Fair priced and quick to deliver. After that the speaker’s we bought one was defective. After calling multiple times and emailing them no response. I had to contact the manufacture for help. The manufacture was awesome In taking care of me. Just a suggestion I mange a company. I know that some items are a manufacture warranty only. But responding to your customer goes a long way.

Flat out thieves.They took my payment through Amazon pay.Ignored it, I called they said they will ship on Friday.Called again they said they will look into it.After that no more answers and forget about the emails they wont respond.I want to cancel my order, without any hope of my efforts succeeding.Thieves is the least appropriate word I can use for these people.They lie too, so my advice never look at them.
They have two listed addresses and are not at either of them. Tried calling many times and not only did they not answer but they changed their answering system to immediately direct my call to to a busy message. Wish I could have purchased something and left a good review but this was hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had.
I visited Sight + Sound Gallery several weeks ago and enjoyed the experience. Aside from having my ears literally blown away I was also able to view art and high-end home furnishings that complimented my visit. I listened to several pieces of equipment that I had been reading about, and educated on others that I had little or no knowledge of thanks to the owner Charles. He seemed to be well versed in the audiophile world and ultimately sold me on the Devialet 200! This thing rocks! Sound quality coupled with pure aesthetics...well I guess that = Sight + Sound. Ill be back for a pair of those Phantoms for sure.
Charles is very easygoing and accommodating; the store is small but comfortable, and depending on when you go, its quiet too, which is perfect for headphone demo. Also, this store holds the honor of being virtually the only place in Atlanta to demo Audeze headphones, which is a reason to visit in and of itself.
Chris and team are very awesome...I pre ordered a new product and this site was the first to enable the order button..tumor the lagoon anc...the product is awesome so far.. I have become passionate about headphones and earbuds and so you will understand when I say this is an awesome product..I have the sony 1000m3, the bose 700, audio technica 500BT senheiser, they have their various strengths m.the bose 700 is very awesome with calls blocking unwanted noise and clarity I got the jabra 85bfor same but they perform better, the songs is not that good with calls but very good with noise cancelling..the senh7is best with stage sounds I think but the lagoon anc is aweome with calls, great sound quality and has passive voice canceling and active noise canceling..the service was so aweome I was updated by Chris as to when the product will arrive loving it so far. Design wise the lagoon beats them all.

I ordered the Chord Poly from them; their website said it would ship within 3 days. 3 days went by with no word. I emailed the store directly - no response. I email through the sites contact us module - no response. I called and was told they wouldnt have the Poly until late August, with no guarantee of date of availability. I requested a refund and the gentleman stated he would process it immediately and that I should monitor my credit card statement for the refund to appear within a few days. Refund is through PayPal, which reflects the action immediately, even though it takes days for it to actually reflect on the cc statement. Its been five days since that call - no refund and emails and phone calls are being ignored. Dont give these people your money.UPDATE: The day I wrote this review I filed a claim agains SSG for the refund of my purchase. PayPal contacted them as per normal claim resolution protocol, and SSG failed to respond AT ALL. There is ZERO customer service here. PP decided in my favor - I hope the $ is recoverable from these shady people. Ive alerted the manufacturer as to the questionable dealings of SSG. Stay away!
Very unique shop. Unlike other audio stores, that have walls of equipment in very man cave environments, this store actually helps me visualize how the equipment can live with the décor of my home. The integration with Ligne Roset is genius.
I was made a priority every step of the way, and still feel like I have someone I can rely on for questions or help.

2 months after I order a Devialet Cocoon from them it still hasnt arrived and no one will answer the phone or respond to my voicemails.
Bought pair of audeze headphones- storwe had wide selection to chose from.
This place is permanently closed. When open it was insanely overpriced
