Overall I wasnt real impressed. First of all, the guy that sits at the front desk wasnt very friendly. Then when I got the bill I thought it was a bit high. I check the price on a new replacement part at two different parts stores and the price I was charged was way over what it actually cost.

In route family vacation driving from TX to NY had to stop here as check engine light went on and prevented cruise control from working. Robert reset it refused to charge us and the rest of the trip happened without a glitch. Went in to look for a leak and they were very busy. But he still put my car on the rack and told me it was dry as a bone. Didnt even charge me anything. I call that good business practises.

Great repair shop. We had some issues with our van in 2014. They fixed it (and other issues we didnt know about) within just a few days. We sent it back Jan 2016 for a new problem and again they had it running again in no time. Tow and labor costs are very reasonable. Really nice guys.

I have used Roberts Auto Repair since early 2000. If you want your car repair done right, want to know if its worth fixing and the TRUTH about what is the problem with your car, Jeff will not sugar coat, make a guess, or quote you a price until he gets under the hood and makes an evaluation. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with it, and if there is a problem after he fixes it, he will make it right. I dont believe the other review because Jeff has worked on 4 of our cars since 2000 and I would take it to him before I took it to anyone else.

Very slow my car was at his shop for 2 and a half months and he still never got my transmission changed. I finally had to go pick it up and take it to s different shop.
