Due to working from home b/c of the pandemic and life just getting in the way, I went three years without washing my white car. It had stains and debris I didn’t think would ever come out, but Elite spent several hours doing their magic; my car looked brand new. My friends and family couldn’t believe their eyes, and neither could I. The white paint was faded, but Elite had it shining. I used Elite years ago, and even back then, they were good. No matter what service you get here, you won’t be disappointed.

Hard-working, well-skilled guys. Their prices are good compared to a lot of other places. They also have availability! They were able to fit us in on a tight turnaround. They’re conveniently located near downtown Atlanta with easy access to shops, dining, and things to do to pass the time while you wait. We brought in our minivan to be detailed prior to overseas shipping at the VPC. Our vehicle was accepted without an issue regarding cleanliness. Whether you just want your car to look it’s best, or you have a upcoming shipping appointment, these guys can take care of you!

If you are looking to get your car detailed please save your money and dont go here because everything they promise on their website u will never receive. Their website is professionally done just to attract people but in reality you will you will never have done on your car.It is just a overpriced car wash, nothing else.They almost do nothing on their website concerning detailing your car. Terrible customer service for warranty repairs. They did a good job installing the tint on my wifes 2007 civic, but after 8 or so years, the tint in the rear window bubbled and became hazy and making it very difficult to see out of, which is a huge safety issue. I made an appointment for a Saturday to have it replaced under the lifetime warranty. When I arrived, I was told they dont take appointments for warranty work, but I could wait around and if they got an opening, they might be able to squeeze me in. The gentleman I spoke with was not there. The woman working the counter was very rude. After 3 hours, I left. I ended up watching a youtube video on how to remove tint and did it myself.Terrible customer service.

Customer service was good and the tint job was even better. Professional and prompt doing business even though they were very busy. Will definitely recommend Elite Auto Spa!

They guy running the show is rude. I went to get my SUV washed and the guy made me take trash out of my car (couple receipts and an empty water bottle) . I do not mind but they way he came upon is was in the most insincere way. He over heard me talking to a gentleman that had just got his car washed and came up to me and said you can take your own trash out I have signs over the place but I didnt see a single one. He ended up not washing my car and gave it back. I do not recommend this place at all. The bald gentleman needs to change his attitude.

I read some of the reviews and hesitated to go but decided to give it a try anyway. Im glad that I did. Great management team and did an awesome job detailing my SUV. I get why they do, what they do - meaning checking your car prior to them cleaning it and/or why it takes so long; at the end of the day, they have a business to run. Patience is the key! The tech that cleaned my car made sure I got my moneys worth. Thank you again for doing an awesome job with my SUV.

Update: Go to Atlanta Luxury Window Tinting (157 North Avenue) if you want to avoid the hassle below and shockingly childish behavior of the owner.CUSTOMER BEWARE!Everything the owner is claiming below is a lie to save his hide. None of the numbers or roof options were discussed except the tax-free cash method. If you look through the reviews, this is a common theme. What happened to good business? I mean, the bottom line is.. I wasnt happy and asked for a very efficient and cheap solution. The owner refused.. so much for satisfaction guaranteed or your money back!. I only asked for a $7 piece of tint (1 foot long) to happily fix the problem myself - but watch out. Pride and ego get in the way BIG time at this place. Screw the customer, right? Good luck with your warranties everybody..Hes pushing a convenient narrative that I was wanting the whole roof done, which is proved false by my images. I only wanted to cover the factory tint transition, so we agreed on the antenna lines. I never wanted the roof to be tinted. I only wanted them to do a better job on the back window, which Tesla clearly defines by the antenna lines.. After noticing the rear tint problem on my drive back to work, I returned and inquired for a solution, but that was a dead end with the arrogant owner, via the guy up front over the phone. He was fussing at the poor guy! I was prepared when entering the front office (shack), and have the entire conversation at the front desk recorded if anybody would like to hear it before visiting this location. Im an easy going guy, and was trying to be very reasonable, but man.. never again.-------------------------------------On July 9th, 2021, I stopped by to get the cost of tinting my Tesla Model 3. When looking at the back window, we identified that we would have to agree on how high they could tint, since the car has a rear window that flows into a glass roof. The point we agreed on was the top of the antenna lines, which forms the top of the rear window in regards to the view through the rear view mirror. I agreed to the service with this in mind. I never once claimed I wanted the whole roof tinted, but a reasonable amount of the rear window.Fast forward to completion, and they missed the mark by nearly a foot. They stopped the tint below the transition from clear to tinted glass. This left a large daylight opening from back behind my kids headrests to above their heads.You should always (primary concern) end the tint above the rearward viewport through the rearview mirror to have a safe and uninterrupted view, and (secondary concern) end the tint at a point where it somewhat (as best as possible) matches the factory fade! This looks ridiculous, like their primary concern was not using a slightly larger piece of film.In response to my effort to get them to correct their mistake, the owner refused to fix anything without charging me more money on top of my base level ~$375 tint job. They even declined to hand me a small piece of tint for me to fix it myself. Without seeing my car personally, he claims (through his caught-in-the-middle shop manager, on the phone) that this is normal for this rear window. Pure nonsense.I am very disappointed. The Atlanta Tesla community will definitely be seeing this. The owner needs to empower his employees to allow them to fix customer complaint problems, instead of gunning for bottom line at all costs to the customer.

Do not go here. Shocking how poor the customer service is. The lack of professionalism and disrespect (front desk clerk and manager) is unreal. There are rules you must follow in order to get your car washed. However, they fail to tell you what the rules are. I heard multiple times You didnt follow the rules, you didnt follow the rules. And you only find out what the rules after youve failed to comply. The tone of voice, the attitude, the negative demeanor all signals a business that will ultimately fail if something doesnt change.The owner needs to have an serious intervention with the customer facing staff. I have used this place over the years and the service has always been impeccable. Now, the entire experience and vibe is different. There is nothing elite about this car wash. If there was less than a star, I would rate with that score.Owner: I appreciate your response, however, sadly, you are mistaken. I drive a truck and had left the truck to be cleaned. I’m experiencing with Anthony and David was amazing. These men’s where very pleasant and respectful. They make it worth every penny I spent. In the process of tinting my windows my front windshield crack. They was very honest about it and fix it free of charge. Also with your tints you get a lifetime warranty. GREAT RIGHT!! I highly recommend coming to elite.

Eh. I had a window tint done for my car a few weeks ago ($300 for all the side windows). Was told it would take 90 minutes. It took about 5 hours due to a backlog of work that came in.A few days later I noticed the tint started bubbling at the bottom and there was debris/dust under the film. The film wasn’t dried properly after it was put on (because of the way the Tesla windows go down when the door opens) which caused the bubbles to appear. I had to pay another company $125 to remove the tint so I could have it re-done professionally.Elite Auto Spa did offer to re-do the tint for me under warranty but I decided I’d rather take the $125 hit to remove it completely and have another company re-tint my car. The re-tint cost me $800, but two weeks in, everything is perfect. No debris. No bubbles.

Used this business to detail my vehicle for shipment through the Atlanta VPC and the inspector actually complimented the vehicle on how clean it was. He couldnt believe that it was a 7 year old vehicle. The process took a while to get done, but the quality was worth it. Would definitely recommend this business.

Had an appointment for a detail. Arrived on time and told total time would be 3.5 hours. I allotted them 4.5 hours to come back and be told it would be another 2 hours. Not even so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service. While it looks like they may do good work, I will never know because I will not be back. Not a shed of respect for my time.

Bad attitudes and customer will kill a business. This location must be getting enough business where he doesnt need anymore. Had 3 cars to get detailed but 1 more important than the other. So I went to the location minutes before they opened and spoke with the owner who seemed to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed. You dont have to worry about my business moving forward and I recommend others not to go here. Ill drive across town to my old carwash.

Do Not Go Here! Do not waste your time or your gas! This man is terribly rude and extremely unprofessional. We had scheduled appointments and had 5 cars scheduled to be diamond detailed by this company. I have never been talked to or treated so badly by a customer service person the way. If that’s the best they can do they absolutely deserve to go out of business. We will take our $2k to some who will appreciate it.

Friendly Service, But......today the service was OK, not great, No Attention to detail and for a Job that took 3-4 hour based on the package I chose, the workmanship/Quality was rushed. ...many area was missed.I returned to Elite Auto to address issue that were missed, I was approached by the Owner/Manager ( I think ) and he apologized which i felt was not from the heart because instead of being concern addressing the issue i was upset about he was more concerned about the review I wrote and how it hurt his business...still I was unhappy with the service the second time around.....

DO NOT go here. Got my windows tinted here. The quality is terrible. There are streaks under my tint. Thought it was on the outside of window or on the tint. Nope it is in between tint and window. Manager is super unprofessional.

Passed by this place a million times and there are always high end cars on the lot. Finally called today to see if I could schedule for our hatchback and SUV to get the Gold level detail treatment. The associate let me know I could drop them off before 1pm and they’d be able to take them. So it did.Got a call around 5:15 that they were ready. Interior is fresh and has a nice scent and outside looks great. There are a few spots that were slightly missed and you can see a bit of subtle dirt or soap scum but that’s being a bit picky for the price.Overall amazing job from these folks. Will definitely be back here from now on.

S/O from Michigan to Mr. Anthony, “THE “ENTREPRENEUR!” Was in ATL for a few days popped up to take a chance of getting my tint repaired only on one window. Not only did he keep his word of a lifetime warranty but the “LOYATY” of Mr. Anthony, who stripped the tint off ALL my windows and did all 4-windows tinted by “himself”! He told me he didn’t like what he saw. Brand new tint Plus a car wash, His business lives up to its Name “ElLITE”

Very unorganized, unsafe, and horrible customer service! Last week I went in to get a quote and set up an appointment for a high end SUV tint job and was scheduled for this past Tuesday. When coming in on Tuesday I was told the person who does tent was unavailable and they rescheduled me for Thursday. I called to confirm my appointment and was all set. I was running 10 minutes late and I called to see if they could still accommodate me and I was told to come in Friday the next day at 3 PM. Upon arriving I was told I didnt have an appointment and that they had a completely different time for me the day before and I never called them to reschedule. Upon showing my call logs with the desk receptionist, I was cursed out, the receptionist step to me like he was going to fight me, and told me that I dont sign his checks and he does not work for me and to never return to the center again.

I want to say thank you to Mr. Taylor. For tinting my car two years ago don’t have no complaints I will recommend your company to anyone any time.

I would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism and overall disorganization. I came bright and early, was the second person in the parking lot (the only one for tinting services) and when they opened AFTER their advertised time other customers had accumulated and somehow received acknowledgement before me and the one other customer who was waiting with me.Further, i was told i would have to come back later to get my service rendered and when i asked for a specific time that I can assure services would be rendered I was met with an “I don’t know. A couple hours”. It felt like i was asking a rude friend to do me a favor As opposed to it being a business rendering a service. I then asked could i just make an appointment for a different day and i was told no that was not an option. I don’t feel that it is practical to have to surrender my entire day to uncertainty just to get a rear windshield tint replacement.I currently live out of state and have tried to come previously when i was in town and was informed that they only do warranty work during the week, no weekends. While that is understandable it’s inconvenient but again understandable. I happened to be in town during the week and made it a point to come during a weekday.Needless to say a waste of a trip. When i rate this business it is based on quality and customer service. So I’m rating a 2 star because customer service is a 1 and quality maybe a 2.5 considering their previous work required me to come back anyway to have it fixed. I’d be willing to pay another business more for better quality service.

The platinum detail package I paid was HORRIBLE! They did not wax the vehicle after having it for 8 hours! When I finally did pick it up the vehicle was NOT EVEN CLEAN! There were blatantly obvious spots on the vehicle that were not even touched and still covered in dirt. Now after looking at my car two days later I’ve found a spot on the hood that they “burned through” the clear coat with the power buffer. How do I know? There was still buffing compound on the side of the headlight above where the paint was destroyed. After the initial investigation at pickup they reduced the price from $300 to $225. Not bad CONSIDERING YOU DID $500 worth of damage to my car!I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND BASH THIS PPACE EVERY CHANCE I GET!

Never been before by reading these reviews and the owners chapbooks like hes on Jerry Springer is comical. But also unprofessional enough to make never go here. It reads as if every customer has a bad attitude lol. Talk to your customers better potential future customers read these replies.

I work in an industry that is heavily focused on hospitality and customer service. I find that most companies today see customer service as an afterthought. However, customer service here is stellar!I brought my 12 year old Jeep here last week and purchased the Gold Package and also got my headlights restored. I dropped it off around 11am and picked it back up closer to 7:30pm. It may seem like a long time for a detail, but this shows me they take their time with the cleaning. They were a bit short-staffed the day I took it, and there were subsequently some minor areas missed. I understand that things arent perfect, so I reached out to the owner. Anthony responded very quickly and we set up a time for me to bring my car back in the next week. When I picked it back up, to my surprise, instead of just fixing the minor issues, they re-detailed the entire vehicle and replaced some tint work on one of my windows. The car looks almost brand new (again its a 12 year old Jeep that had never been detailed before and had been put through the gauntlet)!If youre looking for a cheap/mediocre detail on your car, then this isnt the place for you. But if you are looking for high quality work with an attention to detail and peace of mind that you got what you paid for, then this is absolutely the place I recommend. Ill be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on!

You will not be disappointed if you come here! I was a little skeptical at first because of looks and location but the cashier who’s name was Ava took all my worries away. She was super friendly and professional. I told her what I wanted/needed for my car and she really knew her stuff because she walked me through my options and explained the difference between each one and how long they might take. After that I felt very confident that I came to the right place and I was going to get my money’s worth. She even kept me entertained and informed me of the nearby shops and restaurants while I waited for my car. I got the elite so it took a good 3 hours and I was super happy with the service when I got my car back. Ava even talked me into getting their membership, so I definitely will be back with friends and family!

Ive gotten my car washed here a bunch of times and its a great deal for sure. But I just got my headlights restored and it only cost $60. Look at these pics. Come on--this place is fantastic. Cinnamon, who runs the office is a great lady, and Marcus, who did this headlight job did great. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

Best carwash Ive had. Im used to having to go home and touch up my car after spending a ridiculous amount of money but their wash was flawless! Their pricing is more than fair and could easily cost more. And their work is exceptional. I see what all the hype is about!

I requested a quote online for window tinting and decided to go and book my appointment. I spoke to a man booked an appointment but he never wrote anything down. He gave me a day and a time I come on that day at that time and the man is off. Not only is he off but the employees know nothing about my appointment and they are booked for the day. I rescheduled and the day I reschedule they’re closed. I have tried to reschedule by calling and have gotten no response no call back just nothing at all .

Incredible work performed with my entire ceramic window tint! Makes a HUGE difference with the heat and light reduced. Very professional, excellent service and timely turn-around! Highly recommend.

Decided to keep shopping around. Looking for a more service oriented window tinting experience.Here is a start for improvements:#1 let clients know that there is an 8% charge if paying with a card. People dont carry hundreds of dollars in cash. Discovering this at arrival is a little late. Besides, who does that?!#2 give realistic timelines for service delivery. If clients need to make arrangements for drop-off, letting them know in advance is much appreciated.#3 Three hours for a window tinting appointment isnt competitive. It shouldnt be a logistical undertaking to get a sedan tinted.

So I got my windows tinted from this place about a year ago. I started noticing the tint pealing off and fading, so I call them to make an appointment to bring my car back and have them fix it. The tinting guy ends up putting the wrong tint on my window and wants to argue at me because he told me I did not specify which tint to put on. You can obviously see its 5%. He is so unprofessional and also he does not clean up his mess. He was very rude and nasty to me and my car was returned back to me in a mess. He left his blade and his trash everywhere in my trunk. Also, the tinting glue is all over the back of my car. Please go elsewhere for your window tinting because it does not last long. The have better places in Atlanta that wont treat you bad. I also did have a full receipt which is listed below in the pictures. The car was not washed at all and all he does is argue with his customers.

While they did a fantastic job with the car. When I called they stated over the phone the service would take 1-2 hours. When I got there (10 minutes later) the same service was quoted at taking 2-3 hours. It took them OVER 4 and 1/2 HOURS at which point I had to cut them off early because I had meetings to get to. If they had correctly quoted me for time it wouldnt have been such a hassle. However being over and hour and a half late is not just a major inconvenience, it threw the rest of my day off. If Im spending $120 with tip I would hope that you would be able to give me a better time window upon completion

Been searching for a good detail spot and found this one on a list of “Top 10 Atlanta Best Car Detailing”, but after reading every single review and PUBLIC reply from this establishment, Elite Auto Spa Atlanta customer service is horrendous. Whoever is replying to these reviews need to be retrained or replaced because it is absolutely disgusting. Allowing that behavior shows the humility and morals of this company and everyone a part of it.This review is based solely off of the gross replies this company insists on leaving.🤮🤮🤮🤮

Always great service from the guys there. Even when its really busy, they get you in & out. Women get a $5 discount on Wednesdays. They are in a great location too. Just take your car for a wash and/or detail before like a Friday/Saturday if you can to avoid a crowded lot.

A family member recommended Elite Auto Spa for window tinting. Glad he did. Ive taken two cars and the work is quality and the products, too. Staff are professional, organized, and straight forward. Car wash was also detailed and I didnt have to wait all day. For quality work, this is where Id recommend you go, especially if you have a high end car.

I went to this location about 4 years ago and had my windows tinted. The signs in the store say lifetime warranty.Well, 4 years later my tint is bubbling up and I can’t see through the window to drive.I take the car back to this location and tell them the problem. They agreed that there is a lifetime warranty. However, they wouldn’t honor it because I didn’t have a receipt from 4 years ago!When I asked if they keep a record of who they tint they told me they do not.That’s fine, I’ll pay to have it redone.....Ohh, but we’re too busy to see you today you’ll have to comeback another time.If that’s the case I’ll go someplace who will DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Everyone was very nice and made sure I was being helped. I got the silver package which includes an interior detail and shampooing. They missed a spot near the touchscreen, but thats my fault because they had me go check the car to make sure it looked good. Didnt lose a star for that. I definitely recommend this business for car washes and auto details and will be back. Thanks!ETA: I dont know what they use on the mats but it causes them to become extremely slippery so be careful.

I stopped by elite to have my Lexus SVU detailed. The service was quick everyone was super friendly and professional. After the detail I decided to have my two front windows tinted. With out any question or hesitation the owner quickly jumped on my car and tinted my windows. Took 2 vehicles there at different times, not given instructions on what to do about them leaving wet carpet which caused mildew smell in first vehicle. Followed instructions for second vehicle and still have mildew smell from wet carpet. Asked for discount from first car, none given. Maybe its a one off, but I wont be returning

Third time was the charm apparently. So my first two visits were satisfactory but but not what I expected from the reviews. For the money definitely they best place in town. Coming from someone who normally cleans my vehicles myself these guys do a great job. Most of my original complaints were addressed on this visit. Seems if they miss something just point it out to them. They definitely do a great job on the wash portion but a little more attention to detail could be payed to the interior cleaning, drying of the windshield and windows, drying the rubber floor mats before putting them back in the vehicle. My car creates a lot of exhaust buildup on the exhaust tips and back of the car, my only complaint this visit was they either didn’t use an abrasive cloth like a scotch pad or something on the tips because they were still caked and filthy, had to clean them myself at home. Overall great place.

I’m disappointed to say the least . I brought my sister’s car in for a Triple Play car wash . I wanted to surprise her w/ a clean car since she’s a mom on the go.The results are literally a poor reflection on this business . I expected so much more .The car isn’t completely vacuumed, the cup holder isn’t spotless, they didn’t wipe the dashboard at all, & no car freshener . That is half the package I purchased ! I will say that the exterior wash is fine . I wanted to bring it back & have it detailed, but I don’t have a reason to return . ;(( check yelp review for pictures )

UPDATE 7/19/20:I tried to leave a fair/accurate review (see below) & rather than address my concerns or use it as an opportunity to improve, the owner decides to call me a liar (when I literally have receipts) & cheap, when I paid for the $349 pkg. Its one thing to have a bad day, but to lie & try to discredit a customer. Wow! If you look at the responses to bad service, youll see the MO. If you come here, just know what you can expect if/when you get bad service. If they treat a customer thats spent nearly $600 (for 2 services) like that, how do you think theyll treat someone who spends less? I called to speak to the owner several times & never heard back. I dont believe its the owner responding. The owner was never there when I was. In fact, when I showed up, during the week, it was only the main guy in the office. I got there at 9pm to be the 1st one in & even the manager wasnt there. Like I said, anyone reading this is free to do what they please, just know you were given clear warning that if anything goes wrong, you know what you can expect.--------------------------------------Short version:I got the Diamond package ($349) & didnt get what I paid for in a timely manner & was very disappointed seeing that I got the highest package available. Maybe it was just a bad day, but when youre paying for the top of the line service, you expect top of the line results & I didnt get that. I cant say Id recommend anyone get that package or service.Long version:I just bought a car and decided to get the Diamond package, as there were some minor scratches that I thought would get fixed as promised by the details of that package. I got my windows tinted there, & for the most part they did a good job, although they left some type of residue (baby powder?) on the back window. When I was there I inquired about the scratches & I was told that it could be taken care of & to see if I could get the original paint from the dealer, which would help with the scratches, which I did. When I brought the car back for the Diamond, I brought the paint with me & told the guy at the front desk that it was in the car. The Diamond package was supposed to take 5-6 hours. I dropped the car off at 9am, but didnt leave there until nearly 6, meaning my car was there for almost 9 hours. The guy working on my car was supposed to call me when he got there, but he never did. When I didnt hear from anyone & the day was coming to an end, I decided to go up there, hoping the car would be done. It turns out the car was not done. Not only were there still scratches that I had to point out, but the guy working on my car never called me about the paint, nor did he use it to address the scratches. The car mats in the car was left in the trunk, soaking wet & ended up smelling really bad. The car was there for 9 hours. The car mats shouldve been dry by then. There were also smudges on the inside of the windows & the windshield. After talking to the guy at the front desk, who was empathetic & helpful, he advised me to the manager, who also happened to be the guy that worked on my car. As a result of my complaints & as acknowledgement of the less than stellar job that he did, they gave me a discount on the service & told me to come back a few days later (Tuesday). He added the paint towards the end & said it needed to dry so that he could rebuff/rewax it. I showed up first thing the day I was told to come back & once again he was late. The car was ready a few hours later & I picked it up. After getting home I noticed that some of the scratches that I mentioned the first time was still there & decided that I was done with the whole situation. To be fair, the car was shining. On the surface, it did look show room fresh. But the main reason I paid for that package was the scratches & while some of them were addressed, not all of them were. Bottomline: I paid for the Diamond package, but felt like I got the bronze instead.

Good service, but will sometimes treat you differently depending on the value of your car.Edit (response to owner): When I went, I arrived around 5 minutes before a Rolls Royce SUV. I also got the same cleaning package as the SUV (exterior only), but all the attendants focused heavily on the expensive SUV and then completed my car much faster afterwards. I would expect the same level of cleaning no matter the price of the car being washed.

I have been coming to Elite Auto Spa for a decade now and will only bring my cars there. It is refreshing to have someone you trust like Anthony the owner and Cinnamon the service writer. Theyve tinted all my familys cars too and detailed them impeccably. They are my only car wash I trust with my cars!!

Every time I come to Elite Auto Spa of Atlanta they do the best job. Customer service is always friendly and attentive to my car needs. They do quality work. I have taken multiple cars and my daughters car to get tinted and the work is perfect. Lifetime warranty on the tint. They do an AMAZING job every time. I have referred friends, family and coworkers. I went to elite auto spa of Atlanta and it’s nothing compared to any car wash I’ve ever been to. I mean my car was SPOTLESS. It looked like I just bought it. Anthony is so sweet and his customer service is amazing. I will definitely be referring all my friends to him.

The tint job came out really nice. I went in today around 12pm and my car was finished by 4:30pm. I did not have an appointment. A complimentary wash come with the tint. My car was sprayed down with water and if I didn’t mention my car was not dry. The gentlemen would not have wiped it down to dry it. He told me my car had been washed and after I rubbed my fingers and showed him he continued to advise the car had been washed. I had dry sap on the hood of my car(one spot), he told me this had to be buffed off. Prepare to give half of your day without an appointment. My fee was $189.99 plus 8% tax. $205 a bit pricey for me to have to inspect my complimentary wash. It was the end of their day and I’m sure he was ready to go but give your customer what they pay for.

The work they do here is amazing. Got my windows tinted and car detailed looked like it was brand new when they finished. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Staff is really nice top, Cinnamon who works the front really explains it all to.you.

I was hesitant to go here because its really packed all the time and looks like it would be hard to get in and out of... not the case at all. The woman in the office was very friendly and funny. The guys worked very quickly and efficiently rotating cars like Tetris. I purchased the triple play and was very satisfied. This will be my regular spot for a car wash going forward. Thank you!

I went to get my car washed and cleaned. Horrible job on the outside and inside. I waited for 2 hours and paid full price for a 1/2 done job. First time and last time customer!

First time going here to have my car cleaned. Paid for The “Home Run” for my SUV which included outside/inside cleaning plus wax. The outside cleaning was good, no complaints there, however my interior left a lot to be desired. First 2 rows were vacuumed but my 3rd row was completely ignored...no vacuum or anything...said something and that was corrected, after I got in my car there were other things I noticed...basically a lack of attentiveness in making sure the full services that were paid for were provided. Nice staff but I probably won’t be returning.

I visited Elite Auto Spa of Atlanta a few weeks ago and was able to get my windows tinted. Everyone was great and very friendly. I was there for a little over 2 hours but that was fine. My window tint came out great and they washed my car as well. The service was great, I would recommend them anytime.

The experience was great the lady in the office was so sweet the tint looks amazing on my new Mercedes & also they did a really good job on my detail .. I will definitely recommend this place !

The tint showed up way darker than what I expected. I honestly wasn’t familiar with tinting but the owner Mr. Taylor was understanding and he helped with the situation. I definitely appreciate him for being understanding and I also was educated about window tint. So now I know. 😊
