Great store, difficult to find help

Great help from the pretty girl at the counter Kendra. 😀 Organized store and decent prices. If you do not get see see chickens this is a good time to bring your kids in so they can see how they are raised or could be raised in the country.

Ive Bean waiting a month for the truck to arrive with my dogs food on it and today I was told I should go on line to order his food... I spend about 500 a month at this store. Correction I used to spend 500 a month at this store.

This store is our go to feed store and for small hardware purchases. You may find that they are a little bit more expensive but it’s usually more convenient. Staff is generally helpful and nice.

Went to get an item they had in there ad at St. Joseph location they were out So I ask for a rain check. Was told No. It was while supplies last. Now nowhere in the ad did it say while supplies last or no rain checks. Drove to store in Atchison Kansas they had product I was after and was told that if a product is sold out that they are absolutely supposed to give you a rain check. Very disappointed Lori in your customer service and the fact you l iui ed to me because you were to lazy to do your job. I wont be returning to the St. Joseph store even though I live right here in town. Had planned on buying several gifts from your store well you lost out on that one Huh.

Its an ok business, not bad and not good. I do find their sales pretty sorry. Usually they advertised sale price is about the same as there competitors normal price.

The staff is always always helpful, however, yesterday was above and beyond.A very nice young man helped me load alllllll my feed bags and then, pushed my 300 lb. cart to the register, loaded my feed bags in my truck, collected up my pine shavings from alllllll the way across the parking lot, then, came and loaded up 3 bales of straw too.He was super to continue to help me, he gave me a smile and a good attitude when I had stopped his work to simply ask a question .A personal shopper at Orchlens will brighten anyones day!Thank you and keep up the good work, you are appriciated!!Wendy
