Hearing Aid Specialists of the Central Coast has been amazing to me. Peter and Nicole are friendly, knowledgeable and truly want to fit you with the hearing aid(s) that will help you the most. They are not a “sales shop” and do not push high priced hearing aids for their own gain. They fit you to your needs and wants regardless of budget. They educated me on what my insurance would cover and Nicole did all the legwork with my insurance provider to get me a wonderful new pair that have increased performance and features from my last set. (Which I also bought from them 5 years ago!) Peter does a wonderful job customizing the programming so it effectively boosts my hearing in the exact ranges I need help. I am considered profoundly hard of hearing, near deaf, a cochlear implant candidate. I was not ready for that large of a step and Peter and Nicole went above and beyond to find hearing aids for me that would come as close as possible. They offer flexible scheduling and with 2 locations it is easy to find appointments when you need one. I am grateful to them for all their help and care highly recommend them if you are looking at hearing aids for the first time or need an upgrade to your existing devices.

I must say that the experience I had was superb. I was in and out within 15 minutes. This clinic provided me with everything I needed.The doctor and receptionist were extraordinarily nice and funny, yet accurate and precise. They truly set the standards for professionalism, and customer service.If I ever need my hearing checked again, it will be by them.

I was very pleased with the products, service, and assistance I received from Peter at Hearing Aid Specialists of the Central Coast. I had previous experience with 2 other dealers of hearing aids, but I was impressed with Peters attitude. He did not appear to attempt to push a product that was higher end in order to pad his bottom line. He had a variety of options available, but he was attentive to provide me what would best serve my individual needs and wants without unnecessary expense.

I have been a customer of Peter for a number of years.Recently I purchased a new set of aids from him since mine were 9 years old.Due to his knowledge and patience he was able to adjust those so that I hear much better than before.
