Pooie... It looked much much better when it was called Athens Products owned by Electrolux in The Frigidaire Division. They certainly employed a whole heck of a lot more people. It gets less than one star from me. They should clean up their act and the property. They are definitely not good house keepers. It never looked that delapatated. I sure wouldnt buy any appliances from them. Not when it looks like that. Garbage was more than abundant.

My wife decided the oven was not working and wanted a new one instead of trying to fix it. The best part was that they had a great installation team. Setting the flame on the new gas top and getting it set up was great. They also had a price my wife is a shopper.

We have to have our wash door repaired. They were very helpful but are short handed and they have to order the part. It will be 2 weeks before we can get it fixed but it is Cheistmas 🎄

My wife and I took some time off to move into a new house. After moving our washer and dryer to the new place, we decided it was time for a new dryer. We looked online at the plaza Electronics site, and saw the one we wanted. We called the store to see if they had something like that in stock, put in the order, and setup a delivery time and day. Mornings are the best time for me, so we scheduled the delivery almost a week out. Less than 2 hours latter someone from their delivery team calls and asks if Im home and ready for the dryer. I was very pleasantly surprised to be getting the dryer the same day it was ordered. Not only that, but the two guys that brought the dryer were great. They took the old dryer away, hooked the new one up, tested it, and gave me some great tips on how to keep the new dryer and our existing washer working well for years. While they were working on my new dryer they helped me hook up my old washer and tested that for leaks, or problems as well. I compared the price of the dryer we got from Plaza to the same one at Lowes and Home Depot. The big stores make it look like they are giving you a better price, but the customer serves and care the folks at plaza give is worth a lot more than a few extra buck they may charge. Also, after checking the fine print of the big stores, it looked like we would have paid pretty much the same going with them as we paid at Plaza, without the great serves.

Great prices on products, Wonderful customer service and the delivery was Scheduled the following business day. Much better than going to Lowe’s, trying to hunt down an employee, and then schedule a weeks distance to get the appliance in my home. I was called to make sure I was home, it felt good to have put money in my neighbors pocket instead of a big corporate business.

I am very impressed with there customer service. They seem to go out of there way to make things right. without a doubt, i will purchase more from Plaza electronics.

Took a day off for them to come out and diagnose what I told them was wrong over the phone, another day off for them to come back out to tell me they ordered the wrong part, wanted to come out a third time but Im not missing work a third time over this $5 oem part I just got off amazon and installed myself in less than a minute. The woman I talked to on the phone sounded mean as hell too.

We often order items off Amazon die to price and fast 2 day shipping, but we stopped here to see about a part for our dishwasher. They could order the part cheaper than online and we could get picked up the next day!! We chose to have them order it. Will go there again!! Couldnt beat the price, service or reliability.

We purchased a used fridge a couple weeks ago, and it was to be delivered to our new home today ..they called and let us know that the compressor had gone bad, they would refund our money or we could come down to look at one they had on hand .. the one they showed us cost a couple hundred more, but they gave it to us for the price of the one we originally purchased.. loaded it up and delivered it promptly.. highly recommend these guys .. Daniel was our salesman.. go see him today ! Honesty and integrity ..

The service department here is unbelievable. The communication, response time, and quality of work is pathetic. Every time they speak with you they found another thing wrong that they had to fix. They quoted on price and then charge a different price, and justify it by saying the girl our spoke to was new and didnt know. I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again!

Very Helpful needed a big chest freezer, they had it on show room... Lowes had one half that size.

Plaza has service after the sale and that is just as important as the price. They also have a wide selection of brands and products. The service technicians are well trained to. I like to talk to the experts about what is good as well as stuff to avoid!

Could not get our 4 month old Maytag dryer fixed after 3 repair visits and problems getting correct part; finally Maytag had to arrange another repair company come out based in another time zone and they fixed it .

Plaza came out to service a brand new refrigerator on July 3rd, the fridge was purchased on July 2nd. It would not cool at all. We lost food. Plaza ordered parts but one part was backordered, I had Whirlpool to expedite the part. Plaza had it in 2 days. I still had to wait till July 29th before they would service my fridge. It worked 7 days, if that. I once again called Whirlpool who, once again called Plaza. My appointment for service is for August 29th. While we were waiting on Plaza, someone else checked the fridge out. As it turns out, I was told that the compressor was bad,(Plaza ordered a compressor but did not change it) and the freezer dryer that was changed was not done correctly, a bad weld which created a coolant leak. Now once again I am living out off coolers. With the food Ive lost and ice I have bought for the coolers, I have lost another $1,000.00. I understand not being able to fix an appliance the day that they were called, but 3 to 4 weeks out for service is ridiculous. Especially when their initial repair is what caused the problem the second time. Just because we live in a small town does not mean that we should have to accept bad service. I was told that if I had bought the refrigerator from Plaza that I would be on the priority service list. It seems to me since their service caused the second breakdown that I should be on the priority list. I have never written a bad review about anyone until now. Every word is the honest truth. This is a sad way to conduct business.

Plaza is the company that Lowes is contracted with to fix their appliances with in warranty. We bought an LG washing machine and its 9 mths old. And it started out with a small leak. After the first service visit the machine was made unusable. After the 2nd visit it was still leaking. And then the same with the 3rd. We are on a 4th service visit that just got canceled because of a damaged part. In between visits Plaza was terrible about returning phone calls and keeping us updated on oredered parts and scheduling service dates. Its been a month and the machine is still not fixed.

Full service on all appliances and electronics. Great selection!
