We test drove it and he ran me through all the onboard tech, and believe me, there’s no shortage of on board tech in these machines. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I called Audi atlanta simply for a question. I planned on buying from carvana / car max and was interested in Audi care. These guys are the best! When I showed up to the dealership at 7:30 in the morning, my intention wasnt to buy a car. I just wanted to quickly test drive a car I was thinking of getting. When I called to ask about the particular vehicle, I was introduced to the sales manager Gerry, who recommended that I work with Brian Spaner. Usually I dread the dealership process, but Brian actually made it fun. This car I was looking at was unique in that he knew the previous owner. He assured me that the car was in good hands, went through the maintenance history very thoroughly, explained that it was a previous lease, and took me for a very fun test drive. I was swiftly brought to the finance department where I worked with the finance director Lee Andreica to create a great deal. The car purchase experience was fine, same as all dealerships. However, at time of purchase the technicians did not include my lug nut lock which is an expensive part I recently learned about. This weekend I had my first flat tire which could not be changed as the lock is missing. This lead to expensive towing and tire replacement, for what couldve been a tire patch (much cheaper). Once I learned this part was missing from my car I inquired with my service team and the dealership. The dealership acknowledges that they are at fault but will not provide me with the lock now as I bought they car over a year ago. I have spoken to Jim Rosser (service manager) at length about this and he has provided very inadequate customer servicing.I probably wouldve been an Audi customer forever but due to the all around poor customer service and expensive mistakes from their team, my next purchase will definitely not be with them.

My family and I have purchased four vehicles from Audi Atlanta. Each experience was above and beyond the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Part of this due to the staff as a whole but primarily it’s because of George Katergaris. George is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy. Our first car we bought from him, we drove from out of state because of how easy he is to deal with. He is a subject matter expert on everything Audi, especially the sport models. If I can convince my wife I hope to one day come back for a RS model.

I just purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 last week. My local Audi dealerships were a huge disappointment. So, I contacted Atlanta Audi (5 hours away) and immediately Davian Quinn responded with the exact car I was looking for and, without any games, gave me a better and fair price. He made the whole process quick, easy, and painless. His level of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy are unmatched by any other dealership I have ever visited.

Very poor service experience at this location. Car has been damaged 2 times in the last several visits. Wheel damaged in re-call service provided last week…..confirmed by pre-service video taken.Was told by service rep it would take a day maybe two to complete service. After four days passed, I contacted the rep and they finally completed the service after inquiring that day.On top of the wheel damage, “service required” notification was still on. Not sure what they actually did while it was there. Service Manager said he would check it all out, but never heard anything back!These types of issues are consistent with most of my experiences at this dealership. I would be hesitant to purchase anything from them!UPDATE - STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE DEALER ON THIS ISSUE AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS!

I’ve been buying high-line cars a long time. I’m not proud of it, haha, it’s an expensive hobby. Lennon, the internet sales manager was excellent. It also helped that he’s himself a car enthusiast and not concerned too much with the art of the sale. Finance got me done in less than an hour. This is by-far one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. I flew in on an early flight and in a couple hours I’m driving the car back home. They also hooked me up with a local performance shop to add a little extra boost, and the experience overall has just been amazing. The Audi sport manager also personally came and introduced himself and let me drive some of the RS models as well. Great dealership, great people, great service.

Had 2017 Audi worked under 2 occasions, both times the parts were covered under warranty, both times I was able to get my vehicle in for repairs quickly and turn around time was very reasonable. I was provided with a loaner car on both occasions. Employees were professional and helpful through the entire process. Oscar Leguizamo was my service provider both times, excellent and professional employee. He kept me updated on my vehicle during the repair process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi!!!!

I purchased a CPO Audi S3 that was sold with a warped rotor. In order to get the issue corrected I took it to the service department 5 times in the first 2 months of ownership and their solution was to resurface the rotor instead of replace it like a reputable dealer should. Here we are a year later and still the same issue. Service is quoting over $800 to replace front brake rotors that should have been replaced before they sold the car as a CPO.Also, I had this service department repair the Thermostat housing which had a small coolant leak. On a road trip the part they installed failed due to an improper repair and the work had to be done all over again at another Audi dealership.The CPO department does not do their due diligence and the service department apparently cant even replace a Thermostat housing correctly.Very disappointed with my experience having bought my first Audi. Most likely will be my last.

Brian Spaner is a master! We went in to look at cars, not buy a car, and an hour later we were owners of a 2021 Audi Q8. There was NO sales pitch, NO I’ll throw stuff in for you—and he did anyway, and ABSOLUTELY NO pressure! I walked out of the dealership happy and AMAZED by what happened and it happened without drinks. He was attentive, through, accommodating, and personable. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I just purchased a 2020 Audi Q5 and this sales team was nothing short of remarkable! Tiana allowed me to ambush her (LOL)... I was there getting service on my 2010 Audi Q5 and fell in love with the loaner vehicle. She worked me in even though she had an appointment. I came with my own finance offer, but Antonio in finance said that he could get be a better deal.. and HE DID! Audi financed the deal at a much lower rate and my payments were kept in my requested budget. If you want/need :-) and Audi, go see them! Theres a special feeling with you get that little red box!

Ive had the opportunity to purchase two vehicles at different times from Audi Atlanta and the dealership has been top notch! Communication has always been excellent and they always have exactly what Im looking for! This most recent purchase, Lee Andreica in the finance department and Brian Spaner on the sales side were AWESOME! Despite being out of town, Audi Atlanta is the first Audi dealership Im going to for myself or clients.

I am extremely disturbed by the actions of the staff at this location. I am a Non-Resident who is attempting to make a cash purchase so I can export. I verified this Non-Resident status upon request, even though I am not required to by law, and I have been refused. They are unlawfully requiring me to pay for a COURTESY service I do not need.To make matters worse, Cortlin Graber sent me the actual regulations they follow in the Georgia Department of Revenue Tax Guide which CLEARLY says all I need to do is give them the form ST-8 to make my tax exempt purchase. The Supervisor Lee Andreica actually told me that because he has never seen anyone make a tax exempt purchase, and because he does not know what I am talking about (regardless of me SHOWING him), he is refusing to sell me a car. The Violations of Federal law are astounding and I will be pursuing a legal claim as a result of this madness. I really cannot believe I am experiencing this!

We recently purchased an Audi TT from Audi Atlanta. We dealt through the entire purchase process with Mr. Justin Lloyd. From negotiations to dealing with financial issues to retrieving information on car maintenance, Justin was a true professional. The process was seamless. Had to travel from NJ to Atlanta to pick up the car. Even got picked up at the Airport. Treated with respect and professionalism throughout the entire process. Nice to see that in the car business! We would definitely purchase another vehicle at Audi Atlanta. And yes the car was pretty exceptional also.

Terrible, terrible experience with both CPO vehicles purchased from this location. The first purchase was a 2017, CPO, Q5 in October 2019....Fast forward- the CPO Q5 was in service for no AC and ABS malfunction light by December 2019, literally at 90 day marking. After the Q5 arrived for repair at a more reputable Audi Dealership in metro Atlanta, I learned that a true/CPO inspection was not completed properly on the Q5 I purchased and all documents were provided to me fromThat service dept; therefore, x, y and z would not have failed if CPO had been completed correctly. WOW! Fast forward as I did not see a reason to cause a scene, but I purchased a second car from dealership like a complete fool because again “I thought I had a friend”. This time- 2019, CPO with 16k miles; however, it was missing owners Manuel, both keys provided had low memory and one key stopped working within 29 minutes..still no owners Manuel from salesperson Justin as he insist it is on back order but Audi North Atlanta has made arrangements for me, thank you Audi North Atlanta for providing service to non-clients. I Cannot utilize AC as it smells like a dead body...My apologies for purchasing in October when no Ac Is needed and assuming I had a legit examined CPO vehicle, I did not learn until warm weather when I hit AC... smell is unbearable and cannot even be in car. Unreal/ unreal. I promise you- do not purchase from this dealership if you want to be happy. Avoid the Justin salesperson by a mile if possible.. he’ll boast about his wife being a physician and how the manager “gave him this deal”... Terrible. Avoid HimLike the plague. As for me- I am not new to the game of dealerships taking advantage of clients, so I have started the next process of a complaint. Avoid this place.
