They got my glasses done in 30 minutes after superior service from the greeting staff. I was helped immediately by a person who was extremely knowledgeable and found my glasses within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this particular eyemart express.

Paul was extremely helpful with the process. He even saved us some money on the purchase of glasses for my son.Even better was the glasses were made in less than 30 minutes when it was estimated to be around 90 minutes.Very happy with the whole process.

I have to say the Hamid and Hanna were absolutely wonderful. Hamid was incredibly patient as I am very indecisive and took a very long time to decide what I wanted. Hanna was awesome at picking frames for me to try on. I has great trip. The two Brianna remembered me after a YEAR. That certainly made me feel like my business appreciated. It was busy and I saw her help several grumpy people and she WON THEM ALL OVER with kindness and patience and customer service. I never seen anything like it. Used them for years without a problem until yesterday! Had a guy I think his name was hammid or something like that treat me like I was an annoyance because I asked him questions... He belittled me and talked down to me... Thankful for LensCrafters it was my first time going there and I was treated with the utmost respect! And I saved over half for similar glasses same type lenses!

My mom recommended this place when I needed to get new glasses. The person who helped us was Hamid and he was so nice and accommodating. With his help I got two pairs of glasses and was able to get one within an hour which was great because I was a need of new pair right away. Plan on going to this place again.

My glasses are excellent. I can actually see better with my new ones than my older pair and I had the same prescription. The girl at eye mart saw that my old ones were miss aligned and made my new ones much better . I can’t remember her name but she was excellent and had a lot of patience with me . Thanks again

Still requiring masks to be worn when no one else is I can get my glasses anywhere. They are quick to put mask mandate in place when the CDC says but won’t Listen to the CDC when they say you don’t need them let’s get some common sense people.

I definitely wont be back, but Im glad to see that my experience with them isnt the norm. Called ahead to make sure they take my insurance and they confirmed they do. Got to the eye appointment.. no, they dont for the exam but we definitely do for the glasses. Paid the exam out of pocket, $105. Came out to pick glasses and gave them my insurance info... guess what?! No, they dont take it for the glasses, either. So the phone confirmation ahead of time was just a straight-up lie. I decided to just pay for it. First pair of glasses were a special order - theyd call me to pick them up in about a week. Second pair were done in 37 minutes! WOW! I was super impressed... until I wore them and the lenses were the wrong prescription. Went in today to get it fixed - they tried first to convince me that it *should* feel like Im looking through a fishbowl. I stood on my objection and they took them to the back to test the lenses. They then told me my other glasses had come in several days ago and we should check those, too. Never called to tell me they were in. I tried them on... same as the first pair. Id had enough, so I asked for a refund. Another worker joined, again with claiming it should have a fishbowl effect. Right.. because glasses are for making your vision *worse*. What was I thinking? I demanded the refund and she reluctantly processed it while being snotty.. I went to school for this. YOU dont know what youre talking about. and Theres no need to be rude, Michael. I shouldve bailed when I discovered the first lie.FYI.. rude is when I drop an F-bomb every third or fourth word, or perhaps call names. I wasnt rude. My kid needed new glasses ASAP and we were able to get in for an exam and get new glasses in the same day. She saw Dr. Eggert, whom, along with the staff, was very kind and made the appointment a relaxed and very pleasant experience. When it came to the glasses, the Eyemart tech was very helpful, even telling us about a Back-to-School deal I wasnt aware of that allowed us to get 2 pairs of glasses for around the same price as it would have been for just one. My daughter loves her new glasses and I love the peace of mind I have knowing she no longer is dealing with eye strain and the headaches that come with. I am very pleased!

My wife and I both needed new pairs of prescription glasses. We looked at a few other places, including Wisconsin Vision and Americas Best (and werent happy with any of the glasses we found there), before stopping back in to Eyemart Express, which is where I got my last pair of DB Sport glasses in 2018). There, we had the pleasure of working with a man named Hamid who was one of the most friendly, attentive, and professional people Ive ever worked with in a retail or customer service setting.Hamid spent probably an hour or so with me and my wife and not only found us some excellent pairs of glasses as our primary pairs, but ALSO successfully upsold us on adding a pair of prescription sunglasses for each of us as well (and I am notoriously difficult to upsell)! Oh, and he ALSO put a new pair of plastic nose pads on my existing glasses because he noticed my original ones were making indentation marks on the bridge of my nose. Talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND! He even recognized that it had been my birthday eight days ago and that was also a very nice touch!Bottom line, Eyemart Express is awesome, Hamid is an amazing asset to his company (and his manager REALLY needs to give him a raise), and I would definitely recommend both Eyemart AND Hamid to all my friends, family, and co-workers.Id give Eyemart 10 stars if I could and Id give Hamid even more than that. I will certainly be back for my next pair of lenses or glasses (or both) in a year or two!

Everyone that Ive worked with there is very good at what they do and very personable.The thing that is frustrating is everytime I attempt to order glasses, I always get put on the back burner while they answer phones and check in customers. I understand they are multitasking but that is rude.Also, I would like to know where my text was today to alert me to pick up my glasses that were being worked on? Why did I not receive a notice that they were ready? Now I have to take time off of work Monday to pick them up.Kay Van Ark

Since June 2020 I have been there 6 times. First eye exam and glasses ordered. Customer service is FCFS... That is a crock. Today I had to have lenses replaced as protective coat was blurring. I was first at door to be helped. Told to cone back hour. I rechecked in. After ten minutes a worker asked me my name again and said would find the glasses. Ten minutes later carried 3 trays out of lab. Called another person to wait on. Mind you I was first on list. she went to find my glasses and came back and called another. I waited another 15 and saw a new worker came in (everyone busy) so I went to her. Oh Im sorry. The customer service that asked my name handed my glasses to her. FCFS is not what they do. Its happened each time there. I wont go back. There are others in area and I will give my business to them. Being first in store was helpful either.

My wife has been going to Eyemart Express 2811 S. Oneida St. Ashwaubenon WI. (Green Bay) for quite a few years. Jan. 4, 2021 she had to replace the frames of her glasses that were purchased there. The hinge broke. When arriving at the business, she was told to go find the frame herself & put the existing lenses into the new frames herself. I guess the manager got involved and finally had the gal take care of the glasses & put the lenses into the new frames. Two weeks later the nose pad fell off, had to go back & they replaced it. NOW FOR THE KICKER! Feb. 4, 2021, one month later, she put her coat on with her new glasses on a holder around her neck. Short time later came inside, removed her coat. ONE LENS was gone in the glasses, no screw in the hinge. Searched, no luck. Went back down to show them and they could not do anything even though they put the lens in. They would not make another lens without a new exam. Would I go back, dont think so

Took a little bit to be seen but that’s to be expected during a pandemic. Staff and doctors were great! Very accommodating even with the fact that we had our 9 month old son with us! Procedure for sanitization and social distancing were perfect! Estimated an hour for 3 pairs of glasses to be ready, only took 23 minutes for all! Great prices as well! Will definitely continue to use this location for our vision needs.

I went in to get new frames yesterday for my regular glasses along with getting some new sunglasses. I don’t remember the names of the two men that helped me out but they both were AMAZING. Very kind men who new what they were talking about and made me feel welcomed!

Brianna is great worker that is prompt and quick, however they have 2 other workers that are slow and making mistakes signing people in. The sign-in process is dumb for people that have their glasses done already in the cabinet. The amount of time it takes to sign a person in they could of gotten their glasses picked up. I am here just to drop off a frame for lenses and Ive been here an hour now.

I have been waiting an hour so far just to get lenses replaced in frames I have. I was told that there was only one person in front of me. They let a woman in with no mask. There are only 2 people working.

Although it was busy, everyone was apologetic for the wait. The Optometrist was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The crew helping with the glasses were very kind and willing to help. Explained the difference in lenses very well. The glasses were done quicker than estimated. Although it was a wait, I’m okay with waiting when the staff is so kind.

I have been going to Eyemart for over 20 years. The experience has been wonderful over the years. The staff is welcoming and eager to answer your questions and assist you with your needs. Eyemart Express will continue to be my eye care provider!

Very professional. Felt very comfortable and love my glasses. I feel that these glasses have provided me with the best vision i have ever had. Everything is much clearer than in the past. Not sure I was getting an accurate prescription in the past after going to the same place for many years. I was apprehensive in going to Eyemart Express, not any longer.

My husband and I have been to the Ashwaubenon location two or three times now. We go there because we get a much bigger selection of glasses at a better price than we can get elsewhere. Because of that, I would continue to go to Eyemart express, but maybe to a different location. The last visit there was not a good one. The exams and picking out glasses went OK at first. The lady helping us process our orders took an extremely long time. We were patient, because she seem to be trying to get us the best deal. In the end, they were able to make three of our four pairs of glasses on the spot. I paid $10 extra to have the last pair shipped to me so I wouldn’t need to drive to pick them up since I am not close. We thought the amount was much larger than we normally pay for our glasses there. When I get home I examined the receipts, and noticed that all together we had paid an extra hundred dollars for warrantees on lenses. We had been told about the warranty in the end as we paid, but never asked if we wanted it. It’s possibly well worth it if you need it, but you should definitely have the choice. That night, I got a call that they accidentally voided my payment and I would need to call with my credit card again. I did so, and told them that I wanted all of the warrantees off the payment this time. She seemed polite on the phone, but did not offer any sort of apology. More than two weeks later, I got a text that my glasses were ready to pick up. Slightly annoyed because they were supposed to be sent to me, I called to verify that they would be indeed sending them. And they told me yes that they were going to be sending them. When they arrived, the package was sturdy and unharmed. But the nose piece of my glasses was bent way out of place. This wasn’t from a slight bump. It took some muscle to push it back in place. This kind of damage would have shown on the box. Clearly, someone had done this on purpose before the glasses ever made it into the box. So I’m going to guess that someone at that location was unhappy with us. But the feeling is mutual. Aside from all of these things, no matter how you feel about masks, we were there visiting before the state mask mandate. They chose to enforce masks anyway. Which in general, I am fine with. However when I pulled it down to take a picture of myself with glasses to send to someone, I got reprimanded. After driving an hour to get there, I was not allowed to use the restroom there because it was closed to the public. She actually stressed to us how important it is to them to get a 5 star review and if it was anything less than 5, we should call them to fix the situation. Well, I did. But I didn’t get an apology. Ok, fine. Until my glasses arrived damaged.

Very clean, fast, done same day, had both glasses done the same time for pick up, very professional during pandemic times, and Sarah saivong was a big help on getting all my things ready.

Great service. My two pair of progressive transition glasses were ready in 45 minutes. Just enough time to stroll thru one of the stores around the corner. I used to have a very hard time finding frames because I am allergic to metal so need plastic frames. They make sure you get the best deal for your money and they even make sure you’re happy with your purchase after the purchase has been made. We were out of town on a vacation when I developed eye issues which prevented me from wearing my contacts. Im basically blind without them. Lynette, the associate who helped us, was professional and efficient. In about 42 minutes I had a brand new pair of bi-focal glasses for less than $100. A very possitive experience all around!

The entire staff was very friendly. Even though it was busy the wait wasnt long and when I met with someone it was quick. I was able to get a discount because of a teacher promotion. Didnt have my teacher ID but they allowed me to prove it using the staff directory for my school on the internet. They didnt have to do this for me but they did and it saved me from having to drive all the way back home. Found a pair of glasses easily because they have a huge selection and price range. My glasses were done in under two hours. They took the time to make sure they fit well. I love my glasses. Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this location.

During a snowstorm we had an appointment for two of our children and another child’s glasses to pick up. I called to see if they were open as we live about 40 minutes away. They said that they were staying open for now and would wait for us to come in. We went for our appointment and only a couple other customers came. Went in on a Friday evening during rush hour and didnt have high hopes of getting fast customer service, much less walking away with my glasses same day! Was seen promptly despite the line of customers, was helped & treated exceptionally and BOTH pair of my glasses were ready in about an hour!! I’ve never had glasses before and I walked in feeling overwhelmed at all the options, she had me sit down and ran around grabbing glasses and we tried them all on and she told me which ones she thought looked good and which didn’t fit my face right! Considering I arrived 30 minutes before they closed, it was a pleasant experience. Staff were polite and helpful. There wasnt much dialog between me and the staff, it was a relaxed atmosphere and not pushy to make a sale at all. I felt very comfortable with their suggestions of several styles of frames, even though I did pay $30 more than my $100 budget. No coupons were discussed.

Very helpful staff. Had my glasses done before I ever completed my errands.

We went to the Oneida Street Eyemart in Green Bay. We went at 10am on a Thursday to avoid peak times. We had our eye exams on Dr Elm’s side and walked over to the Eyemart side and were never greeted. We chose frames and were still not greeted. We stood by the front desk and still were not greeted. Other people sat or stood also with no acknowledgement whatsoever. One tech went in back and came out 10 minutes later chewing food as we all stood waiting. We finally left and went to America’s Best and had amazing customer service.
