GREAT SALESMAN!! I purchased my first car entirely on my own at 19 years old, my salesman Saint was super helpful and informative. Obviously as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he addressed and guided me through all of them until I found the perfect car for me. He gave me a variety of options to choose from; from SUVs to sedans until we both agreed on the right fit for me. I went with both of my parents who speak Spanish and Saint was able to communicate all details about the cars, and purchase to them both, which we greatly appreciated. This was my first experience with the service department at Hendrick Toyota and I’m extremely satisfied.I was amazed at the equipment that they have at the garage entrance that evaluates your alignment instantly without touching your car as you drive through the garage entrance. This was my first time dealing with services directly with a dealership and it went exactly how I didnt imagine it going in the best way possible. You hear the horror stories of the pricing and the service time of dealerships and their services, but they are definitely worth it. My advisor for the day (and for sure the near future) was Lauren and she went above and beyond with taking care of everything I needed rather than wanted. She had some solid recommendations with specific reasoning and I felt comfortable following those reasonings. Had some minor delays due to mechanical issues, but definitely got everything in working order and kept me updated every step of the way. I went in for my 10,000 mile routine check up (included with warranty) and fuel pump recall and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. The man that checked us in and out was very nice and personable. Everyone was professional and efficient.

Greg is a solid guy. Very communicative and willing to work with you to get your car fixed up within your budget. He doesnt push unnecessary repairs on you and will make sure everything is done correctly, even if he has to do some of the work himself.

Went in to get my car serviced and not only was our attendant friendly and helpful, he offered to run the car through their car-wash as well at no extra charge. It is common at car-dealerships to get given a full sales pitch on things that need replacing, and our attendant gave us a truthful and honest assessment of what hed noticed as well as the comparative figures for purchase options from other sellers.

Throughout the buying process, she was really interested in the TRD wheels that come on the Pro trim, so I called Rick Hendrick to see if they could help me out.From my very first phone call with Brandon over in parts, I knew I was in good hands. Brandon and Paul went above and beyond with assisting me in ordering the wheels, and they were able to get them for me way quicker than I anticipated. The day I came to get the wheels, a Friday evening around 6pm, I spoke with Giovanny over in service and let him know that the wheels were a gift to my wife for her birthday, and that I was really hoping to get them installed as quickly as possible as a surprise. Giovanny couldve easily turned me away due to the level of busyness their dealership has on a daily basis, and due to the fact that they were closing soon, but instead, he spent 15 minutes with me personally coordinating an appointment for early the next morning just so that I could surprise my wife with the new wheels. Fantastic customer service! I work at a hospital and when I got out of work last Friday I had an almost flat tire. I was able to make it home. I called my dealership (not Toyota) and I had to leave a message. My message was returned the next day around noon. I’ve been with Rick Hendricks for over 10 years. I love their service shop. I get the absolute best customer service and care there.Daniel Pistillo is my go to guy. I can always count on his smile and great personality. He takes care of his customers and gives me all options before I hit the waiting area.Hendricks has some truly great employees in service department.Thank you Daniel!

Unfortunately, I will not be back. The system that this Toyota store uses is outdated. I went to get a sensor fixed and paperwork was put in front of me to sign and didnt let me know on the last page that my left tire was in red that the tread depth was low. The sales rep kept calling me Victoria. That is not my name and then he stated he gave me all these discounts...there were no discounts on the bill. That is the second time that happened to me at this location. My work number has never been updated although I have given them my cell number. That work number is from 15 years ago. Unreal.

Today I had my first car issue but Alex Davioich in the service department made sure that everything would be taken care of. He asked the right questions, was attentive to my concerns and had patience with my limited knowledge. He promptly offered to do a quick service check and cleaning (bonus!). Im sure the whole staff exemplifies these qualities but I would make sure to ask for him if you find yourself with a car problem. Thanks again for everything.
