Customer service experience is polite, patient, and personal. The gentlemen that helped me find my first mattress was knowledgeable in everything about mattress brands. Being able to test out different brands and not feel rushed is something you dont see everyday from salesman. If you are looking for a mattress, then definitely go in here to at least test out the mattress brands they got.

I chose to go here due to the awesome reviews, and Im glad I did. Bill was with another customer when we walked in, and he still greeted us. We did have a small wait due to Bill helping the other customer, but he was still courteous to us. In other words, excellent customer service. Great price. And I had all my questions answered. Yes, I highly recommend shopping here.

Came here in January seeking a mattress for my 86 yr old mother. Bill was very helpful and we found a Beauty Rest mattress that fit her very well and she has enjoyed it ever since. It was delivered two weeks later and the delivery persons were extremely nice and helpful. They had a good selection as well. Ordered some sheets at the same time but still have not arrived 4 weeks later. However, Covid has disrupted the deliveries

The sales person was very nice I went in for a purchase I did end up buying a bed. I cannot comment on quality nor delivery as I don’t have a date for that yet. But as far as the sale went everything was pleasant and professional.

April is amazing to work with. She gave us great suggestions while we were shopping for a mattress. We are very happy with our final decision and have been sleeping better than we have in years. The manager and sales lady were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous as well as the delivery and setup crew. The mattresses are great but I was disappointed with the quality of the box springs. One is all wrinkled and not stapled to frame properly and the other one has a puncture hole.

Walked in to get a new box spring was helped right away. Had my new box spring in a couple of days at an amazing price!!! While there noticed some pillows for side sleepers. Have to admit it has taken a few days to get them due to it being the end of year but love them now that I have them!!!

Dustin and the team at Bedzzz Express in Athens, AL was amazing from start to finish. The first time that I went into the store another salesman was on the floor to help me. I was not ready to purchase a bed that day but I was definitely interested in a future purchase. There were no sales gimmicks and I never felt pressure to make a decision that day. When I returned with my husband to do the serious shopping, Dustin greeted us with a warm smile and spent time helping us find the right bed for our needs. After some negotiating, we ordered a wonderful new bed. In about a week, the delivery team brought us our new Beautyrest split king (2 XL twin mattresses) with adjustable bases. After our first 30 days, we discovered that the split king beds that we ordered were a bit firmer than what we had anticipated and I was not sleeping as well as I had hoped with brand new mattresses. We are thankful for the 30 day comfort guarantee that our Bedzzz Express contract included that allowed us to switch to the king size bed with a small fee. I look forward to relaxing in my new king size Beautyrest mattress tonight. I am so thankful for all of Dustins help before, during and after the sale. So I went to Mattress King and I bought a bed from them and I had the worst experience dealing with them. The bed I bought was rock hard and was a piece of junk it was a completely different bed then what was on the sales floor so I went on line and found Bedz Express Im so happy I found this store! We went in for a new mattress for my teenage boy. The salesman helped us find a good one in our budget with no stress.

My husband and I both have chronic pain issues and we have struggled with finding the right mattress. We always wanted to go with Tempur-Pedic but we were scared to make that large of a purchase. Not only was Dustin at Bedzzz Express extremely knowledgeable about the product, he was also helpful in getting us the best price. He didnt attempt to oversell. It was refreshing to go to a bed store and speak to someone who truly wanted you to have the perfect bed for your budget. We purchased the bed on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The gentleman who delivered the bed were very nice and even helped put my bed skirt on 😁. They went as far as to explain how to wash/dry the mattress protector so as to not melt it by using too high of heat! Thank you for going above and beyond.
