I call 5 shops in the southwest Atlanta area to do a transfer case replacement for my Nissan Murano meaning I needed them to replace part and order the new part....1 shop wanted to charge me 3000$ and the other 3 never called me back till this day...Riccardo at Dynasty Auto Works was able to give me a quote for my repair the same day over the phone in a few minutes without my truck being right in front of him. Did my repairs on time and price me at 1500$ for the job which is fairly reasonable for that type of repair. Then went over and beyond to let me know another a small issue before he put everything back together which lots of mechanics would not have done such a thorough job. A shop with professionalism and integrity. This my new go to shop now in southwest Atlanta!

Great experience! Owner is honest he didnt try to say more things were wrong on car to get more money. Would definitely take care there again

We broke down on MLK JR blvd - white family in old 08 truck. This was the only man who would keep his workers past closing time & come to AutoZone & use his booster to get us to his shop- he & his guys repaired our vehicle in time he stated & kept us safe after telling us we were not in the best ever neighborhood. I love this guy & his employees. They all shook our hands/were super nice. We made it home safe. Ricardo & his guys have the best repair shop in Atlanta! thank you guys so much

Hi Im from Texas I came to him to change my headlight and he broke my gas gauge and charged me 250.00 why I dont know. my headlight still has the crack I originally paid to get fixed. He is a crook!

I brought my 2011 Lexus gs350And he claim my brakes where badAnd it really was the fuel pump and my car went out on the highway and crashed into 4 vehicles and now I have a pending lawsuit dont not goto these people he charge me 980 to change my oil and brakes
