So professional and amazingggg! They did so well replacing the window in a timely manner and gave me the exact price over the phone. Not only did they replace the window but cleaned up all the glass that was broken inside of the car.

Went above and beyond, replaced my vandalized glass and vacuumed all the broken pieces out of my childs car seat and the car. Prices were reasonable for the area but would definitely use them again.

I droped my car in this place to fix the passenger window, and this is what I got! The scratchs are all over the passenger door!

I talked with Alex several times (a month before my event) and explained that I need a glass table top for my giant foam letters for my wedding. I gave him the measurements for the letters (all four) and explain that the glass need to be long to cover all letters. He assured me that it would. I had my sister go pick up the table top the day of my wedding. The glass is not what I ordered. The glass only covered one letter. I’m thinking this a joke but no so I called and explained the only thing the lady told me what we don’t accept returns “excuse me” ya messed up and that what you tell me. After that I called to speak with Alex and kept getting the run around for two weeks. I would NEVER recommend this company. $90 wasted and ruined my dessert table at my wedding

NEVER GET WORK DONE HERE. I went in for a simple windshield replacement due to a crack forming from being hit by a rock. I left with more car problems than I came in with. First off, the shop told me it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours to repair. We sat there from 2:00pm-5:30pm (3 1/2 hours). When I received my vehicle back, they replaced my vehicle with THE COMPLETE WRONG windshield - and one with a blurred defect additionally. There was sealant leaking into my vehicle. There were glass shards all over the dash of my vehicle. I was left with greasy handprints all over the light interior. Part of my metal roof was cut into with an equalizer knife when they went to replace the windshield. The is part of the windshield that is unsealed as air is seeping into my vehicle (can be heard while driving). AND on top of that, the shop about sent me on my way WITHOUT a receipt or any PROOF that I was there (I demanded this for insurance purposes). If I could give this shop ZERO STARS, I would. When I spoke with the front desk attendant and had him take a look at my vehicle he said, Sorry, theres nothing we can do and sent me on my way. Being from out of town, I had to leave extremely angry and upset. Go elsewhere, do not trust these people with your vehicle.

I was in town for a wedding. My car was broken into next to the wedding venue the night before the wedding, which was a friday. I called Glass Inc. the next morning Saturday and they got me in that day, and fixed my vehicle that day before I had to go to the wedding. Excellent customer service. They were extremely understanding and sympathetic. Just overall a wonderful place to do business with. Would recommend 10/10

I recently had my mazda tinted with the ceramic tint. They did a great job and had it done quickly. Appreciated how they gave me their opinion up front and didnt try to just sell me on the their most expensive tint.

Kids broke the window at my house and they were able to come out and replace same day! Fast service. Hopefully won’t have any more glass needs in a while but will be using them again when that does happen!

Im a property manager with over 250 properties. I sent 3 work orders to Mid Town Glass and they have not touched them in over a week; nothing scheduled nor have they reached out to the tenants. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have never had a more stressful dealing with any company. They took 3xs longer. Zero communication. Lied about having the order in and then coming back out to measure a 3rd time. They still ordered the wrong size. Busted glass all over the entire house and yard. Walked on yhe busted glass and trashed the brandnew flooring. Still poor communication. Broke yhe new glass. The owner wont call me. Nothing os done. Temporary glass half butt installed. Run. Dont call these people.

Despite seeing poor reviews I thought I would give this place a shot since it was close to my apartment. I needed a new window after someone broke into my car and smashed the window.After pretending to check if they had the window in stock and one or two dramatic phone calls (who knows if they were even on the phone), they said they would have to special order the window for $150 and the labor would cost a whopping $280 (I kid you not) for a grand total of $430!As I immediate started walking out the guy realized Im not as stupid as he thought and started mumbling about how much Im willing to pay as if I was in some Persian rug market or something, I walked out in disgust.I dont know a lot about cars but when someone quotes you that much for labor for a window repair they are obviously trying to rip you off. The labor to install a window is never more than an hour, usually a lot less.Obviously they were trying to rip me off. They werent rude by any means but I cant give more then one star to a dishonest place.In the end I ended up calling one of those places that they come to you to fix the window and they charged me $150 total (which is what you should pay to have a window repair).Case in point if a place has multiple bad reviews theres probably a reason.And another thing, all these cheesy 5 star reviews such as Joshua Fischer and Kevin B are obviously fake reviews. The customer service was superior, the finished work was perfect nobody actually talks like that.

I have used Glass Inc twice (this month and in January 2013) to repair glass damaged in car break-ins. In both cases Glass Inc came to my location on the same business day I contacted them when other companies said it would be an extra day. They beat other price quotes, including my insurance companys preferred quote, by over 25% both times. The mobile technicians were friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was some glass remaining inside the door after the first replacement--I told the technician while he was still on site, and he corrected the issue promptly. I highly recommend this service.

Repaired a chip in my windshield on a Saturday in under an hour. Price was also very competitive.

I called in and was quoted a fair price on a windshield replacement so I dropped my truck off. They replaced the windshield, and it looks great but they managed to damage my dashboard pretty badly in the process. The technician said he couldnt have done it, but it was obviously fresh. Ive driven this truck everyday for the past 10 years, so it was definitely damaged. They asked to reduce the amount I paid in an effort to build goodwill by crediting my debit card, but after 3 days, the credit still hasnt appeared on my account. The accountant was having trouble operating the debit card machine, which I believe is the cause of the issue... Im calling back today to see what we can do to settle this issue and avoid small claims court. As of now, Im not too satisfied with the experience and wouldnt recommend using this company for auto glass repair. Or at least that particular technician. I will say that the secretary lady was very nice and understanding.

I called this company on a Saturday to replace a broken car window. The service was fast and the repairman was very nice, but the price was not the same as quoted to me on the phone. I called and spoke with Larry and he realized that they had made a mistake with the final numbers and offered to credit back my card and run the card again for the “quoted” amount and I thought great! Come Monday morning, I realize that there is about $700 missing from my bill pay account. I call the bank and learned that this company had ran my credit card about 6 different times. I called the company and after speaking with two different people, I got to the person who had authorization to correct the error. Meanwhile, my automatic bills were all clearing and hence, I was being charged courtesy pay fees from my bank. Tuesday morning, the problem wasnt fixed and the reason was, oh, the fax wouldnt go through yesterday and when I called your office, you were out. I have voice mail and a receptionist who is somewhat intelligent and could have taken a message. The problem was corrected about 3 hours later but I still wanted to speak with someone about the courtesy fees, so I left a message for that person. I called today to ask why no one has called me back to discuss the courtesy pay fees and I get to speak with Michael ( who I was told was the person I needed to speak with), he was offended that I assumed he didnt work diligently on correcting the issue with my bank. So I guess I made his tummy hurt. After him talking over me and giving me a synopsis on how hard he worked on correcting a problem THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT, I just asked him to have the owner call me back. By the way, my only question was, why has my call not returned?So, I should be grateful that he cut off my leg but gave me a peg leg so I can walk, right?

Im an Atlanta Native, and have used these guys for my glass needs since 1979 - when I had my very first apartment! They have always done a great job, and have always had the most fair prices in town.... I wont go anywhere else... I must admit, Ive ONLY used them for glass needs around my home. I see a TON of negative comments on here about windshield and car glass replacement repair. I cant speak to that, but to home needs (table tops, plexi glass cut once for patio use, etc..) theyve been great for me.

I ordered over the phone, and it did actually take longer than quoted, fine, past that. I got the glass went to the job, got a ridiculous amount of glazing out, and realized that I was off on the measurement by a 3/16, and the glass would fall through. So I called, and 15 minutes later my order was ready, no rush charge. Thats service! My customer would have been pissed with a wait on a new piece of glass.

So I got home from work one evening to discover that one of my car windows had been broken into. Nothing was taken, but it was a very rainy day and didnt show signs of letting up. I didnt have a garage at the time, and I wanted to get my car into a shop where it could at least stay dry until they had time to fix it.Glass Inc. saved the day! All the other glass shops had closed around 5 (not great for all us single working folk), and even though it was almost closing time at 8 and there were no more technicians, Glass still allowed me to come by and pull my car in. And by the next day at noon they had it fixed! Despite the insurance hit and the general nuisance, Glass Inc. almost made the car break-in experience a pleasant one.

LOL-the reasoning is because I have a (fancy windshield) I just have rain sensors which is not apart of the windshield but actually the rear view mirror.I would advise shopping around, because thats outrageous....Unless maybe she thought I said engine replacement or transmission repair haha

Repaired rear driver side glass. Called on a Saturday. They got the part within one hour. I drove to the shop. They took me immediately and made the repair on site 50 minutes. Excellent service. Charged me the price quoted on the phone.

I needed a glass for one of my shelfs at my store. I called to see what i would have to do to get it cut or have somone come look at it. The guy on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. He said he cannot help me and just abruptly hung up. Very poor customer service even if it was to get some information.

Wish i can give 10 stars! They are very professional. I called at 4:15 and they were saying i would have to schedule for next day! I said I really need my door fixed and the guy checked to see if anyone wanted to take on the job! And yes they came thru!
