Stopped by for a couple of arrangements. On the spot, the wonderful woman running the shop concocted two beautiful bouquets. Excellent value, terrific service.
The lady who answers the phone is very unnecessarily rude. I was speaking to her nicely and she seems as if she hates what she does. I had to inquire about a order and she got frustrated and said “i’m so sick of this” and hung up on me. if you hate your job that much you don’t need to be in business and just quit. poor customer service i do not recommend this place at ALL. you will just get poor service and a bad attitude for absolutely no reason.
I would have given it a none star if i could. The owner lady is just impossible to communicate. If u want to taste the feeling of u owe someone $1m just go there😒
ZERO STARS! Rudest owner ever! I was on a time crunch so I had to buy from her. Never again. I asked her if I was bothering her!!?? I hope and pray that she closes that place. I may even start a picket line outside her door. Shes a hot sizzlin mess.
Lady who answered the phone was SO RUDE. I went to Eneni’s Garden instead because I refused to spend my money at a place where they can’t even give nice customer service. Don’t waste your time calling!
I have never been treated so rudely in my life! If I could give 0 Stars I would. I went in to pick up a corsage for my nephews date to the prom. I had called ahead and was told that it could be done. She mentioned over the phone that we need to prepay so I just came in because they would be closing in about 2 hours. When we got there she asked for colors. We mentioned that the dress was navy blue and silver. She immediately said I have no navy blue. We said we didnt expect that color and thought that white flowers and silver ribbon would be just fine. She started haphazardly pulling out flowers and throwing them in a bucket. We asked for suggestions and she seemed not to want to help. So I pulled up a few examples on Google of wrist corsages and showed her. She immediately said I do not have those flowers. I again said I was fine with whatever she did and these were just examples. She immediately yelled I cannot help you, goodbye. I asked her why and she said we could not make up our minds. I said I was flexible with whatever she did and that Im sure she would make it nice. She said no I cannot help you, goodbye. I said why you being so rude? And she went ahead doing something else ignoring us. I then said Ive purchased from you in the past and have always recommended this place to other people. She did not care. Then I said I wont be back here. And she said fine. I have never had such a horrible experience at a florist.
Worst service ever. She literally hung up before I could discuss what I wanted. Dont even waste your time. I called enenis garden on Peachtree at and they took care of my order quickly and professionally.
Very disappointed in this place.. 1 800 flowers used them for my order .. they were told to deliver them by 10:30 they didnt deliver till 11:45 they were supposed to go to funeral home and went to a church instead and then said sorry there was nothing they could do. Flowers were never delivered to church or funeral home requested a refund from one 800 flowers and informed 1800 flowers not to use this business again is there very unreliable .

ORDERED A SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENT, GOT SOMETHING THAT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I HAD PICKED OUT, WRONG FLOWERS, WRONG VASE AND BELOW VALUE FOR WHAT I PAID!CALLED ABOUT IT TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED GIRL WITH VERY BROKEN ENGLISH HUNG UP ON ME!

I appreciate all of the help that Flowers by Lucas provided. There was a mix-up at the place where the arrangement was being delivered, and the delivery person had to make a second trip. They handled it well and made a second delivery at no charge. Thank you!
Despite the negative reviews, I called Flowers by Lucas after an order from an online place had gotten canceled. The shop was right around the corner from the hotel where the delivery was going. It was approximately 3:30 pm, and I needed same day delivery for a balloon bouquet for my boyfriends birthday. She said that she could make the delivery. We went over the details and payment information. One hour later, she was at the hotel making the delivery. I cannot thank her enough for the great service and speedy delivery! I will use this shop again in the future for flowers or balloons being delivered in the downtown Atlanta area. I dont understand why the reviewers are all so negative. I did not have any issues, and she was willing to accommodate my last minute request (they close at 5 pm).
A woman hung up on me today as I was pleasantly discussing a possible delivery for my mother on Mothers Day. I called right back and left a message. Well, I moved on to another company as I did not get a call back. HOW RUDE to intentionally hang up on a potential customer! Dont worry, I wont call again in the future! O stars as this was not an option!!

If I could leave zero stars I would.This flower shop obviously does not want business. When I called to order flowers for Valentines Day for my husband, the woman who answered the phone was AWFUL. I had worked retail for many years and understand the busyness for flower shops for this day, which is why my first question was I understand that today is busy for you guys, are you even delivering today? She told me yes..rudely I might add. When she asked where I needed them delivered and I explained where(it is a five mile walk, so that should tell you how close the building is). She then asked when I needed it and I wanted to give them as much time as possible, so I vaguely just told her It does not matter..as soon as possible I guess? with NO indication whatsoever that I was rushing. she VERY rudely said no, we cannot do that. and I informed her that my husband was at work ALL day, until AT least 5pm..could she do that? She said yes, but definitely acted upset about it. She then asked me what flowers I wanted. Again, I do not order flowers for my husband every day(actually I never have..I just wanted to definitely surprise him with something new) so I had the website pulled up and chose one of the Valentines Day bouquets and named one. No we cannot do that!! I asked, Well what CAN you do? She said Mixed Arrangement. I said that would be fine, my husband will appreciate anything. She proceeded to get down all of my information, then asked me how much I wanted to spend. AGAIN, I LITERALLY HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FLOWERS BEFORE IN MY LIFE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THEY ARE. So, I guesstimated. I looked at the flower arrangements on their website and just picked a general number. 40$?. What does this woman do? Screams NO and HANGS UP ON ME. That is not quality costumer service. This is not what I wanted my first flower buying experience to be like. I understand being super busy, but could you not have politely told me no to begin with? I was highly disappointed with this experience and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know NOT to use this flower shop.
