I needed to replace my key it was not unlocking my doors the replacement key $350 is not unlocking my doors. The dealership looks nice everyone seems to be very pleasant and the only thing I am very disappointed about is the fact that I paid for my key on Wednesday they said it would take 2 days I called on Friday and was put on hold for about 45 I called back again on Monday was put on hold for another 22 minutes so I left and went up there and guess what MY KEY had been there since Friday but it was lost they couldnt find it all the time its in Johns drawer and no one called me and I had to pay for a rental for two extra days that they dont care nothing about that was very unprofessional

I travel for work so often times I use the airport concierge service. Its a pretty simple process . You park in the designated area before departure and then you pick your vehicle up after your return . The dealership parks your vehicles at the airport and hour before your return . You retrieve your key by using the last 5 digits of your phone number. I returned Thursday evening to find that my key could not be retrieved by using my cell phone number. I called the emergency number as instructed several times and got no answer. I texted and called my service advisor still to get no answer . I was forced to leave my vehicle at the airport and get a ride home from my husband. I finally received a text message the next morning inquiring as to why I hadnt picked up my vehicle. I explained the horrible ordeal I had experienced and asked to speak with the Service Manager. I was told that Joe Pitt was in meetings but he would call me back . I did not receive a call from Joe so I called him back and left him a voicemail. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to receive a call from the service manager or anyone else but coincidentally I receive a text message every single day in reference to a $36 parking payment . I am very disappointed in the level of service or lack there of that I have received from Mercedes Benz Of South Atlanta and will be reporting this to their corporate office. Currently my vehicle is still parked at the dealership since last Friday and no one has even bothered to return my call or even inquirie as to when I will be picking it up . As much money as I have spent with this dealership over the years, it seems their only concern is the $36 parking fee . If you are looking for a Benz dealership with Great customer service DO NOT VISIT Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta
For an upsale place the service was terrible even with higher mgnt. I will NEVER visit this Mercades Benz shop again. Buckhead here I come.
Went in this weekend to get a part and received the worst customer service I could have imagined! As I was waiting in line I overheard two other customers talking about the lack of customer service now I understand!
