Bought a new battery and in less than 6 months it suddenly lost charge. Battery was completely replaced no questions asked.Best customer experience I’ve had in a while.

Gentleman showed up one hour after posted opening time. He proceeded to sell me a, what I believe to be, a used battery at a new battery price. He also told me that the core return was included in the price. This is never the case. Had an overall condescending attitude.
