I love coming here, you dont even have to get out of the car! All the staff is always super helpful and care a lot and are honest. Dennis who helped me today was fantastic and made sure my car got everything it needed and I stayed safe!

Express is right... the man and a guy below were quick. I didnt get out of the car. The man helped a lady at the same time with an issue and didnt interrupt things with my car at all.

Ive used this business since Ive moved to Atlanta 5 years ago and wouldnt think of using anyone else. The most important thing to me is honesty and trustworthyness. When they recommend something to be done, you can have faith its necessary.I recently worked with James at the Clairmont location- he could not be more helpful or professional. Customers remember that. He informed me that hes going to another location- Ill be following and will continue to use Express- they truly are the best.

First timer here. Service was great! I was there for an Oil change, Transmission fluid flush and tune up(spark plugs only). Josh was very helpful and informative. Every employee I encountered was actually pretty cool. No complaints. I forgot the one dude name but he helped with my hood on my Jeep. Sorry man 😆 but I appreciate you guys. Great service. I took my car to Havoline for an oil change but they couldn’t get the drain plug off. These guys didn’t give up and were able to get it off in 10 minutes and change my oil. Friendly service and quality work, will definitely be returning here in the future.

These guys are pathetic liars, avoid them at any cost! They lie over the phone, when you bring your car theyll ask for more money! I called them over the phone and asked for labor cost for changing oil, oil and air filter which i had them on my own, they said 45$ plus tax! I drove all the way to their mechanic shop and a ridiculous looking midget man with a neck handkerchief there said for air filter you gotta pay extra fee! And thats when I called them twice and confirmed the total cost of 45$ for just labor cost to put oil and oil and engine air filter! These people are liars and not professional at all, avoid them!

I went to this place about 3 weeks ago for an oil change. I had them check my brakes while I was there, they told me they were fine and that I could go months before I needed new pads....here I am 3 weeks later having to get everything replaced because my brakes went out completely. I’m not sure if it’s negligence or if they honestly just don’t care but do not go here!

New management at this place is cheating customers. It used to have the cheapest, fastest oil changes in town. However, a new franchise owner recently upped the prices, more than doubling their prices. Even though I brought my own oil filter, they charged me $80 for a conventional oil change. It used to be half that. Never going here again.

Great service from the team, very open and upfront with cost and what services should be performed and what can wait. Even while I was waiting they were open and upfront with other customers. Ive been here a few times, even came one time when I had a nail in the tire, which they recommended me to a location across the street because they were running behind. I love them! They did such great, effective/timely work on fixing my AC! My AC had went out and another place was going to charge 900 to fix it if we bought the parts, 1300 if they got the parts. We bought the parts and they fixed mine for 350. James was super nice throughout the process & explained everything detail, and then fixed other issues. Definitely will be using them again! James from Express oil change is one of the best guys i have ever encountered with that has worked on any vehicle I have driven. Highly recommend doing business and ask for James. James helped me with a tire issue I was having issues with in a company work truck and told him what was going on and persisted to bring it by so he could look at it even with 25 mins as a wait time he took time to see what was going on and filled my tires up, made sure the tires were healthy and also torque wrenched all lug nuts. Hoping all is fixed from a wobbly tire feeling. Thank you James!

My tires blew this morning as I was getting off the highway. Immediately pulled into this shop and they popped on my spare and inflated my tires free of charge, no questions asked. Upstanding guys.

I used an online service that allows me to have my new tires delivered to this location for installation. The manager of this location is exceptional. He contacted me as soon as he recieved the email of my order and he contacted me once my tires were delivered. I did not get the pleasure of meeting him in person but the customer service via phone conversation was excellent. He was knowledgeble, he responded with honesty, he was professional, and courteous. No appointment was required for tire installation but I was delayed in my arrival from my stated time. The staff was attentive to a walk in client... definitely a A++ in my book. Everyone that I encountered was professional, COVID-19 friendly (wearing a mask), and attentive in acknowledging a walk in client. My service mechanic was receptive to my questions, efficient, and thorough with service. I would definitely recommend this location for your be vehicle service needs.

Tommy was super helpful. This is my first time at this location with this vehicle, and it was an excellent experience. Got all of my filters changed, new blades, and everything topped off. All in about 10 minutes. He was quick, super courteous, and Incredibly helpful. He knew everything, didnt even have to go to the system to know what kind of filters are blades that I needed. Definitely be coming back for my future oil changes to this location. Tommys the best!

I took my 09 Pontiac g6 gt to express oil change tune up clinic to get my ABS brake system old brake fluid clean out, with new synthetic brake fluid. James the technician pull my car in and repair my car Within when its 30 minutes the customer service that James gave me was a 10 star. I will be taking all my cars back to James up the Express Oil Change tune-up clinic in the near future.

Greg Salters helped me out and answered all of my questions with great detail and professional fidelity. All the guys there were working really hard, but I point out Greg because he took the time to explain in detail the pricing and the process. I enjoy someone who pays attention to detail like that. I do feel for them though because its humid AF and Georgia HOT and I was sweating in my car much less working over hot engines. He was courteous and polite when offering to change the air filter, which was disgusting. Fast service too. I was in and out within 20 minutes or so. Perfect!

They stated they just increased their prices on 7/7/2021 for oil changes and they are $50+ when neighboring shops are less.

This shop has taken excellent care of me and my husband for years! They are fast, they are reasonably priced, and they always check on the fluids, filters, lights, and my air pressure before I go, so if I need to fix something I was unaware of, they alert me to it!Chris is always my guy, but Tommy was also very helpful on my visit today, and I got in and out in a very reasonable time frame.Quality customer service and they dont treat me like I cant possibly understand what theyre talking about (an issue Ive had at several other repair shops). Instead they treat me with respect, and if I have questions they answer them nicely and without being condescending.

Man, Blew a tire on my trailer today going 70mph up I-85...Luckily I was able to limp off at the Clairemont Rd. exit and pull into the first place I saw, which happened to be Express Oil. They were extremely helpful in helping remove the tire, and let me store the boat & trailer in the middle of their parking lot while I went to find another tire, then helped me install the tire and sent me on my way...Good to know there are still people out there who are willing to help out others in need!

Second time coming out here! I came for morning for routine oil change and tire rotation. Tommy and his team were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire visit. Fair pricing, refill washer fluid for free as well. You can bring your own oil if you have a specific type you like to use. The whole process (including tire rotation, and oil change) took less than 30 minutes, and I was kept up to date throughout the process. Definitely satisfied with my visit, and will be returning a third, fourth, and many more after that.

They are always quick with the service, courteous, professional and very helpful with any questions I may have about the car. They are not pushy with unnecessary services like other places i’ve been to. I highly recommend them.

This place was great! The mechanic knew my vehicle year and oil type just by seeing it! It took a little longer than 10 minutes, but they did a light bulb check for free (headlamps, turn signals, etc.)

Service was quick and took 15 minutes at most. It only took me time to get there, but didnt take time for them to get started as soon as drove up. All the staff were polite and very friendly.

Typically not a fan of these kind of places, as I usually feel they will try to rip off, especially females. I was greeted very professional by Tommy and his team and they explained the whole process to me. They went above and beyond to even check my break pads to ensure they were in tip top shape. Tommy was absolutely fantastic. I went in for an oil change before taking my family on a long road trip for Christmas. Tommy filled our fluids, tire air and changed our filters when he found out about the trip. Very personable and expeditious service. I will be back the next time I need any service to my vehicles.

Being a female in my 20s, this is the ONLY place I honestly trust. Every employee has always been so kind and even if I show up 5 mins prior to close, they always take me in. They never rip me off and even help explain things with my car to a level where i can understand (I have zero car knowledge). Though I have moved and this location is a bit out of my way, I still make the drive because I have never found a repair show as reliable as this one.

Excellent service! I came in 5 minutes before close in desperate need of an oil change, and they hooked me up in 10 minutes. They even added air to my tires and topped off my fluids. Most shops would’ve just said they were closed. This shop went above and beyond!

Dont EVER take your car here to be serviced. I was pressed for time and wasnt able to make it to the dealership, so I decided to go with the place for faster service. And as the saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Only 24 HOURS after my oil being changed, I started smelling something burning under my hood which never happened before. This went on for two days so I decided to take it back to Express Oil Change. Their staff is completely incompetent. They initially told me (Jonathan) the burning smell was from a gasket that was leaking and then only 10 minutes later to say it was oil filter coolant that was leaking. Ive never heard of anything like this before. They threw out different prices from $280 to $500. They then tried to clean off the hood with spray and now my car is SMOKING!!!!!!! They refused to allow me to speak with the manager saying that hes in meetings all day. The service techs were alleging they were the managers, service manager, assistant manager, etc. Completely unorganized, unprofessional and unskilled. Do NOT take your care here. I repeat, DO NOT!!!! My car is a newer model and have always had it serviced at the dealership. Please save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle to a real dealership with REAL mechanics who can handle a proper oil change. Not to mention, the dealerships prices were more affordable than this place. Now I have to take it back to the dealership, which is what I shouldve done to begin with. Never again. I beg you, DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I have been going to these guys for years and I highly recommend them! They are the most trustworthy mechanics I have ever found and will show exactly what is wrong and explain why. They do quality work, communicate well, and are efficient. I go out of my way to take my vehicle here because I know I can trust them.

What I liked best is that I could see exactly what kind of oil was being poured in. They show you the bottle, and you can see them opening it and pouring it in. No doubt what you ordered is what they used.

James found the problems the mechanics at other places missed... Based on my brief stop this is a good place

Very professional, efficient, and friendly service. I literally went to 5 other auto shops in the North Druid Hills area to get an AC water leak fixed in my vehicle, and no one would even take a look at it. I took my truck here, and it was found to only be a clog in my AC drain. They fixed it right away and also changed my oil and filter quickly for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Was highly impressed with the service! The individual servicing my vehicle was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and didnt try to push any extra services on me. Plus, you cannot beat the speed. The only downfall is you pay for the convenience; it is more expensive than going to Firestone, for example, where you have to wait even with an appointment. But time is valuable and sometimes is worth the extra dollars.

I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and the service has always been great. They have always been really helpful and up front with me about what’s going on with my vehicle. The staff is friendly, and my repairs are usually made in a very timely manner. I’ve had two vehicles that I’ve been taking to this place and they have both been running great for quite some time. I recommend this place and I definitely will keep returning for more service!
