I am amazed at the service our company received here! After placing the order, I received an email requesting the VIN and part we were intending to purchase to make sure we received what we needed. Its a good thing too, we had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. They were able to correct it and within 10 minutes of placing the order, the right part had been ordered and we were on our merry way. To say their customer service is above and beyond doesnt even begin to do them justice. Im incredibly impressed!

I placed an order and chose not to freely give out my vehicles VIN number. Within 20 minutes of placing the order I received an email from them requesting my VIN number.Since it is not required to share your VIN on there website policy page I again declined. 30 minutes later I received an email that they were canceling my order. I called in to inquire why and was told they sent me an email (Shortly after I had sent mine declining to share my VIN) stating the item was on an indefinite backorder.I never got that email and it sounds like an excuse to me. What is even more interesting is I called an hour before placing my order to verify they could get me that part. They told me it would take 1 week to get in. I will even include a photo of my inbox and yes I did check my spam folder.

I see a couple of negative reviews, my experience was much difference. I ordered my part, instantly received an email asking for my VIN number because they wanted to ensure I received the correct part since there were several options. 2 days later, part arrived and installed and works like new. Quick, accurate, and inexpensive. I ordered knowing all sales were final, they went out of the way to make sure it was correct before shipping.

I had a great experience. As others mentioned, they reached out to me immediately after I placed my order to confirm VIN and the exact part I was looking for. They then changed the part number from what I had ordered, and the correct part arrived 2 days later.

I had some questions before and during my order, they were quick to respond and quick to ship. Very satisfied and will shop here again.

Ordered an amplifier for my Jeep. Plugged it in and nothing. I soldered the plugs from my original one and when I plug those in, there is music. But with the actual amplifier I ordered from here, nothing. Will change my review, when or if I get a response on how this can be resolved. But first impressions, buy somewhere else.

I returned my core and waited and waited and waited. No refund. No explanation. I finally contacted this dealer and only at that point did they tell me there was an apparent problem with the box I returned the core in. Im now out $150 core charge plus $30 to ship it to them. They of course will get their money back from Mopar, so they not only get my $150, but whatever they get for returning the core to Mopar. BUYER BEWARE. I will not be making any future purchases from this dealer.

So back in May i began to order some Brembo calipers for my SUV. We went back and forth a few times, making sure they were the right part numbers for my vehicle because the gentlemean said parts are not returnable once shipped. My complaint here is that one of the calipers has a paint chip down to metal out of the box. I sent them an email on June 13th saying I have a damaged product( which they do apparently take returns on) and i have not heard a word back. I still have these parts brand new in the boxes.That was my complaint to BBB, the company never responded to them, or me over the past couple of months. Ill cut my losses, good service is hard to come by nowadays and this place sure as hell does not offer it.Take your business elsewhere!!

I wish I looked at the reviews for this place before I placed an order through them. I made an order on December 11th with a expected delivery of 23 to 25 December. Instead of shipping my part they delayed ten days and i didnt get my part on time. Dont order from these people.

I needed a power seat switch for a 2007 Hyundai Azera. The price here was much better than my local dealer. It was the correct part, worked perfectly and was shipped quickly.
