Awesome place, the lady that help me out was very nice and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know, where they was, and how to take care of them. Even through in a $12. Bottle of boot conditioner to help with the braking in phase. Great price on my boots found on clearance for $116.00 + tax tittle and license. They are a $180.00 pair of Double-H, plus when she signed me up for promotion that gave me another 14% along with the conditioner she threw in... I felt like a king. Got out only paying $112.ish. Highly recommend they got all sorts of stuff.

Came in to buy a Carhartt jacket after the girl on the phone assured me they had them. Got there and started looking at jackets. Some girl called me Sir then apologized and ran off. Never saw her again. Nobody else offered any help and I never found Carhartt jackets. There werent even people available for me to buy the non-Carhartt Id settled for, so I put it back and we left. Fine business youre running there...

Our experience was great! We had 6 LOs to buy boots for, and they were super helpful and patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met.

This is the worst boot barn Ive been too. Vary few people in store and yet no employees available or willing to help out there customers. One employee walked past us few times and completely ignored us so we just turned and left will not be back to this location!

I was in Boot Barn on April 25th 2020. I want you to know this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I was treated extremely well by the staff. It was like they were glad I had chosen them for my boot purchase. I will continue to shop here as long as they are available. Athens, Texas Boot Barn is the best.

That store is awesome! I bought some Tony llama boots. They are by far, the best boots Ive ever owned and I got a discount because my birthday is conning up. They even have someone that will reshape your hat! Nice store, with so many choices!!

They claim to carry work wear. They only had mens styles and sizes of work boots in stock (Mens 8.5 being the smallest). Those are too large to fit any of the female members of my family. Real women do hard work and deserve to have high quality, safe and rugged work wear available in sizes that fit correctly with reasonable comfort and wont interfere with their ability to do a great job.

Three people that helped my husband were very patient and helpful while helping him look for two pairs of work boots on separate occasions. Very polite and well mannered. The store was clean and in stock of everything we were looking for.

I was able to quickly locate the items I needed. There was a large selection to choose from and friendly, helpful staff.

Now that this place is Boot Barn the customer service was great, very helpful and nice girls working there,,, unlike when it was Lonestar when and where the employees were all little snots didnt want to help anyone, the store now is all nice and organized with better looking clothes inside !!! Boot Barn is a much better place, thank you Boot Barn for coming to Athens and making thing better
