George, who helped me, was extremely patient and helpful; Derrick who serviced my car was equally fantastic. 4 stars and not 5 because an error was made in the system that had my car sitting on the lot without notifying employees. Definitely will be going here again in the event of car issues!

I got their savings certificate in the mail for a discounted oil change and tire rotation. We called to make an appointment, which it said on the ad was necessary. Whomever answered the phone said, no, you dont need an appointment, just bring it in tomorrow at 11:00 am. and it would be done in an hour. I did that, and was told, no, it will be more like 3 hours wait. When I asked if they took appointments,, the AAA person said yes, and he was sorry that we got the wrong information. I agree with the other person who said he thought the ad was bait to get you in so they could do other (he discovered unnecessary) repairs to cover the bottom line loss that the ad would give AAA if everyone just did the oil change and rotation. There were two customers there at the same time who were being told their cars needed extensive repairs and they were upset. I do not know what their outcome was, but I find this method of doing business unethical and I will not have any work of any kind done by this business.

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Little did I know that the promotion they were running was just bait to create new service opportunities. Upon completion of the requested work I was presented with a $1600 list of additional services that really should be done.Generally I ignore those sort of bait and switch tactics but the technician told me my rear brakes were unsafe. He said he might be able to save the rotors but the pads were worn through. On a scale of 1 to 10 my brakes were a two. I decided this recommendation might actually matter so I took the car to another service center who I trust. Their diagnosis was that The rotors were well within spec and the pads still had more than 50% life on them.Id love to tell you that I believed that this was simply a misunderstanding or a difference of opinion. The reality is, I was lied to and I wont be back.

Made appointment last week for 9 am oil change. 10:45 my car just went on the rack.Saved $5 but lost 2 hours.Customer service rep says “it’s slow because we book so many”…well, duh. I know how long it takes to change oil. It’s the nearly 2 hours waiting for it to go in that’s the problem.Won’t be back.

I went there specifically for a new battery! I arrived there around 9am and didn’t leave until around 1:30pm. I was told my car needed an alternator and a new computer, along with a new battery! I was also told, (because I thought this was a bit much, and wanted to come back the next day) that I might not make it home, and if I do, it might not start up again. So I felt I was forced to stay and get it fixed. The guy who I spoke with, told me, he couldn’t fix my car, because the computer would be impossible for him to get. So I was advised to go to Jeep, so they could service my vehicle. Not only did I make it home, I then took my vehicle to Jeep, and told them everything that happened with AAA. The guy who serviced my vehicle at jeep told me, I JUST NEED A NEW BATTERY!! Which was the ONLY REASON I went to AAA in the beginning!! Jeep put in a new battery for me, and of course, I kept asking “are you sure all I needed was a new battery?” And I was told “YES! The only issue your vehicle had, was the battery. We changed the battery, and your service light went off”. Now today, I notice the cap to my tire is missing, and the only people to play around with my vehicle was AAA! That was my FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO AAA FOR SERVICING!!

This establishment is one step away from being a shade tree mechanic. With the excellent reputation of AAA their car care is terrible I had two different vehicles I had them work on both vehicles I had to bring back one for a bad brake job the second improper installation of a fuel pump. If your repair consist of replacing the windshield wipers I might let them work on that anything complex take it somewhere else. I was sold on the lengthy warranty that they offer. My advise to anyone reading this review take your vehicle to an reputable establishment that know what they are doing. AAA will burn you, and over look vehicle safety to turn a profit. George I didn’t forget, you are a terrible representation of a service advisor. I see why the young staff member was disrespectful to you based on your practices you put people lives in danger when they are traveling on these roads. Find another profession.

Do not go to this location to get your vehicle serviced. Extremely unprofessional and the front desk staff specifically George were extremely rude. I would think that team members in customer service would be respectful but I was treated with everything except that. The team and technicians let my partner drive off in a very unsafe vehicle without any remorse, understanding, or recommendations for the repairs needed. BUYER BEWARE

Do not waste your time or money going here. They will brake parts on your car and claim to have no knowledge of it. They tried fixing my issue 4 to 5 times, everything they said they fixed it, was not done. I would have to return the car to the shop within 48 hours of them supposedly fixing the issue to have it looked at again. They purposely sabotage the vehicle so that you Will have to bring it back and spend more money.

The staff are responsive, helpful, and courteous. However, they fell short in a couple of areas, and part of it was my fault.I used to use the AAA TripTik for all our car trips, until I got Microsofts Map Point, which I used for years to make my own maps. Microsoft has abandoned the product, and it wont run on Windows 10.Ive been using a combination of Magellan Roadmate and Google Maps on my phone for a while, but I prefer to have maps handy as a backup. Unfortunately, we sold one of our cars and inadvertently left all our maps in the trunk.This trip was to the Gulf coast via a very rural route, and I was concerned about losing cell service in some areas, which did happen. So I ordered a TripTik as a backup and asked that it be mailed to me. I didnt realize until I ordered that the local offices dont prepare and mail then - theyre mailed form somewhere in Nebraska.At the last minute I went to the office and requested another TripTik and received two, with a different route on each. The new TripTiks are not as good as I remembered them, and I wound up using Google Maps and the Magellan.All-in-all it was good experience!

Overall its a reasonable place for car repairs, but (without naming names) your service level and amount of $ you pay depends quite markedly on who your service person at the desk is. I know it doesnt help if you are a new customer. Just beware.

I went to this AAA location on TOCO Hills for a simple service. All ladies beware of George the front desk sales person. He is unethical and is only interested in selling products and not interested in taking care of customers service request. He ran up a bill on me totally unrelated to what I came in for.

As a AAA cardholder, I had my car towed to this facility when my car broke down. It was a transmission issue which I knew would be costly. However, I didn’t expect the quote I received when they called with the repair options. After receiving the quote, I called around to get other rates. AAMCO was nearly $2000 less. When I called to let George know that I was intending to have it towed to another site, he pressed for more information asking if I had found a cheaper option. I honestly told him about AAMCO’s quote and he asked if he could contact his warehouse to see if there was an error and to try and match the other quote. I reluctantly agreed to wait until the following morning to hear the new quote. When George called the following day, the quote miraculously dropped to approximately $350 more than AAMCO. I agreed to the lowered cost to avoid having to secure another tow to the other site. That was a mistake. Near the completion of the repair, I received another call from George regarding an issue apart from the transmission. Apparently, the ball joints were also worn down and it would be an additional $650 added to the repair total. I searched the average cost of that particular repair and again they were higher, so I asked them to finish with the transmission and I would get that taken care of later. After retrieving my car, it was making a noise that it was not making before being taken to this facility. As the noise persisted and worsened, I knew the car needed to be taken to a repair shop again. I refused to take it to AAA, this time. The next shop replaced the ball joints for a price that was much fairer and found other issues. In addition to the ball joints, the front calipers were both put on backwards and the brake lines were twisted and rubbing on the wheel in such a way that they could have been severed at any given time while driving. I believe that the AAA Toco Hills location sabotaged my car in an effort to get more business and money out of me. I will never again return to this facility with any future car trouble and will urge others to avoid this location as well.

Edit: George, one of the service advisors, called me first thing in AM and provided a detailed updated on the status of my car. He also provided an estimate of other things to consider getting fixed when I can fit it into my budget. As Im sure some of you can attest to, $1500 repair can be a hefty expense. I thought the cost of the repair was fair. There is a 2 year or a certain mileage warranty on the work. Im satisfied with the outcome and my car repair was done today. I would definitely consider them in the future!Original: My car could not be driven so I called AAA. I was going to have it towed to a repair shop I use closer to my house but the guy from AAA said that they could tow it to Car Care plus a few miles away. He said they open at 8am and they can give you an estimate within 1 hour. Ive called this shop several times throughout the day but it looks like they wont be looking at my car until tomorrow now. I think AAA customer service definitely didnt set good expectations. Ill edit my review upon seeing what happens tomorrow.

I visited the AAA Car Care Plus for an all-wheel alignment. I, being a AAA customer, received a coupon for an oil change OR wheel alignment. I made my appointment and was not there longer than 30 minutes. I had purchased New tires and wanted to keep aligned correctly. I had not been to this facility before, but have received offers to visit and try services. I am impressed with the service. I will be returning.

As a young girl, it’s always a little intimidating taking your car to a shop, but I cannot say enough great things about this AAA! This is the only place I ever take my car to! My whole family goes here too, and the entire staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. Jack is always able to thoroughly answer any questions I have. Moe is the best mechanic I’ve ever had; he is always very honest and trustworthy!

I had no choice but to have my car towed here with a flat tire. This is a AAA service center. My 2016 Kia Soul didnt come with a spare, only a air pump. They towed it there on 3/8/2021 around 6:15p. They close at 6, which I was aware of. I called at 7:35a 3/9/2021 and spoke with a gentleman that works behind the counter, who I didnt catch his name. I informed him of my situation and he told me that they had not checked the drop box yet and that it would be a while before he could check the vehicle out. I told him that I would come there and wait because I dont have any other transportation. To be fair in my review, I did not have an appointment and this situation was beyond my control. I got there at 7:55a. the gentleman behind the counter entered my information in the system. He called me back up 3 hours later to explain my tire situation and options. My tread depth was a 2 on 2 tires and a 3 and 4 on the others. The one that was a 3 was the flat tire. He said it was best to get 4 tires. He said the warranty that I had from Walmart probably wouldnt be valid any longer since I drive my car a lot and have high mileage and the tread is low. I shook my head and agreed. My quote for 2 tires to install would be $367.50 or $369.00. (I cant remember the exact price he quoted me). I almost blew a gasket! I thought to myself, I could get 4 tires for that price and they wouldnt be Walmart tires either. As I looked down at the paper that he had, the Technician wrote down wheel alignment and tires as the recommendation. I told him I just got a 4 wheel alignment 2 weeks ago on 02/20/2021 and I dont need another one. (I have my receipt to prove it). He started explaining to me the reason why I need to get one when you get new tires. NO YOU DONT HAVE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT WITH NEW TIRES, especially since I just had one! After I told him that I would get 2 tires, he told me that hell put it in the system, they have to bring the tires from the warehouse and it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At this point I had been here over 3 hours. I went to several stores in the plaza, came back an hour later, sat down again, waited an additional 40 mins and went back to the counter to talk to him again!! He said they were balancing the tires and was almost done. As Im waiting, I hear a gentleman at the counter telling the female worker that he had an appointment over an hour ago and his car is not even in the bay yet. She apologized and told him that 2 people called out and it has put them behind. Why didnt she tell him that when he first brought his vehicle in so he can make a decision whether he wanted to wait or reschedule? My opinion is that no one called out, they were behind schedule and thats the best excuse to give. 6 hours, 15 mins later Im checking out. Im so frustrated, I just pay my bill and leave. When I get to work to review my charges, them fools charged me for an alignment after I told him earlier that I just had one!!! I will be contacting Corporate and complaining about this entire process and asking for a refund on the alignment! The most AAA can ever do for me again is a lockout, jump a battery or tow my car home!!! This is the first and last time theyll ever see my car at a AAA auto repair shop!FYI. There were over 35 cars in the lot and when customers would call in with their car situation, they continue to tell them to bring their cars in, even though they are sooooooo backed up on work. Poor Customer Service.

I really appreciate Jack. My daughter vehicle was left over there since the building had to close for a few weeks. He made it possible for my daughter to come get her car and get back to work. He came to the building and waited for us to get there to pick up her car. He even gave his personal number if we had any problems or questions concerning the service. He is a blessing. I was getting ready to post a 1 star review due to the fact that the Toco Hill location was closed without notice. But I read the other lady review on the young man(Jack) and I thought about how he was up there dealing with another person when we came up. Who was complaining about the location being closed and they had appointment. After dealing with the other person he took the time out to ask how he could help me and my husband. We told him we needed a map to get to Temple Georgia. He told us he could not get a map for me but he would print us out the directions to get there, he also gave us his number to call if we got lost. You dont find people like this all the time who are willing to help. Thank you so much. P.S we made it to our appointment on time

Wow. Absolutely the worst experience at a shop. Get a flat tire they don’t call. I have to call them and it takes 4 days for them to fix my tire. I call them several times throughout that time frame to see what’s taking so long and turns out they were CLOSED the entire time????? Also turns out they wouldn’t have been reopened until that next week so almost two weeks without my car for work. What’s the deal guys? I know Covid makes things crazy but why not at the very least send my a notice 1.) my car got fixed 2.) you guys are closed? Maybe at the very least update your website.

I had my car towed to this establishment, a few days of waiting in the shop I received a quote for a water pump and accessory replacement of close to $1,200. I requested an itemized list of parts and labor for this job as I was concerned with the price. After some discussion on parts and estimates I found online, a few phone calls back and forth, and being on hold for a good chunk of time I was transferred to the mechanic who told me they could do it for half the price...the one that matches aaa.com online estimates (I had to research parts myself online).I picked up my car to find their leftover fast food trash left carelessly in the passenger seat.I emailed management attempting to be understanding and no response. They tried to rip me off for double the cost of a simple repair and they will attempt to do the same to you. Take your money elsewhere.

This is the worst car repair shop I’ve visited in Atlanta. Very poor scheduling and customer service. I gave them two attempts to fix a leaky tire. On the first attempt, I called and was told to bring my car in. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I was told “we have no idea what you’re talking about, we don’t have time for you today”. On the second attempt, I made an online appointment, dropped the car off, and nobody looked at it due to them being over-booked. It’s frustrating to waste time and not get a car repaired. I made a mistake giving them a second chance; definitely won’t make this mistake a third time.

We truly couldnt ask for better service. Our tire blew 7 hours from home and they were able to get us back on the road within 2 hours of us getting there. Everyone we spoke with, including the tow-truck driver and everyone inside, were incredibly friendly and very helpful.

I brought my car on Monday to get a tired repaired and told them I needed it on Tuesday. They had the WHOLE DAY to do something —either repair the tire or inform me they couldn’t do such a thing and they had to change the tires. They did NOTHING. I called next morning thinking the problem had been resolved and they told me they couldn’t repair the tire and had to change it —this, again, could have been informed on the day before since I clearly said I needed the car for Tuesday. The prices to change the tires are double than the other tires places that are around a mile or so.I decided then to use the spare and take care of the problem later. Again I DO NEED THE CAR FOR THAT DAY. However, for changing my spare tire the lady on the phone informs me they will take 2.5 hours even though the car was there FROM THE DAY BEFORE.I ended up putting some air and rushing to a nearby tire place, thing I should’ve done the day before since these people are very incompetent.I am a AAA premium member and at this point I don’t understand why to even bother and keeping a membership of a place that offers such a poor customer service.

I went in for an oil change, and I ended up spending almost 800 dollars on preventive maintenance. My car started overheating a week later. I towed it back there, and they fixed the problem for free (which was the only good thing about my experience with this shop). When I went to go pick up my car after hours, my key was not where they said it would be. I had to get in my car using a spare key because apparently they put my key in the wrong car. Finally, after everything was said and done, they stole my AUX cord. They are unprofessional thieves, and I strongly recommend you look somewhere else for maintenance.Edit: I gave them 2 stars cause they did do that one repair for free, but other than that, still a bad experience

I got my work van towed there because it was recommended by a triple Aaa agent! I did give them a call forehead and they told me they will check it right away and tell me what’s wrong! 4 days after, nothing. Then l head there myself because l was tired of being lied on the phone. And they just said we are short stuffed we can’t check it. The last and not the least l had to tow my van at my own expense!It’s the most unfair and unprofessional people l have ever dealt with specially that person name Jackson a rude fat black guy !

EXCELLENT SERVICE...ALWAYS! I come here often and I’m always pleased with the service rendered here at this location. Today George Jackson assisted me with my services. When asked about winterizing my Acura, he thoroughly explained why. I needed some additional work done and he, along with the service guy, brought me out to my car (in the service area) to actually show me where the problem was. I appreciate their honesty because as all know, women are always taken advantage of in the automobile world. He also offered other options that were more cost feasible for me. Mr. Jackson also gave me an itemized list of things that need to be done within the next six months. I didn’t feel pressured like when I do when going to the dealership. Keep up the great customer service guys and your customers will continue to come back!

My alternator was replaced good customers service by Dion. The only complaint I have is they wanted me to replace the battery. My battery I bought in 2018 the warranty was still good and if there is a problem I would take it back and get it replaced and I told them this about my battery. They wanted to replace my battery which mean more money for them I wasnt happy about that. My battery was good I had it checked at auto zone. Im giving them 4 stars because of the customer service and replacing the alternator.

I had a pleasant experience here just getting my oil changed. I made an appointment and was in and out of there in 30-40 minutes. They were courteous and explained everything they found; they offered some additional services and upgrades but werent pushy about it. They were also able to help me get a new insurance card while I waited.

I cannot express how much I appreciate service advisor, George Jackson, assisting my wife with our vehicle today. He was honest with us by letting us know the condition of our tire. He noticed the headlight was out and asked if we wanted to take care if it by replacing the bulb. We told him at another location, they said it was an electrical problem. He didnt agree with that decision. We are truly grateful that someone like Joe is not giving my wife the runaround.

Had a wonderful experience today when went to AAA to have a headlight replaced. Lots of cars in the lot and expected a long wait, but was out in 1.5 hours. Mr. George Jackson was very helpful and knowledgeable in figuring out which bulb was needed and did a great job of explaining it all to me. Thank you AAA and Mr. George for being there.

Everyone at AAA has been calm and reassuring. They added a little levity while making sure I was getting all the car care I needed. 2nd day of the year, I’m supposed to be driving back home and suddenly the car won’t work. Bought my car insurance rate here, great savings but, once you buy the insurance you will never here from your agent again. NO customer service from the agent that never ever contacted me when my insurance lapsed because of a credit card mistake. Now I’m paying twice what I should be because picking up the phone and warning me takes too much time?!?!?

This location does not seem organized. After keeping my car overnight for a diagnostic ( I dropped off at 11am), they finally prepared an estimate for $1070 at 12:15 pm next day. I decided to have another mechanic do a diagnostic and the quote was $49 parts plus $149 labor. My car runs without any issues. J.M. Quick Fix in Norcross was a lifesaver. My personal opinion is to shop around and dont let the diagnostic fee of $120 obligate you to accept their estimate.

New CustomerI went to AAA because i had an email for a free oil change ... Well this is my first time going to an AAA service center and i was very impressed with the wait time.. I asked the gentleman how long for oil change, tire rotation and fluid re fill.. he said about an hour or less .. My car was done less than an hour When the service guy rang me up, i told him about the email i received for free oil change.. In a polite way, he said that he didnt see anything in his system but he will make it work . HUH?.. WHAT!? I was so sure I was going to have to escalate and call a manager to come forth ... However to my surprise, he handled the situation very professionally .. I only paid $2 for tax .. Thank you for making it work and getting me in and out as fast as possible. Very Satisfied with service and customer service here!

Bait and Switch. A Free oil change cost me $25.00 because my car didnt take the regular oil which was what was advertised. Apparently only old cars use regular oil, not my 2014 car. That, as most newer cars, takes synthetic oil. The asterisk was tiny and note that it was regular oil was on the other side of the coupon.I wouldnt have minded paying full price but the coupons I get frequently says Free. If this is their manner of business, I can only imagine what would happen if the car needed some repair.I dont want the manager to contact me as appears to be their stock answer. I paid the bill and doubt I will use their services again.
