I went online after hours and inquired about scheduling an oil change. I received an almost immediate email response (automated, I think). Got a follow up email the next day to call in and schedule my oil change.Very easy scheduling. Dropped off my car on the morning of my appointment and got a call back within a few hours that it was ready for pick up.Very smooth process, upfront pricing, no pressure to do other additional work. They did recommend a tire rotation with the oil change, but when I declined, no further pressure. I appreciate that. I plan on buying new tires soon, so no need to rotate. I did not even explain my reasoning for declining the tire rotation.I appreciate the professional attitude and the clean lobby. They personally respond to your appointment requests within hours, even after the store closes. The staff are kind, courteous, and patient. I have gone to this location three times, and I must same every time it is the same: quality service with a smile. When you call to make an appointment, Forry and Tim are excellent. They never make you feel like you are a bother; they take their time to understand the issue you are having and answer any questions you throw their way. It’s always so convenient because Anthem sends you text notifications the day before and the morning of your appointment as a reminder. When you walk into the facility, no matter how early, you are immediately greeted and treated well. Before any services are done on your vehicle, you receive a courteous call to explain the diagnosis, and YOU decide what work you want done. Even when I had an engine problem before, the service was completed in a day and I haven’t experienced any additional issues! At pickup, the welcome and professionalism is still there. It is the easiest process I’ve ever had related to auto work. And let me not forget… after your vehicle is completed, Anthem reaches out to you a day or two later to ensure your vehicle is working smoothly, and they have fulfilled their obligation to a job well done. I have told all my friends about Anthem and will continue to shout their praises.

Very amiable and knowledgeable staff, and waiting room is comfortable, clean, and attractive. All the work Anthem has done on my cars over the last four years has proven reliable, and the staff has on occasion made recommendations that helped me save money. When I was trying to decide whether to buy a new car, they provided me with information about the condition of my present car that helped me make a decision.

I have had great service each time Ive brought my Jeep in. They are thorough but dont try to up sale you on unnecessary parts or repairs which I appreciate very much. I do not usually write reviews but felt the circumstances were extraordinary enough to share my experience. I moved back to Atlanta within the last 14 months and needed my brakes replaced. After receiving some high quotes from other local shops, I found Anthem through Google. The reviews were great and their quote beat the price of any other shop. They were extremely responsive and did a good job with the work. Fast forward a few months and I started to hear a strange buzzing / vibrating noise when I started my car. The noise came from behind my center dash and would run for about 10 seconds and then cut off. After paying Anthem a $150 service fee to diagnose the problem, I was told it was a failing ABS pump, which is an anti-lock braking system that prevents the wheel from locking and skidding when the brake it smashed down. I was quoted over $4K to fix new given used parts were not available due to demand at junk yards. Because my car is an 2005, I decided to wait on the repair. A few weeks later, I started to notice my AC was going in and out. I also found that when I adjusted the AC controls, the buzzing / vibrating noise would start and stop. With no ABS light on the dash showing and the AC issues, I decided to get a second opinion at ToyoTech. After speaking with the lead mechanic, I was told the sound was undoubtedly AC related and would cost around $400 to fix the motor that was failing / stalling. I am at a complete loss as to how Anthem diagnosed my vehicle with an ABS pump failure when it was a simple AC related motor failing??? Wonder what would have happened if I pursued the repair and their assessment at face value. Just wanted to share my experience for whatever it is worth. Pays to get a second quote.

Very professional, customer service oriented, excellent communication. I brought my car here for some significant repairs - Tim was patient in his explanations of the work that needed to be done and helped me prioritize the repairs so that I was able to address the most pressing issues first and then return after a few months to get the others taken care of. He was very responsive to my many texts and phone calls, I am very happy with the quality of the work as well.

Best Auto repair shop Ive ever been to. The guys here are trustworthy and reliable. They found the source of the rattling under the hood of my Corolla to be the water pump and replaced it. Now the car sounds like new. Never taking my car to a different shop.

I brought my car in to Anthem Automotive thinking I had a brake issue. Tim (service advisor) asked a few really good questions and he and the service team figured out that my brakes were fine but I had a serious safety issue related to the steering and suspension systems. They were able to fix it quickly and they worked with my extended warranty company efficiently so that I avoided having to come out of pocket on the repair. Also, since they told me my brakes were fine, they helped me save money on what would have been an unnecessary repair. These guys are great at diagnosing issues and working with you to make it as seamless as possible. They are also very professional and friendly.

My Honda Element spent its first 12 years in New England, so much more rust than most in ATL, but it never deters these folks and they do good work.

Anthem is a perfect blend of modern convenience and classic hospitality. They have a fantastic system set up. Setting up appointments is easy, they have after-hours dropoff and pickup, and they work very fast. They do great work, talk you through everything, and give you options based on prioritization. I have never once been to them and felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I always take my car here and as long as they continue to serve me the way they have, there is little reason to look elsewhere.

I had about every light going off in my 2019 Malibu. The professionals at Anthem Automotive were able to dial-in the issue immediately. On top of that, they made me aware of a warranty I had never heard of (Federal Emissions 8 year/80k warranty) for my Engine Control Module. Customer service was excellent. I had my starter replaced on my 2014 Infiniti Q50 here at Anthem on 4/29/21. I didnt know what was the exact problem as I was told alternator at another location which was not the problem. Anthem figured out the correct diagnoses and kept me updated throughout the process. They then fixed the starter quickly. They have earned my business and I would highly recommend their shop for car repairs.

Excellent and well-priced service. Highly recommend for convenient location and quality of service.Had to have my 17 Tacoma towed here due to a disk brake fluid failure. They had it diagnosed within an hour during a busy day, and gave me a very accurate quote, at a fair price. Took a day to do the work, which they let me know in advance. Final bill was within 1% of the original quote. Both Brett and Wes were very informative and a pleasure to do business with.

Have you ever had a customer service experience so above and beyond that you felt the need to immediately call your mom and tell her about it? Well I did and im still in awe. I had probably the best service here at anthem automotive of my entire life. I had a very unusual request and called to see if they could take care of it, they told me to come by in a hour and theyd check it out. I show up and they get me in right away and fix the problem ive been trying to deal with for weeks. The guy who was doing the work was wearing just normal everyday clothes and not all greased up like everyone else there. So I asked him what he does at the shop and turns out he is the freakin owner! I was amazed, the owner getting down and dirty and giving the best service around. I asked him, Wes, how much it would be and he said not to worry about it. Like, WHAT!? Now I was hesitant to mention this because I dont want you reading this to expect any freebies, thats not how this works. But it just goes to show the dedication, care and love for the community and their cars that this place has. I have some issues with my other car and there is no question in my mind that Im going to bring it here every single time. I am absolutely blown away. Wes and the rest of the crew at Anthem is your companion, they wont hold you ransom, they work so great in tandem its hard to fathom.

Im the owner of a 2014 Corolla S (CVT transmission) and these guys know how to cycle the fluid in the generation 10 Corollas vs the dealer saying its lifetime fluid. Yes its expensive however, the work is warrantied and anyone driving this type of transmission should definitely pay these kind gentlemen a visit. They checked my battery for free, replaced it with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and swapped my spark plugs. The car runs like new and my gas mileage has gone up (even with Atlanta traffic!). Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for and for this particular type of vehicle/transmission, the dealer is hoping your car breaks down so they can sell you a new one instead of doing the proper work required at the correct intervals.

From the first phone call with Forry to getting my receipt from Brett, every step was above and beyond. I love to learn about cars so when my CEL and EPC light came on in my jetta, I wanted to use it as another learning experience. I replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils, but my car still wasnt running right and I knew I needed to take it somewhere. The dealership was my first call, and after hearing it would take 2-3 days to just diagnose, I never called back. So I called Anthem Automotive because of the previous reviews knowing they would be timely and they had the tools to [hopefully] repair my car. They worked with my unusual work schedule and I was in 2 days later to get it diagnosed officially. We were hoping to have the diagnosis done that day and I would bring it back on my next day off work. But, instead, between 11am and 5pm, they diagnosed it, found all the parts needed, and repaired it! And they kept me updated with each step along with getting my permission to repair it knowing it would cost money. Most shops will just go ahead and fix everything they see an issue with and you find out at the end when your bill comes out hundreds of dollars higher than expected. But Forry and Brett, patiently, explained each step to me because they knew I was interested in learning and had it done quicker than I ever expected. The pricing is very fair and reasonable too! I cant thank them enough and theyll be my service shop of choice from now on.

This shop is clean, and the service was very friendly. However, on two separate occasions I had car repair issues and took them in for review. Both times they quoted me pricing that was outrageous. On both occasions, I got it looked at by other shops and was able to get MORE done for 1/3rd of the price. Its a classic shop that you are scared for someone unfamiliar with cars to go in. Would not recommend.

I had the best experience with Anthem... Placed a description of my issue/information with them at 7pm got a response at 9pm (AFTER HOURS) telling me exactly how to fix my issue through a warranty with my dealer. They didnt try to bring me in for something I could fix for free (and I absolutely would have because I had no idea). That shows true character. I wouldnt go anywhere else for car service folks.

From the first phone call I could tell this place was different. Tim, the guy who work with me through the whole process when getting my car fixed was awesome!! He gave me 2 updates a day and my car was in and out in a matter of days. I feel very confident bringing my car back there and having them work on it. Great customer service! My car stalled and had to get towed there. They ran a diagnostic and recommended some services (as shops do), but I felt were really honest about what was urgent and what I could hold off on. They also recommended shops for services that they did not provide. I looked around around to compare pricing. Their pricing is resonable compared to surrounding shops. I didnt get my car serviced with them, but they cleaned it and handled the paperwork to get it towed to me. I was not able to make it to the shop to sign the paperwork myself. I would go there again.

Im from out of town and needed some service on my car. It was a pretty good experience with these guys, all things considered. By that I mean, who likes to go to the car mechanic and pay over $800? I feel like they are honest guys though and my sister deals with them often and she and my brother in law reccomended them highly.

After taking my car to a competitor shop, I took it to Anthem to get a 2nd opinion. Forry was extremely consultative, communicative and spent a lot of time talking to me about my options and what made sense for my situation. I want to recognize the good folks at Anthem even though they were unable to help me with my engine repair. I have a modified van and not all shops have the ability to handle this type vehicle. Rather than do a sloppy job they were open about it and said that they would not be able to do the repairs the van needed. They went on to waive the charges that we had agreed to for checking out the vehicle.These acts earn trust and loyalty.The best part of the experience was that even though no major repairs were done, they tended to the fluids and possibly other things because the van is running better than when I brought it in!!

So far anthem automotive is a very professional establishment i just dropped my car off for service and was treated with the utmost respect they ask for 1 to 1 and a half days to check your vehicle and even sent me home in an uber within a 2 mile radius. That is something I was not even expecting to be honest but it shows their dedication to their customers and i really appreciate them for it. I don’t commonly write reviews, but this is straight up the best place you can have your car serviced. I know enough to know what it should cost, and they did the job for a fair price. I estimated in my head $1200 and they only charged $500. We wore the break pads way too far down. They were also very prompt and courteous. Far too many shops rip you off, but they are honest and fair.

Fory and the team did an awesome job of getting my vehicle fixed and ready to go. New to town and not knowing where to go I gave them a call. I now know I made the right decision and have a reliable shop to use in the future if needed.

Check engine was on and I check it myself so I knew which issue I had. Called them up and they got me an appointment within a few days. The day of, my car wont start. I have to tow it in. They were super kind to me as I was having a rough day and explained to me what happened in common terms and answered all my questions. There was nothing but genuine empathy and kindness. Car works wonderfully now and they solved a problem I have been having for 10 months. No other mechanic was able to even find the problem.
