This UPS team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, to my requests turned around very fast. Answers were clear and, where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the time I spent in the store in the current climate.

Staff say they’ve been there for a year, but they don’t seem to even know what they are doing. When I came in, the one girl wouldn’t even do anything unless I greeted her back the way she wanted. The older gentleman was all over the place and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I was glad to see a ups store here, but I’d rather drive to Madison to conduct my business. Just avoid this place.
