Being a woman, there is not alot I can stay with knowledge about a body shop. I mean. I only know the basic car maintenance. So, this critique is reflecting my ease and comfort level with the shop which is very important to me. I hate doing business where I am not comfortable. No matter how good the business is said to be by others, I will never go back because of how I felt at the first meeting. Below are my two cents on Sides Auto Body Shop•Outstanding customer service•Kind/Caring people•If the people represent their job skills, my car will be as good as new when it is returned.Out of the choices recommended by the insurance company for repairs, I chose a winner.

The repair was completed in a timely manner, the staff was very courteous and professional. The quality of the work was superb. I hope I never need a body shop again, but I’d certainly recommend them to family and friends.

So far they have been nice just hope their work is good,we will see when I get my truck back

Sides did excellent work on my husbands car. It needed the bumper replaced, and they did a flawless job. Would definitely return for future work needed.

Went by to see if they could do an estimate on my car and someone walked right out and looked, very professional and courteous, typed me up an estimate and took about 10-15mins. And was HALF the price of other places..

They got my car in the day I called, and ordered necessary parts. They had my my car back to me within a week. Every other shop was estimating 3-4 weeks before they could even begin to work on it

Sides Auto Body East did a lot of repair work on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The work they did was fantastic. Looks like it never happened. The communication was fantastic. They kept me up to speed during the entire process. I will recommend this shop and people to anyone who inquires. This will be the only body shop I use going forward, hopefully I wont have to. I had scratched my car when pulling into the garage. I went by sides for an estimate and an employee came out and used his special sauce and took my scratches completely out. He then buffed and waxed the area. You couldnt even tell I had scratched it all up. The only thing they had to do was order my tire cover. Cost is about $300. My first estimate was for $1750. I highly recommend sides and will definitely use them again.

These guys are great. They repaired my Toyota Sienna and matched the paint remarkably well. I could not be more pleased. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Repairs were completed on-time and for a reasonable amount. I highly recommend them.

We had them replace a windshield in a car. We dropped the car the night before using a secure key dropbox and parking lot area was well lit. The car was ready by lunch the next day. Great service and communication.
