I had a question about a certain product, and the associate that I spoke with was very courteous and was able to answer just as I needed.

The store is well stocked and the staff was and always is helpful and welcoming.

Me n my wifey visited the works to shop for good fragrances for her. We was there for an hour while I sprayed all kinds of different ones, not noticing their are cards to spray them on. Well they had good deals she spent that money, but its so worth it.

I love this place but not happy that they stop selling Moonlight Path, Ive worn that for 20 years

We enjoy our local bath and body works. In Athens, Ohio they are Very organized and clean and have beautiful displays for the seasons. Also love the new Scents this year the Cherry scent etc ....... And love all the new fall and Christmas bakery scents!

A standard Bath and Body Works. Very well stocked and clean, stop in to enjoy their sales. I signed up for coupons to my email so I can better time my visits. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Candles, body spray, lotions, body wash, soaps, aromatherapy, and more.

Obviously not enforcing masking. Lots of people sniffing candles without masks. Unsafe.
