I purchased a Catnapper loveseat from Farmers Home Furniture in Athens, Al. I have had repeated problems with the power recline. I purchased an extended service plan, but that has turned out to be worthless. The first time the problem arose it took weeks to get a response, and then it took several trips. The problem has now arisen again. The store told us they would put in a work order, but unfortunately they donโt know when they will get to it because their service people quit. We then asked to return it, but they say they will not take it back. Beware of this store!!!! I would give zero stars but it wonโt let me๐ก
They are very friendly an willing to work with you to get you what you need for one low monthly payment will continue to do business with them.

These ppl are very unprofessional they donโt know which end is up. They took two of my payments. Very rude they will hang up on you when they have caused the problem. They donโt even know when you come in there and make payments. Thank god for receipts. Their furniture is cheap quality. Doesnโt last. I willNever buy anything from them ever again. Stay away๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก
The ladies up front are great, when I ordered our stuff they brought the wrong thing, it was one out of several things we got. Everything else was correct. They were quick to fix their mistake. Within minutes they got it swapped out immediately.And were so helpful through the entire process. Erica helped me find something in my budget, and the guys who delivered our stuff were great. I am very pleased with the service and the furniture. I 10/10 recommend her and this store.

Customer service here rocked! I wish I had caught her name (middle-aged, long brown hair with highlights) because she saved my Thanksgiving. Long story short, I was in desperate need of counter height stools and she called in all her favors to find me 3 matching stools!
I wish I could give a ZERO! The absolute worse customer service possible! The lady at the counter literally sat there and disrespected me to my face while the manager sat there and asked me why I was getting upset. This is not the first time Iโve been disrespected by an employee at this store, but it will surely be the last. I will be contacting corporate as soon as possible! It seems like employees here donโt know how to properly talk to people without patronizing or trying to scare someone. The furniture may be okay( barely suitable), but itโs not worth the bad customer service you will have to deal with!

I wish I could give a NEGATIVE ZERO!!! I will never ever do business with this company ever again. I went inside the store and placed my order. I had to wait a couple of weeks before they could bring it out to me. Once the two guys according to Ed the store manager whom by the way has a I dont give a care attitude, said these guys were 3 days into the job. The furniture was busted up so they guys never brought it off the truck!!! To add to this horrible experience the delivery guys LEFT THEIR TRASH OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I called Ed and he acted like he didnt care like I was bothering him or something!! So I call the office today spoke to Erica she had a nasty attitude. I called to confirm that these same two delivery guys was still coming out to my house...horrible customer service ever!!! I wont stop until I reach corporate and make this complaint!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke.We bought a couch and loveseat from them last year and the loveseat hasnโt reclined since. Well they came and was like oh itโs warped and literally took their hands and bent it back. Well still not fixed I called back and they sent someone they contracted out through to come out and look at it. Well both sides wouldnโt recline by the 3 months passed that the guy actually came out to look. Well he ordered the parts and came back and only to tell me he didnโt have al the parts to fix it. When he left after he fixed the one side it was literally worst then before he got there. So I called farmers again to tell them and they said they would replace the couch finally well we got the new one and it wonโt recline and got tore in the process of getting it in the door. The guy said Iโve been doing this awhile I donโt have to use the pads well he screwed up our door in the process of not using the pads and getting the old couch out. So now I told the manager I just want a refund and then to come get the couch well he said he was gonna come pick up them today but yet I hadnโt received both checks and Iโm not gonna hand over both if I havenโt received my refund for both. They could have came and got the couch and that be fine but he was saying he did us a favor by refunding us the money thatโs he isnโt making to trips to come get the furniture itโs not a favor to us to have to wait for these checks and be without furniture until our new stuff comes in. The customer service has been horrible and I have bought a lot of stuff in the past from them so has my mom and my cousin and my grandmother so they just lost 4 customers over this cause it literally took them 6 months to get their stuff together and make it right but yet itโs not right yet. Now I am still paying on a washer I have from them but come to find out he hasnt taken the couch off of my account!!!! they will not get another dime from me until this is fixed!!!!!
