6/25, I had the worst custom service experience yesterday afternoon at the Pro desk in Atascadero home depot. After 3 hours at the pro desk when I walked out at 5 pm with frustration nothing was order.Yesterday after talking to the customer serivce on the phone. I drove 40 mins to Atazcadero home depot to place in my order at 2pm. The lady at the pro desk does not want to do anything, not even willing to lift a finger make a phone call to verify the product description until the manager (lady) came to tell her to place in my orders and make phone call. The manager (lady) just keep justify and trying to cover up her lazy employee. She did not come back to check the $8000 order was placed and phone call was made.I have been purcahsing hundreds and thousands dollars at home depot each year in the last 30 years for my own houses and rental properties. This is one of the worst customer service I had.Today at 1pm. It only took 15 mins with Justin and Edith at the customer service desk to placed in the same order. I had the same good experience with Justin and edith 3 weeks ago for my large order. Same store extreme customer service.
