I always love coming here. The reality is, that as a woman, Im concerned about being taken advantage of when I take my car for service. The mechanics here are so kind and helpful. They help find ways to save me money and go beyond what theyre supposed to do. And I REALLY appreciate that. Its not just me either. I observe how they treat the other customers.Today was such a blessing. Im going out of town this weekend and took my car in for service. Kwane Martin got me in right away. He even got my car done WAY earlier than expected! I always appreciate the hard work here, but Im grateful for the good customer service. Highly recommend...

I stopped at Good Year because my car was overheating... they were unable to service my car because there was only one technician on duty..He was swamped and wouldnt be able to get to it till Thursday......please people lets get back to work.The young lady at the register and other employees were very accommodating letting me stay in the lobby till a tow truck came. They made me feel welcome, and relaxed while I waited. Im grateful for the hospitality and will look to them for future needs.

The service here today was like whatever no remorse it was they didn’t care. I had my motor and regulator was replace in by back window about a year and a half to two years. These parts was suppose to be new parts. The one on the left back window wouldn’t go up so I toke the car back thinking that I could get it repaired for free or a discount but no the manager wanted be to buy more parts and charge me more money then what I had paid the First time. No one try to get the window up . All the manager wanted was for me to spend more money. I will never go there again and I will not tell anyone else to go there. They have bad service.

My 1996 Ford Explorer was dropped off for diagnostics testing the morning of 7.19.21. The vehicle would start and run for about 20-40 mins before shutting down without warning. The vehicle would restart and run immediately after the issue occurred. Therefore I chose to take the vehicle in for testing so that the problem could be identified and repaired. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told that I would be contacted on 7.21.21 for an update. When 7.21.21 came, no one ever followed up with me. On the morning of 7.22.21 I went to the the Goodyear location to get a follow up. The man who checked in my vehicle refused to speak with me. Instead he insisted that a woman working the register that day, who had no information about my vehicle, to tell me that they had not identified the problem with my vehicle, the vehicle was not starting, and that they would call me once they looked into it. The vehicle was starting with no issue when it was dropped off yet some employee who was not there the day I dropped it off was instructed by the man who did check in my vehicle to tell me that nothing had been done...🤔 This left me confused and full of doubt and anxiety. Today is now 7.25.21 and I still have not received any updates on my vehicle which was taken in for simple diagnostic testing. As of 7.22.21 the vehicle that was starting and running on the day I dropped it off was reported as not starting, and as of 7.25.21 I have not received anymore information about the status of my vehicle. The customer service that I have received has been awful. The employees seem to be irritated, bothered and unconcerned about resolving the issue. I just want to know what the problem is so that I can have the problem fixed and have transportation to attend work.

Went in to get a battery on Tuesday they told me it would be Friday before they could see me and I was in a work car dont even waste your time with this place better go somewhere else that way you wont have to wait three or four days for an appointment dont actually know what kind of service they would have performed but whos going to wait three or four days to get a battery in the car when they needed to go back to work

Went to get a light bulb replaced, was told I had to get the ENTIRE bumper removed to install for a cost of $200! Went to auto zone brought a headlight for $20, changed it in 10 mins without removing bumper.. DON’T STOP HERE, complete rip off!

The staff has been really pleasant both times I’ve went there for a new tire. Be ready for a wait tho it’s never been ridiculously long but it’s about a 3 hour wait nonetheless. Demetrius is very professional & helps you to get a good deal. I could just go to my Kia dealer for all my tire needs but I like coming here!

I have had my car for almost 8 years and this man tried to give me two different prices. This location is a scam DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS GOODYEAR. First off I had to stand at the counter 5min for someone to acknowledge me as a customer. When I told him I was getting a oil change he told me one price and then came back and told me another price which was 30 dollars more. I have never paid 80 dollars for a oli change and Ive been going to Goodyear for years even have a key change to prove it. This Goodyear is just as bad ad the location. They are overcharging you all please Google prices before you decide to come to this location.

Absolutely horrid. Called around 1 and asked could I come in early for my 1:30 AM appointment, they said that would be fine! Arrived at 1:00, they took my keys at 1:20. Around 2:30 I figured my car would be done, I go outside and I see my car isnt even under the garage yet! I talk to the 1 MECHANIC ON DUTY JUST 1! And he says that there are 4 people ahead of me . 4! And the lobby is completely empty except for 1 other person. I immediately ran inside and asked the man at the front desk, he goes outside and says you have one more person ahead. It went down from one to 4 in a matter of seconds I guess Well now its 4:08 and I am STILL here waiting. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

Besides been told random pricing lol I went to get a tire changed out on my 04 car and then he told me other thing like the wheel screws and all were a bit worn and couldnt replace it on so im glad that he went above and beyond instead of just trying to get more money. Driving our 2014 C300 from Wichita, KS to Atlanta, GA for a weekend and then on to Orlando, FL on Monday. Blew a tire about an hour east of Birmingham, AL at 1130pm on a Saturday night. Spare got us to the hotel in Atlanta, but had to get the tire fixed for the drive on down to Orlando. Mercedes-Benz isnt open on Sunday, nor are many other tire places. Goodyear had a good, and highly rated, tire in stock at a fair price. They were able to work us in within about an hour and got us all fixed up. Very nice and did good work, got us back up and running and on down the road.

We just had my husbands work van worked on yesterday and today and they are awesome. They spent the proper amount of time diagnosing the issues and really checking the van. They called and broke it down to us very well on what needed to be done and why. He was prepared with a cost breakdown and didnt try to kill us on the prices even though we needed several things done. They told us it would be done today at 1 and he called around 12 and had it ready. Very professional, friendly service. I enjoy using local businesses in our neighborhood and Im thankful now to have found these guys. They have been there for many years and provide their services to many of our older neighbors and remember them by name. Old school service is rare these days. Thanks gentleman.

I took my 2002 Isuzu Trooper (180k miles, new transmission, good solid truck) in to get a full vehicle inspection. I was told it was imperative that I get a new timing belt. Ive had a timing belt go out on a Ford so I knew I did not want those problems. I brought it in on my next day off and waited 7 hours. I paid them $1600 for the timing belt, new hoses, and sparks. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I heard a noise I had never heard in my life. Loud, high pitched and now I cant accelerate. I called Goodyear corporate and they told me to take it back it in. I really didnt want to but oh well, I cant pay another mechanic more money. I sat for 5 hours this time, they had me show them the noise on the highway and I was told it was fixed. THE VERY NEXT DAY AGAIN the noise came back. My engine wasnt stalling so I said I guess I gotta rock with it since I cant take another day off work. Now my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is on. I called corporate again and they said take it back to them. Im frustrated, I have an illness and deliver furniture when Im not school. This is my familys ONLY VEHICLE. In 180,000 miles, my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HAS NEVER BEEN ON. Now I have to take another day off from school and work to go sit in their cold office that messes with my arthritis smh. They offered me a ride to school last time but the mechanic I rode with flirted with me so bad I had to pretend I was married. I told him I wasnt interested and he kept saying well why not, whats wrong with me? Thats highly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Im 23 and hes my mom age, you should learn no by now. I would never recommend this place for more than an oil change and tires. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Normally decent if you get there before the crowd, but I just stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one came. Service tech looked right at me and kept walking. I wouldnt have minded the wait today either, but thats probably my last time coming here.

First time there. So far so good.

I was pricing struts all around town. I live in Paulding and these guys were $125 cheaper than anyone. I came prepared knowing it would be at least 3hrs. Brought coffee and laptop. They were done in 2hrs on a busy day. I am satisfied . Will make that 30 mile drive to get my tires put on in a month.

Never going back. My fiancé just got back from having her tire replaced and told me that the service tech was hitting on her and she informed him she was taken. He still hit on her and made the comment “If anything changes you know where I’m at.” We will be returning this afternoon to get with management so we can identify this employee and make sure action is taken. So disgusting, will never return to have our vehicles serviced.

Which has caused me to take my MONEY up the street to Firestone. Management really llly needs to check this guy on how he speaks to customers who are about to spend their hard earned money with you guys yet just because of this man you have lost a customer!

They are rude as you know what. Employees so busy on their cell phones that they couldnt even acknowledge me I mean this is supposed to be a professional company yet I felt like I had just approached a shade tree mechanic! Its ok firestone is right across the street and happily took my business!

Took 2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change and I was the first customer there. Not to mention a man yelled at me for taking a nap while I was waiting.

I called 9am in the morning to request a specific tire. I was told it was available and to come on in. I arrived at 11am. I was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait for a tire change. I was okay with that. 2 hours later I went to the counter to check on my status. I then was told my tire was not there and that someone left to go get the tire. It is now 2:30pm and Im still waiting. I am disappointed because during the first 2 hours someone could have picked up the tire prior to my car being pulled back to be worked on. Instead I was made to wait 2 hours for my car to be seen. 1.5 hours for the tire to arrive. I have a warranty and was then told I have to pay $1 for a state tire fee. After all that...there great customer service proceeded to try to charge me $1. I didnt leave until 3pm. I will never go back. Very unorganized!

Scammers!!! I was a loyal customer until they told me I desperately needed a brake job costing $ 800. They said it was a life or death situation. I took my car to my brother and then two other mechanics and they all said shame on them. I just needed brake pads and I still room on the brake pad for another month or so. No NEEDED NO ROTORS AT ALL. They even acted like they were my friend.. terrible!!!!

I tire separated on 285 but I tried to drive to the funeral I was on my way to and I got close until I reached HWY 166 my tire went completely flat right at the Greenbriar exit located next to the mall. So I had to wait on a tow from my insurance company and they towed me to GoodYear and the would not put my tire on because it wasnt new.

I just had some of the worst customer service in my life. I pulls up and ask the employees could they check my tire pressure and maybe put some air in my tire. The mechanic ask me to pull in the bay, throws me the air gauge and says here check it. So Im over here trying to work with this industrial equipment and realize I do not know what I am doing, so I ask the other mechanic could he help me. His response was what makes you think you dont know what you doing, push this, push that, how much air are you gonna put in the tire, look in the door at the yellow numbers thats how much you need to put in, etc. Im like uhh Im not a mechanic thats why I asked you for your help. No reason no one comes in this community to build/support, its always ratchet unprofessional behavior/customer service!

Guy tried to run game on me about my mama car. Glad I wasnt as dumb as I allowed him to think I was. Couldnt even report it because he was the manager or at least the lead on duty from what he said. Ladies dont go there without a man who knows something. I get trying to make a sale but why charge me so hundreds for a part that cost $85 and took 20 mins to put on?

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I would put -5 stars if it were possible. I went in for a tune up and oil change, ended up being there almost 8 hours and no one thought to follow up with me.

An employee by the name of Jon solicit at his job targeting women saying he work on cars on the side. I went March 19, 2018 to inquire about a noise coming from my steering wheel when I made turns and to get the issue fixed at the location. Jon was the only one in the work area when I drove up to the location so I told him what was going on with my vehicle. He stated how beautiful I was and me being natural hoping to butter me up. He showed me the problem stating I needed a power steering wheel pressure hole and told me to purchase the part from Autozone. He fixed the part the next day at a separate location and was paid for the labor via cash. Jon was also aware I was trying to get all four car door handles fixed that were damaged. He told me to order the parts and he woukd charge me $60 for labor. The parts arrived days later. In the meantime, Jon noticed I wasnt interested in him but only doing business about having my vehicle serviced just as I initially came to do on March 19 before he solicited. Jon left me hanging on fixing my vehicle by making excuses on how he didnt know when he could fix my door handles after I had paid money to order the parts and after pulling me as a potential customer from Goidyear initially. Goodyear wont even allow parts brought in. On March 27, 2018 I boldly went to the location and spoke eith the manager about what had occured to only find out Jon has done the same thing with customers other times and had to talked to. The manager never identified himself but offered to fix one of my door handles FREE which is the only reason I gave 3 stars. Its not good to solicit and for the wrong reason, trying to catch women, it makes the business look bad, especially when your character could mess up their reputation and you waste people time.

I walked in with a donut and needed a new tire that was in stock and under warranty. Took 3 damn hours for them to change the friggin tire. They werent THAT busy. MEANWILE, Lionel is walking around doing nothing and on his cell phone and George is calling me all kinds of Honey, Sweety, Darlings and telling me theyll get to it. Call me by my name. Im not your honey or anything of the kind. How UNPROFESSIONAL. I walk around back to watch my car being worked on and understand part of the problem. These guys are moving like they havent a care in the world, especially about knocking these jobs out and completing these tickets as soon as possible. Tighten up guys. And watch how you address people.
