These guys are great. Really honest and really seem to care about their customers. Been there a couple of times and they couldnt do what I needed, but they went out of their way to find/recommend someone who could. Even went so far as to call me after I left one time to refer me to a place for a specialized repair that saved me thousands over the dealership. (had a vintage Mercedes and the convertible top needed repair). So great to have a place that is reasonable and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff. I came in because the fob for my key was dying. Cary and Alex replaced the battery quickly and were friendly throughout. I offered to pay, but they wanted to do it for free. In my mind that speaks well of this store as one that genuinely cares for their customers.

First time using this auto service facility for my new to me BMW. I called them to schedule an oil change to develop a relationship. They were prompt and courteous on the phone, followed up with a reminder for the service, provided me swift updates on the vehicle and had the car completed on time. I have never been more excited to review a business before. My Volvo was purchased without a pre-purchase inspection back in May, and although the car is a solid and reliable car- there were numerous issues that were dangerous to the integrity of the car if not fixed. After driving it as it was for 6 months, the car took a turn for the worst and I took it to European and Domestic Auto Care. Cary took care of me from start to finish. First, to get an estimate on the vehicle. I explained all the sounds and feelings the car was emitting, and they had the car for 4 hours or less and had it back to me with, as I guessed, repairs almost to the value of the vehicle. After contemplating a new car and payments or fixing this car- I chose to fix this car. To my delighted surprise, Cary worked hard to get me the best price possible that wouldnt break my bank, and didnt come at the integrity of the repair job. He explained everything that the car needed and why it was needed, and broke down the price in a way I could understand and it was not only fair, but it was beyond a good deal and was custom made to ensure I got the best service and service I could afford. They saved me from a bad financial and vehicle decision, and helped me get back on the road in a safe car with money in my pocket. I cannot say thank you enough to European and Domestic Auto Care, to Cary, and the folks who worked on my car so meticulously. They will be my regular mechanic and I am grateful that they have such compassionate care and their work is impeccable. 10/10 would recommend, and tell Cary Michael with the Volvo sent you.

I was very pleased from the customer service to how they sent me an estimate via text with pictures. The prices for the repair issues were also reasonable. I truly appreciate them gluing a metal piece back to my bumper without having to ask or being charged. This showed me they care and have integrity. I will definitely be back!

I recently moved to Atlanta from Charlotte N.C and had started to experience overheating in my BMW i8 and decided to take it to this repair shop since it was close to my place. When I initially dropped my car off I informed them that I just moved from Charlotte and that I was in car sales and from my experience it seem to be my thermostat sticking because it was not overheating all of the time. Once I dropped the car off I got a call telling me that it was overheating because of some leaking pipes. I insisted that it was not the pipes but the thermostat. I feel I was forced to buy the pipes because the shop had already removed them from the car and couldn’t been put back on. So I went against my better judgement and let them repair the pipes. $1,400 plus not add that I was giving a price of $1230 when I agreed to the repairs. 30mins after I picked up my car from being repaired it started to overheat again. I dropped my car back off and and get a call telling me it’s the THERMOSTAT!!!! Keep in mind $900 of the $1400 was all LABOR CHARGES! When I asked can they charge me for the parts since I paid so much in labor I was told NO. Having experience in the auto field I know these shops prey on they naive. Most people don’t know anything about cars. All they know is good service….You can’t always trust a smile.

Excellent service. My car is a joy to drive again. I cant believe how smoothly it rides. I took my car in because the check engine light came on. It needed a new gas cap and motor mounts. Who would think it would need motor mounts? Anyway, the ride is great and they got it done within a day. I totally trust this place.

I took a car here for a pre-purchase inspection and cannot thank Michael and this team enough for saving me from the hassle of purchasing a car in poor condition. They did a very thorough inspection (apparently much more thorough than the company I was buying from did) and were straightforward in their recommendation to not keep the vehicle, even when I pushed back a little. Had I kept the vehicle, they could have made a lot of money on repairs but they were looking out for me. Great, honest guys and maybe the best money I could have spent to save me thousands down the line!

Excellent and honest staff! We were quoted $1300 worth of car repairs by a different mechanic and came here (based on reviews) for a 2nd opinion. Their diagnostic test showed nothing of the sort and instead we only payed $200 for minor AC repairs. We will most definitely return, thank you!

I’m so happy I found this place for my 2013 BMW. They are extremely knowledgeable and will go up and beyond to find the best solution and price. They are not forceful and always give you time to make your decision. They give a full explanation what’s going on with your car, what’s and WHY needs to be done. No hidden info that I have experienced with my previous shops. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

Horrible service and communication. First time I came here was to fix my air conditioning. Took about a week when they said it should take two days, then go to pick up my car and the air conditioning was never fixed. Most recently dropped off my car for routine service and to fix a minor issue with the trunk. Go to pick it up and the paint on my bumper is scratched up, nobody mentions anything until I notice before pulling it out and now have to spend days and hours of my time taking my car elsewhere to get fixed. Will not be coming back here again.

With other car shops, I’ve had bad experiences with a mechanic who you think may be trying to charge you extra, makes you wait long, and lacks the pleasant professionalism where you can feel knowledgeable and confident in your repairs. This place is amazing. There are a few repair shops out there that won’t rip you off. I went in to have my new brakes checked because they were making a loud noice when we pressed them. The guys did a diagnosis and they determined the brake shop bent something. They fixed it, gave us free wiper fluid and there was no charge. They also repaired a sensor in the car. I will not take my BMW 528i anywhere else. Every time I take my car here I feel grateful because I check other places prices and they NEVER cheat me and I love these guys!!!!!! Yelaina

I found this place based off of their Yelp reviews. I called around for estimates, but whenever I called here, they were thorough and never rushed me off the phone. That made me feel comfortable and so I chose to have my Audi A5 towed to them. I was kept informed of all progress and costs through their excellent text and review system. Cary was super helpful and would always explain any service that I didn’t understand. Overall, my car was having major issues and the fix wasn’t cheap, but I left feeling like I got the best deal in town! I’ve found a new car home for my baby...and she runs great!

After reading numerous positive reviews of this place both on Google and Yelp, I knew I could trust the staff here to tackle the mile-high issues my old VW Beetle has been giving me since I bought it. To everyone out there with a foreign-made, yet locally modified engine, you can rest assured that these mechanics will take good care of you! I was desperate, unsure as to why my car kept dying, so I submitted a quote request both through the company website and Yelp. Within a day, Eli had replied, offering to take a look at my car. I immediately called the business, and Eli answered and asked me about my symptoms. Then he was fully transparent, saying that though the shop was backed-up with cases, he would be willing to at least identify the issue with my car that day. I travelled to the shop, hopeful, but not expecting too much. One of the representatives in the waiting area was very stern, and said I could not be serviced. Eli, whom Id never seen before until then, told the man to squeeze me in for a few minutes-and he did. 30min later, I drove my car out of that lot, same-day with no issues. Hed tightened my battery, offered me to drop my car off for a few days, when I had the chance, and sent me on my way, free of charge. These men seem like theyve worked hard to keep their southern wholesome hospitality alive and well, without pulling tricks. I am definitely coming back very soon.

I want to start of by saying, what drew me to even consider them to work on my 07 Audi was the fact that it was mostly woman who commented with nothing but positive feedback. As a woman we do complain alot so to hear none! I was impressed! Secondly if your a young car owner and inexperienced I highly recommend them. They dont try to get over, and the prices are phenomenal for them to have such a great business, and how fast they move. I had my doubts at first with them because when I left my car was still doing the same thing, and DANNY( HAS A LOT OF PATIENCE, I KNOW HE WAS TIRED OF ME CALLING AND IT WAS ONLY A DAY LATER) but he kept a genuine attitude each time I called and just assured it was either drops of oil burning off or excess residue. I was nervous that they got over on me but they didnt. My car is running smooth and back how she should be. ( she had a valve cover leak) You can TRUST THESE MECHANICS AND ITS VERY HARD TO DO SO IN TODAYS WORLD AND ATLANTAS MONEY HUNGRY VIBE. THANK YOU AND I WILL BE RETURNING.

However, this time I brought my car in for service and some idiot off the street scratches the whole side of my car. Nalley Nissan wanted over $300 to replace our hatchback supports ($79 for each support and $148 for labor plus tax). Insane! So, I called European and Domestic Auto Care. They did the job for $100 ($59 each for the cost of the Nissan parts and no labor charge at all as he said it would take 5 minutes). Seriously! These guys saved us $200.Some businesses have a negative or bland karma inside because of the physical space and the attitudes of the people working there. European and Domestic Auto Care has a really pleasant karma. It’s nice inside: open, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The men working there are all outgoing, pleasant and helpful. They have a huge window into the shop; so, you can even see the mechanics working on all of the cars in the garage.I highly recommend checking these guys out when you need work done on your car. My only regret is that I’m just now discovering them! When I need automotive work, they will be my first call. Couldn’t have been nicer!

European & Domestic Auto Care is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and affordable when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I had my 2015 BMW 328i with a starter/ignition malfunction towed in on a Saturday and heard back from Carey on Monday with a reasonable quote for a new starter and battery. I agreed to their quote and expected to pick up my vehicle the next day, but then they informed me that my starter/ignition malfunction was due to the timing belt going bad prematurely (vehicle had less than 50k miles) and causing the engine to seize. Carey and Danny encouraged me to complain to BMW and insist on a new replacement engine. Luckily, this issue is covered under a limited extended warranty and a local BMW dealer is installing a new engine for free. I appreciate the team at European and Domestic Auto Care discovering this issue for me and giving me the information I needed to file a claim with BMW. I usually hate dealing with car repairs, especially at the dealer, so I appreciate how easy they made this process for me. I will definitely use them for my vehicle’s future services and highly recommend you do as well, especially if you’re looking for trustworthy, affordable, and quality care for your luxury vehicle.

This shop absolutely stands by their work! H3 Hummers are notoriously difficult to diagnose and repair, mine was no exception. They went through it with a fine tooth comb and didn’t charge me for the extra time and work it took to sort it out. Beyond that their customer service was impeccable. Bottom line, the most important part of picking a mechanic is trust, they’re rated so high for a reason, they’re definitely trustworthy and I highly recommended them. Eli went out of his way to break down the pricing on an issue with my car brakes for me. I sent him a quote I had gotten from another shop and he talked through their quote with me, explained why the repairs were so expensive, and provided me with another quote from European and Domestic Autocare. When I had questions, he answered them completely and patiently discussed options with me. When we needed research to find the right solution he spent time and effort to dig deep, saving us money while correcting the issues. When I had concerns he addressed them immediately, no questions asked.You will not find people who will treat you more according to the golden rule than Cary and Eli.I’m not just satisfied, I’m really happy to have met them.

I love these guys. I have a Mercedes 2003 CLK 500 with less than 100,000 miles. A great car, but an expensive one to maintain. After one final financial flogging at the dealership, I found this place in my backyard. They are honest and they truly care about their customers. That cannot be said of any of Mercedes dealership in Atlanta where the business model invites inflated service costs (just ask them!) I have been going to European & Domestic Auto for a couple of years. I have been a satifies customer each time. The price Im quoted before service is always what my total is after service. One time it was considerably less. I have recommended a couple of people to use their services as well. I was considering buying a car in the last couple of weeks, but they keep mine running so good, Im rethinking that and saving my money.

Great shop, guys know what they are doing, and their customer service is outstanding. I took my Mini Cooper in after my serpentine belt shredded, which caused a lot of my warning lights to go out. Shop reset the indicators, and then took action once any new indicator lights came back on. Saved me a lot of money. Friendly service, and it was a refreshing simple experience for me. Way above and beyond customer service!I had my 2008 BMW 135i serviced here in September 2017 right before I moved to Houston. I got my battery replaced and a couple of other items. When I found out this week that my battery is bad and still under warranty, I called Eli at the shop and he really helped me out. I couldnt get Pep Boys to do the warranty replacement for me because the work was done in Atlanta. But Eli helped me by calling the local Pep Boys store got them to replace my battery for free. He even picked up the installation costs. This shop really stands by their work and has always been great to work with. Thank you so much for all your help Eli!

I passed by them for years but still took my car to the dealership not aware of how much I was being ripped off.Eli the owner is honest, accurate, and charges what I would say is a very fare price. I will always take my car into them from now on for basic servicing to major repairs.Everyone there is also very professional and friendly.

Eli at European and Domestic Auto Care was great! This was my first time visiting European & Domestic Auto Care and the experience was awesome. He and his staff were courteous and knowledgeable regarding my car issues. Eli took the time to address my issues and explain what work was needed regarding my vehicle. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my vehicle and explain the “why” behind the recommended repairs. Great shop. Great staff. Everyone is treated like family.

I had a great experience with European & Domestic Auto Car Care fixing my 2011 Jaguar XF Premium!! The staff was very friendly and called to keep me updated on every aspect of the repair! That made me feel really secure about doing business with them. They gave me a great after repair warranty for a year or 12,000 miles and gave me a free battery for my key fob. I’m definitely sticking with them for all my repairs!! Highly recommended!!

European & Domestic did a wonderful job on my car for a great price. They were incredibly persistent and corrected everything that was wrong with it. My car has never run this well before! Everyone is friendly and helpful; but Cary is especially knowledgeable and dedicated.
