Truda was great in solving my problems today. She had to try several things to work out the issues but would not give up until they were corrected. I appreciate the one on one concern to figure out what needed to be done. I have heard from other clients that she is the same with them. In fact that is why I chose this company because others gave me good recommendations about this company. Word if mouth is important to me.

Truda and Connie run an exceptional office. My visits have all been cordial and very professional. Truda has this uncanny ability to relate my laymans terms to the Audiologist and adjustments are spot on! My wife and I have been going to the Hearing Center for just over a year. We have been very pleased with the professional service. Hearing adjustments can be difficult but Truda does an excellent job of both advising us about adjustments and making them to our satisfaction. Easy to get appointments when needed.

I have to been to a few places before trying The Hearing Center, and I am amazed!!! Connie and Truda are always very sweet. I got my hearing aids in no time and whenever I have any questions, Connie is always very attentive. Truda is always quick and efficient when I go in for my check ups. Will never go to another place. It had been so long since my husband had been able to hear we were delighted.Paid them thousands and were told of all the great service we would receive...What a joke!!!In 6 months only one appointment was correct. To top it all When I asked why they were not open on the day he had his last appointment, I was told they went on Vacation and were not open on Wednesdays...yet they gave him a card with his name/05/29/2019/at 10:30 and circled the Wednesday..All the excuses have just has gotten old..I want a full refund and they can have the aids back DO NOT BE FOOLED THEY WANT THE MONEY BUT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU I said they were idiots but perhaps we were the idiots we bought them believing there would be some level of concern for my husbands hearing. THERE IS NONE!!!! COULD NOT POST UNTIL I CLICKED ONE STAR.... WONDER HOW MANY JUST GAVE IN BECAUSE THEY FELT LIKE ME 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH

Have been using The Hearing Center for two years now. I have always received first class service. They always take the extra time to insure that all of my questions are answered. Quality service from quality people.

My mother got hearing aids at the Athens Al Hearing Center, the Advisor seemed very knowledgeable and helpful in setting the devices but getting the insurance claimed filed has been a nightmare, after several calls to the Center and being told that the insurance had been filed, it has not. Its been almost a year now with still no payment, we are very disappointed to say the least!

POOR SCHEDULING!!! Had a appointment on June 5, 2018 for 11am. When I walked in the receptionist said my appointment was not until 11:30am. I showed her the card SHE HAD WROTE OUT for 11:00am, she said “oh well it will be fine”. After she let me sit there for over 30 minutes, while she chit chatted with everyone in the lobby, the receptionist called me back just to clean my hearing aids!!! I never saw the audiologist!!! I had another appointment today August 21, 2018 for 11:30am. After sitting there for another 30 minutes and 1 person that came in after me being seen before me I walked out. MY TIME IS JUST AS PRECIOUS AS THERE’S!!!

3 weeks later and still have not received my hearing aids... the charges appeared on my credit card....so they have no problem taking your money but have a problem giving you what you paid for ...... I had to at least give them 1 star to be able to post a review

If you are hearing impaired, this is the place to purchase your hearing aids. Great staff and good quality care.
