Modern Glass was great! From my phone call to glass pickup, they were great. I needed three shelves for a curio cabinet and the quote was HUNDREDS of dollars less than their competitors. Service was quick and my order was ready the next day. Definitely will call them again for any needs

A Modern Glass took on custom work 2 days before Christmas and had it done by the first following business day. Friendly and responsive by phone. Also willing to correct any mistakes.

After having our store broken into, we purchased three pieces of glass with one needing to be custom cut. They were extremely fast with getting me back in business! I met a great guy at the shop that was kind and professional, that helped me get my custom piece just right even though it took a couple polishes to get a perfect fit. I do have to say when you call this business there is a lady that answers the phone that is so ridiculously rude that it’s actually funny. I can only assume she is a wife or sister of an owner. There is no way someone can be so rude and still have a job. But please do not let her horrible attitude deter you from all the other nice people you will encounter at this business. Just brace yourself! Great work modern glass!

Going above and beyondAfter making my order on the phone they called multiple times to remind me that my glass was ready for pick up, I forget easily. On the day of pick up a gentlemen worker carried out my glass and insisted on taking it to my care. My car was a mess but they didnt say anything about it and help me organized it. They found out I like fishing and personally gave me a fishing lure.Man, these guys are something else! Love to keep doing business with them!

My wife discovered this business was convenient to the location where I was working at the time. What a find! Theyve been able to quickly address our glass needs every time. Every employee has been polite and courteous. Tracey, in particular, has been extremely helpful, but they all have been consistently friendly. Their prices have been competitive, too. We hope to return often in the future.

Came into the place with high spirits of getting a window glass replaced for my home. My wife and I waited for 15min before anyone tried to even help us. Then the first thing the Lady says to us is the glass will take 10 to 15 business days until the glass can arrive. Confused, I then tried to explain to the woman what was needed. She then proceeded to cut me off and toldm what type of glass she was going to put in there and I was completely wrong. I tried to explain again along with my wife. We was then cut off again and was told that was all she was going to do. I then told her she was not trying to hear our concerns and we will take our business to another place. She laughed and said bye! Sad, I could not make this up. I wish them the best and God Bless 🙏.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After speaking to the store owner on two different occasions regarding an estimate and a time to have a mirrored sliding glass door delivered for repair, I hired a mover to pick up the mirrored sliding glass door from my clients and deliver it to the A Modern Glass & Mirror location on Boulevard in Atlanta Georgia. The woman at the location refused to accept the delivery and was extremely rude (that’s an understatement) to my Mover and myself. Despite explaining to her that I had spoken to the owner and had scheduled a time to bring in the mirrored door, she said she knew nothing about it and would absolutely under no circumstances accept it being dropped off. The owner, whom I had spoken to, was not available and my Mover was turned away.Cost me $75 for the moving costs. To make matters worse, I’m a former customer and have also referred other business to them. I regret doing so now, but will definitely never do business with them again.

Worst customer service ever! I called yesterday to see if I could pick up a mirror that ordered about a year a go and they tell me I would have to pay again since there is no prof of purchase although I still have my original purchase receipt. I do understand that a year is quite a long time but not offering to help or accommodate me in anyway threw me for a loop. After calling twice and receiving rude feedback from both women at the establishment, one of the employees proceeded to put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I found this very unprofessional and thought that this could have been handled more efficiently.

Walked in for a couple custom panes, they were super friendly, gave me good advice and had me out the door with my glass in less than 15 minutes for about $10. Good people here.

Long story short -- my company was sent an invoice from Modern Glass for work we never had done. The jobsite listed was some random business across town that we have zero connections with. When trying to resolve the billing mistake over the phone (for the FOURTH time), Tracy told me, you clearly dont know how business works and we will make sure to never do business with you all again -- which is hilarious considering they did no actual business with us. Tracy has been the joke of our office the past few days, as it was just so unbelievable. We actually were planning to get some significant glass work done at our office in the next couple of months. At least now we know who not to call.

First time using these guys for a trim on a single piece of glass for my full glass dresser. Their prices are fair, and the turn around time is quick as heck! Fully recommend this company for their friendly customer service, and overall quality of their work.

Awesome Staff: Called to inquiry about some replacement glass for a broken residential window. Was told to bring my measurements and they can cut the glass same day. The employees were very kind, informative and treated me like family. The price of the glass so inexpensive ...saved $170 from the price I was quoted for installation and glass from another company. Lastly this company is truly exceptional because I accidently broke the glass I purchased from Modern Glass while placing it in my car. Returned to the office to pay for a replacement glass however Modern glass provided me with a replacement glass at no charge. So thankful for the great experience I had at Modern Glass. Would definitely recommend Modern Glass and Mirror Co to friends and family.

Ive used them to purchase glass to replace panes in my aquarium

The only game in town. So home depot quit cutting glass awhile back. Now recently Lowes has decided they hate their customers enough to do the same. So modern glass wins. As far as price goes they cost a little more than Lowes did but great customer service and they install as well. Ive always replaced my own glass panes but Ive never had an issue with them so. Yeah.

Front office personnel are very professional. Pricing is very competitive. Best place to purchase glass as far as I am concerned.

Got me in and out w my glass in 10 mins

I called yesterday to see how long it would take to get glass cut and finished for a desk top. A 5 minute drive to the shop and 15 minutes of waiting later I had my piece of glass. It fit perfect (I brought the table top that I wanted it to fit) and the edges were done very nice and uniformly. Will be using them in the future! On a side note they were all very friendly.

Helpful, friendly people. Cut my 50 x 17 glass in 15 minutes while I had good coffee at Stone Soup next door.I measured it afterwards and better than 1/32 inch precision is pretty darn good.You cant get that size glass at Lowes, Home Depot dont cut glass any longer and now I found these guys Ill never go anywhere else for glass.

I called in to make an appointment to get some mirrors removed and was told, We dont have the time to do that. You can try to talk to some of our guys and see if they can do on the weekend but we cant do it during the week. Excellent business practice!

Ive been a patron of this establishment for just under a year. As a small business owner Id been very pleased with the service, pricing, and product quality. The blonde cashier at the front desk has the worst attitude and interpersonal communication skills, based on my most recent transaction; in which no care was shown to an order that they produced wrong. I was told multiple times in an harrasing tone that there was nothing that could be done about this issue and that my concerns were preventing her from leaving for the day. As a result this business has lost my business. For a representative of any company to have no remorse for a mistake and to allow customer service to be cut off at 5:00 P.M. is disgraceful.P.S. This particular they also closed prior to closing and prior to resolving my issue.A1 Classless Glass
