Tired of looking at a frosty window.Pros: PriceCons: Talks a good talk, but doesnt stand by warranty.Unfortunately, I would not recommend. Had a 5x6 window installed on ground level. Installers caulked the outer edges of the window before installing and proceeded to set it on the ground to get a better grip, I guess, picking up mulch and clippings in the sealant. Then seated it with the debris in the seal. I didnt complain and there were no leaks. I forgot about it.Less than 2 years later, the whole window is completely frosted. Called July 10th about warranty on window, was told there would be a warranty on the window. Took a week for him to pull the paper work. Took almost two weeks for him to call the manufacturer one time, only to leave a VM. No follow up call to them for a week. Ive called about twice a week every week since this started and am getting no where. Coming up on a month and has not even made contact with someone at the manufacturer.Buyer beware.
