I’m giving this a 5, but as I read some reports saying how terrible the product is or whatever maybe you should learn how to do your hair? Youtube is always an option, hun. Learn the difference between toner and bleach too. There is such thing as reading the label before buying it. Overall most of the customers are just dumb ash and need better education. You should’ve taken cosmetology when you had the chance in hs, but the store is a nice place. Got my hair bleach there and it worked fabulously. Yeah some employees may be rude but most of the times I’ve been there they’ve been nice. Except that one time they practically threw the change at my mom. 🤨 do not do that again please and thank you thats why the store gets bad reviews cause of some of the employees lack of respect. Anyway to sum it all up, sometimes it’s not the employees it’s the customers fault. Educate yourself and be a better person don’t let your anger out on people who you don’t even know just makes their day worst. Take a deep breath and go on with life.

They have eliminated their discount cards and now CHARGE to provide a bag to carry out what youve purchased. Corporate says they want to go Green. Apparently, they want to do it on our dime...

Sally’s is not where it’s at. they have messed my hair up thinking they know what they are talking about each time buying everything separately. i called back to make sure i was doing each step correctly got my hair yellow and now it’s back to brown because of the extra things i “had to have” for it to be white and now it’s back to brown. so thank you sally’s for nothing also they have done the same thing to my grandmother. got everything they said to get done everything correctly. and yet. SALLYS NEEDS PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. PERIOD.

I had the best experience in there today with an associate named Deidra DEEDEE. I came in looking for something and she met me before I could even ask and knew exactly what I needed. Answered all my questions about some other products I was interested in. She was so pleasant.

They selection is great however the employee that was there was rude. She started out by telling my 4 year old not to touch the hairbrush unless she was going to buy it. She said I have no money so she told her to just put it up. We decided to leave and as we walked out she’s still fussing about the hairbrush and continued to do so until we were well outside. I will not be going back for someone to treat a child like that.

Do not go here. Girls are as dumb as a box of rocks. Went in to get the things i needed for bleach. Went home and did it and saw no difference. Went back the next day and a different employee informed me that what i got was actually a toner and not bleach. Not to mention when i went in the first time two different employees assisted me and gave me toner assuring me it was bleach. I would imagine working at sallys you would at least have to know the difference between toner and bleach. Apparently not. So if you wanna work at sallys and dont know anything about hair and beauty heres your place ladies. Shouldnt be hard at all. Hell i might apply now 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of nail care products! Easy to find location in Congress Crossing with ample parking.

This was my first time in Sallys... big mistake because now I wont be able to stay out. They have an awesome selection of all things girly!! Wish the store was bigger though.
