I had a great experience there today returning a package using their UPS service. I was pretty unorganized today and didnt print off the return slip beforehand, but their employee, Sean, as well as a few other employees helped explain the return process, resealed the box, and printed the return slip from the store. There was no wait and they were all very polite. I appreciate the friendly customer service.
Seems to be good assortment of standard office supplies you would expect to find at Staples, but my experience with customer service has been less than agreeable at the UPS counter twice now. I have tried to ship via UPS, but staff was not knowledgeable, would not give UPS supplies or allow me to use my shipper number! Shame - I would have shopped in the store for office supplies if I could easily ship for business purposes too.
Employees arent much help. I was looking at the laptop chargers, found what I needed and an employee said that is was a cheap charger. $40 and thats cheap? He was so persistent into getting me to buy a charger that didnt go to my laptop and cost 70. Yeah, no thank you.
Youre honestly better off getting the stuff online. The cables (such as a dvi to DisplayPort cable) costs 4 times as much as online, for the same (or even lesser) quality. ($45 in the store, $11 online.)
