The store is always clean and organized well!I usually shop the sales. But there are also some items you just cant find at other brick and mortar shops. The Fresh Thyme store brand is reasonable and great! The health and vitamins aisle is extensive for a large retailer also. All around I am always pleased with my visits.

I really like the store and if you look for healthy options- that’s a great place to go . Hope it is more like that in Green Bay! Like the fresh produce. Wish some staff are cheaper but still a nice and clean store . Costumer service not the greatest but it is ok !

Reminds me of a mini Whole Foods. Love the selection of meats, sea food, etc. Theres actually a nice selection of most natural/health food and organic. Its a little pricier than most grocery stores but its so much nicer than a big box store.

A fountain of deliciousness! I was starting to be worried having moved to an area without Trader Joes or Whole Foods and having my dishes taste bland or plain bad because of the quality of the meats or being unable to make myself a tasty sandwich because of the horribleness of the typical grocery store lunch meats - but after I found Fresh Thyme not only did it fulfill my needs but exceeded them. I think this place is better than Trader Joes or Whole Foods. The deli meat selection is so awesome, I keep discovering superb, quality meats slices, shaved, for great sandwiches. Every department has the best of the best and frequent sales items make it affordable. The bakery is bountiful and top notch, the deserts, exquisite. They really make life better for their customers by existing.

High Quality products, but on many items a little pricey! I loved their freshly baked PIZZA, but now they dont do it anymore and therefore I dont vist anymore so often! PLEASE bring back your PIZZAS!!!!

Great produce selection. Theyve got Boars Head, which is great. But man, the checkout process needs a bit of work. Theres at least three different ways to redeem coupons, and it appears that the majority of them arent actually noted in the system. So anticipate sitting in line for a bit.

I shop here for the organic foods. The prices are usually fair for most items. It’s clean and well organized. My only and biggest complaint is the rudeness of most of their employees. Most of them will not make eye contact, and when they see you coming they will ignore you. I’m not talking about the cashiers, they are somewhat friendly. Today I got a dirty look from a gal working in produce. I stopped to ask her for help with the coffee grinder.. if looks could kill I’d be dead. I’d like to find a new place to shop for organic.

I travel alot and here lately, Ive grown tired of the big box grocery stores. I like the selection of fresh fruits and veggies. The meat/seafood department is not that big. I dont know about the freshness of the seafood but being from Pensacola, Fl, I really cant rate it. That would be unfair. They have a bigger selection of healthy/alternative foods and their prices arent really that bad. For me, it was worth the trip.

I came here a few years back when the Lions were in town against the Packers on Monday Night Football. I was able to grab a few last minute tailgating items here. I must say if I lived in Green Bay Id make this my grocery store because of how clean and organized it is.

Enormous produce selection. Fresh Thyme selection of seafood and great assortment of meats. Very unusual items for vegans and those who are on special diets, but also lots of breads and desserts as well as sandwiches, pizzas and takeout for lunch and dinner.

We have never been to a Fresh Thyme before, and we loved it! The produce area was beautiful and extensive. Almost every product was fully stocked throughout the story, and everything was clean. Employees were kind and caring. Hand sanitizer and masks were provided at the front of the store if you needed any. Well definitely be back!

My new favorite store, Im so happy we have one here. Ryanne was so helpful patient and polite. I used to hate grocery shopping, but now I look forward to going to this store, its not overwhelming like some other stores and they carry my favorite tea, veggie patties and other things Ive been searching for in this area. Im new to Green Bay and Im just so happy this store is here.

Usually have a fine experience here but Joyce was so rude that I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. Even more astounding that she had an employee of the month pin on. After having a rude tone throughout the whole checkout process, she didn’t even ask if I wanted paper or plastic bags. She stuffed everything into a paper bag and it broke on my way out to the car. If that fits employee of the month credentials I’d be afraid to see what they’re standards are.

Friends hyped this store up for some reason, we tried to get a nice shop in for a good dinner for our first time, wow is this place over priced and horrid, we got sushi, rice was over cooked so bad and mushy wasn’t even edible, maybe enough wasabi for 2 pieces, we got steaks that were sloppy cut, pretty unskilled labor job to make these cuts, nothing organic or clean about this store, same brands other places carry for cheap, nice store to hit the boomers with the fake “healthy” and up charge,

Love Fresh Thyme! Their salad bar is wonderful, and they have a variety of specialty items and organic produce I cant find elsewhere. Quality is often disappointing, however, especially in organic produce. They are a bit pricier than your typical grocery store, but a great place to find unusual ingredients or specialty foods. As far as service, Ive had two truly awful interactions - but overall, the staff is very kind and helpful.

I was overwhelmingly surprised at the amount of fresh organic food available with prices you cant afford to pass up. I havent enjoyed shopping for groceries so much in my life. I took home three times the amount of food I usually get for the amount spent and all of better quality then my normal shopping elsewhere. Deals are best Wednesdays before the new flyer comes out, but everyday would be a great time to stop in and check this place out.

I want to love this store....in fact sometimes it amazing and sometimes its terrible. More specifically the deli. Not a single soul other than the deli manager, a female who is ever so nice and competent slices our meat just as we like. I am told over told how it cant be sliced that thin. Well how is it that this deli manager can? Same with cheese....nope cant do it....well then how can she? This is a boars Head deli....sliced how you wish. Ive never had an issue else where.Otherwise the rest of the store is glorious. Great selection and not as pricey as Whole Foods. In fact if take the selection at Fresh Thyme over whole foods any day.

Fresh thyme Market is an awesome place to get high quality ingredients locally. They have an exceptional staff, who are consistently friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I love their produce and meat departments. The meat department has an extensive variety of meats, including some that are partially prepared to make dinner fast aeasy. The produce is like none I have ever seen, having fruits and vegetables of many varieties consistently, in ample quantities, and in a condition of ripeness and freshness that Ive never seen other than Farmers Market. Absolutely worth a visit, if only to see what youre missing out on.

I travel all the way from Neenah to do my grocery shopping. Today I had the unpleasant experience to work with Joyce (Front end cashier) she was very rude during our interaction. I’m not sure what was causing her to have a bad day but taking it out on your loyal customer doesn’t seem like the best way handle your business. I will be rethinking figure trips to this location.

Best salad bar in town! I love the selection of cold table options, the soups are wonderful, and cant leave without fresh peanut butter!There can be long lines around lunch time, but they have convenient hours, and the lady who refills the spring mix is an angel.I did have an experience that wasnt up to par when one of their employees was very condescending with me when I asked about how to lable the peanut butter; he may have assumed I was a child, but surprise, Im an adult, mid shark week, who just wanted some PB.

We thought this was a super fancy, super expensive store. But it isnt. A lot of beautiful stuff at a decent price. In particular berries were on sale for really low price. Were coming back here again to see what they have on sale next time. Everybody should check this place out.

This is an excellent grocer, especially for the health conscious, but it doesnt have a comprehensive selection of goods. Moreover, while the produce is generally fresh and reasonably priced, as is the deli, many items are slightly more expensive than can be found elsewhere. Finally, beside be well-kept, the selection of fresh ground coffee and nut butters, fresh kambucha and honey--among other items--makes this store a treat to visit and a gem of its neighborhood.
