. I truly enjoy having an auto repair shop in my community that I can trust.

A lively and charismatic group that runs Gordons. The entire staff was cordial. I felt like I was behind the scenes of a family business. Ms.Llewon did my emissions. I watched her give each of her customers personal advice specific to their service needs. You really get the feeling that they care at Gordons.

Buyer be ware! Take your vehicle anywhere but here. Staff is extremely rude. Called multiple times and was told my vehicle hadnt been looked at. When I went to check on it in person. I was denied access to my vehicle and then told I was going to be charged $25 per day starting that day for the vehicle to be there. When I asked to see the diagnostic I was told to come back in the morning because they were closing. I came back the next morning and asked for the owner. There was no one else in the shop and he said he was busy and made me wait 35min before he decided to talk to me. I ended up paying $125 to get my vehicle back only to ask for my keys and find out they are lost. Im writing this as I sit here still waiting for the keys to my vehicle.

Gordon automotive is top notch. He replaced my valve cover gasket and fixed my check engine light on my BMW. The price was a fraction of the dealership’s estimate. My 128i is purring like a kitten now. He did my emissions and the whole nine yards. Give him a try. He has all of the diagnostic computer equipment for most makes.Best of all? He is a good dude. He will work with you!

This is my last time patronizing this establishment. They have questionable employees and no integrity. Additionally, there is no cost savings or customer service provided. This is a local independent shop close to my home so I wanted to patronize them. During a oil change, I could overhear the technician saying he bought the wrong oil filter(wrong year for my car). He also stated he still tried to use it but it didnt fit. I assume if it did fit good enough for him he would have left it on. So the manager has someone go down the street and get the correct one. I guess no harm no foul, maybe just this one employee was lazy, bad, etc. After that experience I only went here for emissions until yesterday.Yesterday I woke up and my car would not stay on without giving it gas. Within 10 minutes I believed it was the idle air control valve. I looked up the part online and watched videos on how quick it was to clean or replace the part. Online part price:$160.Time to repair approximately 30 minutes. So Im in my head thinking this should be no more than $300. I drop my car when the shop opens at 8 and go to work. Easy drop off, no line, no wait. Almost four hours later Im called and told the price will be $550 because the part is $300. I inquire about the part since I know they just get whatever is most convenient to them. Same store down the street anyone can purchase for $159.99. I ask why they are charging me double for the part - no response. I say Ill get the part and bring. Now they cannot warranty their work and labor price has shot up; the total reduced price with me bringing the part $500+. If they were charging me $300 for the part as stated shouldnt the balance be approximately $250? To wrap this up, anything other than emissions I would get done somewhere else. Im not going to get emissions done here anymore either. Between the incident with oil change and yesterday I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and drive past this shop.

I live 20-25 min away from Gordon’s Auto Service Center. But I have decided to bypass the shops I pass to get to Gordon’s for all of my future automotive needs. That’s how phenomenal of an experience I had. Give them a try and you will experience an ultimate level of customer service.

Gordons automotive did an outstanding job on my cousins car who was visiting from out of town. There are had broken down on them when they were headed back home. They got it towed to Gordons. Gordons was able to fix it at a reasonable price.

Im will not go into an essay about how I feel about this place because you might have a different experience with this place. Sent my car there to get a diagnostic on the check engine light and get the catalytic converter changed also emissions. Every time I called no one ever knew anything and never had an answer to what is going on. This place is unprofessional and does not keep up with business in the correct manner. I am taking my car to buick to get a diagnostic.

This gem of a place has everything I need for vehicle maintenance. The lady at the desk is friendly, the service advisor knows his stuff and the mechanic has my car driving at its best. Ive been taken advantage of by other mechanic shops in the past but this place offers great customer service, and quality work at an affordable price. Car problems on an empty pocket is extremely stressful! I was on my way to work while traveling down Hwy 166 when my car started running hot and smoking .After a quick search on Yelp for a highly favorable automotive service station near me I called Gordons Auto Shop. Gina answered the phone. She is the Office Manager there and she was a tremendous help throughout this experience.First off Gina quickly referred me to a tow company who was able to reach me within 30 minutes of my breakdown. After my car arrived at shop it took nearly two hours for them to complete diagnostics. I was told I would need a new radiator, thermostat, hoses and more. I knew I did not have the money so I started calling around to gather my resources but couldnt get the help needed. Stressed and grieving over the matter I shared my concerns with Gina as I sorted my problems out. Gina was able to explain to me their payment plan options for repairs and services. After a quick step application process she was able to get me approved for $595.00 worth of repairs. Thanks to Gordons perfect customer care I was able to get my car towed in, serviced and ready for the road all in one day. Gina, and the Service Manager Mr. Gordon are a Godsend. Very professional reliable helpful people. I plan to make this my one-stop shop for all my car needs.

So Disappointed!!! I decided to reach out for a vague estimate to replace an alternator in a 2016 Nissan Sentra (which I already knew the range, but I was seeking an honest mechanic) so instead they completely undermined and attempted to take advantage of the fact that I’m a woman... This man attempted to charge me almost $1K to replace an alternator that the dealership replaced for $500. Disgusting!

Before doing anything and going anywhere these days the first thing I do is pull a company up and read their reviews. When looking for a repair shop in my neighborhood I ran across Gordons Automotive There were a couple of reviews there that were on the negative side but I decided to give them a chance anyways (not to mention I was referred by Mighty Muffler). Gordons Automotive was way more than I expected. They are a One Stop Shop. The Service Advisor really know his stuff. I came in with a check engine light and my car was properly diagnosed and fixed. And now I am able to get my emissions. The tire tech noticed serious wear and tear on my tires (near blow out conditions) and sold me 4 tires at a very reasonable price. Customer Service was up to par. I most definitely will be back and refer my friends.

I dont know a thing about cars and I always get stressed out anytime my car is not operating to performance. I always get my Emission done here. The owner Fernando Gordon gives great service!! They worked on my last car, and did a good job.

I took my car to get a diagnostic. Sat there from open to close. I had a quarter tank of gas. I had a new radiator. When I got my car back, my radiator was busted, water was was running out of my car. I had no gas. And I was charged for fixing a fan. My car drove fine over there. But I had to tow it home from a plaza up the street. When I call back I was told my head was crack. I would never take a car there.for nothing!!!!

If I could them five negative stars, I would.I purchased a vehicle from them in the middle of August. Upon purchase I was reassured that any issues that I discovered would be fixed.The same day of my purchase I took the vehicle on 285, only for it to start shaking, and veering to the left and right. I was almost in an accident because I couldnt control the vehicle. I took it back to them, they told me that they would fix the issue. They lied, the vehicle actually ran worse and stayed squeezing uncontrollably.A week later, as I was moving the vehicle overheated and the dash lit up with a warning message, and wouldnt start.The next day I took the vehicle back, two days later I called and the owner told me that my vehicle was fine, and that he drove it to Forest Park with no issues.That was bs.It has now been a weekand there are still issues. 9-15 was my birthday and I wanted to take my family out. The car started smoking.I would not recommend this business. If he doesnt unwind this deal, I will take him to court for fraud.He knowingly sold me a lemon. Do not go here. Beware of his false practices.

DO NOT GO TO GET EMISSIONS! Something is definitely wrong with their machine and it has caused my check engine light to come on twice. Car serviced by dealership and said no codes could be found. I was able to get money back from owner but wasted 3 days running back and forth to dealership. Keep your 17.99!!! Took my vehicle to another emissions center 2 days later after check engine light went off and vehicle passed.

Well this morning on my way to work I got a flat tire on 285 getting off Campbellton and my tire was completely busted and as I got off the exit I saw the tire shop and parked my car because I had to be to work at 8 oclock and they had not open yet because it was only 7 oclock so at eight I called up there to let them know my car was there and the situation and Mr. Gordon himself offered to come get my keys from my job because I had not left them in the dropbox. He offered to come get my keys and put on my spar tire and also look for me a tire and a rim because I also busted my rim. When I got off work all i had to do was pay for service and pull off. My car was fixed when I pulled up and they had the best service everybody had a nice attitude. I was very happy with my service. Thanks guys for making a stressful morning a better day. Seriously

The young lady who was at the desk was cool. The guys who work there dont know what customer service is. Before I could even talk with someone they kept telling me to move my car. Id move it one place and then someone else would tell me I cant park there and to move it. After about 3 moves, I just left... I didnt get a good feeling about this place.

DON’T GO HERE unless you want to throw away cash. They charge $95 just to tell you what’s wrong with your car and a whole lot for labor. I am extremely disappointed with the service I got here. I left this place in tears, feeling taken advantage of and helpless. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they should not be allowed to be in business!!

So unprofessional you have to call them to see when your is car is ready I got my brakes done and they had my car for 8 hrs and a brake brakes screw fell out omw to work the next next the owner acted as if I was on his time for them to correct the issue mind u I had to leave early from work and drive my car to them to fix the issue n all he wanted to reimburse me was $20 I paid 356 for oil change rotors that I know didnt need and brakes I so do not recommend them to no one

I have been doing business with Gordons for many years, even before they moved to the current location, and with several different vehicles. I have had only 1 issue - I found out later that it was a MANUFACTURERS issue, not a Gordons Auto issue!! I trust ANY vehicle I own to Gordons and recommend them to everyone that I know who owns a vehicle!!!

I needed tires badly. I found myself in the Greenbriar area and looked for tires - used and new. .Gordons came up immediately. Took my car there and not only were the tires a great price, they were practically new. Thank you Mr. Gordon!

Left car for an oil change and paid in advance ... came back hour later to discover my car had been forgotten about ... owner was right there talking and laughing with auto techs ...offered no apology... cashier refunded my money... went down the street had changed for less and no wait.
