Ordered a hood through Summit Racing, which used LKQ (Keystone) Atlanta to ship me the hood directly. The hood showed up damaged in the flimsy, white, outer cardboard wrapping. Needless to say the hood was damaged because of a lack of protective packaging.Summit Racing placed an order for a replacement hood. I asked them to have the hood packaged better, and they said they would note it in the order.The second hood showed up in a giant outer cardboard box. The outer box was not in good condition, and the hood was inside, in the same white cardboard wrapping as before. No extra protective wrapping as requested.If you all are not going to package items better, then dont even bother shipping them out! Who wants beat up auto body parts??? I dont!

I placed an order for a part and paid for it. I was having difficulty picking up the part due to my schedule but was assured that the part would be there until I could retrieve it. Last week, I go to pick up my part only to find out that my order has been canceled but my money has not been refunded. A new order is placed and Im assured that my part will arrive within two days. I go to pick up my part, again the order has been canceled and the clerk does not know why and no explanation or apology given.

That was my first experience taking apart at a place like that. I had to drive to the end of Highway 166 to its other location to pick up my part. It was a good experience, everyone was so helpful, and the part ended up being even cheaper than what was quoted.

They are the best in the area. You are usually in and out for very few minutes. I highly recommend their services.

At this time unsatisfactory, I brought and paid an engine which should have been delivered by and still no engine in a timely manner. I placed several phone calls and customer service was very bad,I had to return to place of purchase in efforts to get this resolved. I still await delivery.

Spoke with a young lady by the name of Tara which buy the way didnt leave me on hold for almost 10 minutes great customer service..Call back got a man representative who told me a totally different price from her and when I told him that wasnt the guote I just received, he tried to change and say his quote was for a longer warranty on the vehicle.Get out of here with that always want to scam women.I know he seen the 6 months warranty as well as the 12 months.
