I came in with just a glass replacement/frame repair (pictured below) and Don, his Dad and the entire staff were able to assist me with that need and then helped select a beautiful frame and matting for another piece I happened to have with me. I am always pleased to write about a positive experience with a store, restaurant, employee or service when the encounter demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond good customer care.I had just such an experience with Scott and Sons Picture Framing this past Saturday. I have recently moved and my new house is large enough to accommodate most of my art and a number of sentimental items. One of the sentimental items was a series of metal-framed posters commemorating a cause that is very close to my heart. However, they were presented to me over 25 years ago, and have been in a variety of storage environments for much of that time. Several of the pieces were missing their custom hooks and after so many years, I really wanted to just enjoy them again.I called Scott and Sons having passed their colorful truck logo and after I explained what I wanted, I decided to replace the hanging elements for all five posters. The cost to replace all five was well over $100.00 due to the cost of the MATERIALS and Mr. Scott had graciously offered to offset the cost of labor. Mr. Scott noted my conundrum and suggested that I take a few makeshift hanging screws and return when I had the time to update the frames. It would have been perfectly reasonable for him to do as I requested and order the parts, but his integrity (and candor) would not allow him to do so. I will definitely be back when my house is finished being updated!

This place is a little bit hidden by the corner of Bolton Road and S. Atlanta Road (right where it changes into Marietta Blvd)...look for the Scott & Sons truck parked there to find it. I remember thinking when they opened, that it was good to know there was a framing place close by if I ever needed one. Four years later, I finally did! I recently needed a mat color change on a few prints from Italy. This is a family owned business and they are very knowledgeable and attentive. I expected to leave the pictures there for a week or so, but they called the next day to say everything was completed. Nice! And there is an art gallery inside with local artists work as well. I definitely recommend.

Amazing experience with this shop. I needed to frame a giant oversized world map (~77x40) that has been sitting rolled up in my closet for years. I knew it was going to be an expensive job due to the size alone and had had been procrastinating on getting it done. I recently got around to redecorating the house and decide to get the piece professionally framed. Don took the time to explain all the options and recommend some best practices when it comes to framing such a large piece. As expected, it was quiet an expensive job due to size, but Don and the other staff showed me all of the options and never tried to pressure me into the more expensive frames even though they were something I considered. Overall, I would say their prices are very fair. The whole experience felt very honest and transparent and I could have not been happier with the results. I came by to pick up the piece to only realize that it was so large, it was not going to fit into the SUV I brought with me to haul it. Since I was just up the street Don volunteered to personally deliver the piece to my house right away with the company truck. I was floored by the generosity. One of the best businesses Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. 10/10 would recommend.

My antique store finds look so great in the frames. The did a great job. They also put pads on the back to protect my walls. Very impressed that when I went to hang two prices that I had framed that were the same size the wire length in both were exact making my hanging them level with other so easy.
