They do great work. They have done work on my vehicle and recommended other work. But with my traveling for work its hard to get it back in cause I never know when or how long I will be home. Great friendly helpful staff and knowledgeable.

Absolutely the best place to go if you need something done on your vehicle! Got stranded from the UP and needed a new rim and definitely went up and beyond to find another one.

Just another shady mechanic shop who takes advantage of vulnerable women. The one day my wife brings her car into the Pilgrim Way location, all she wanted was two new tires mounted and rotated. Later they say she needs a wheel alignment. Thats great that they went above and beyond but the problem is that this would be wheel alignment number 3 in the last year. Now we only owned this car for about a year. Its funny when my wife brings in her car by herself for service, there always seems to be someone who offer unnecessary service with additional charges. And shes one of those who works from home and maybe puts in 20 miles a week. And Green Bays roads arent equivalent to the grand canyon. Stop preying on women who arent mechanics.

Im leaving this review for a reason. Traveling in our van we developed a situation where the tie rods loosened up on a gravel road leaving a campground.We have unlimited alignment with Firestone so I looked for the nearest facility. Both it and another Tire Plus could not help me right away. I knew the service would just be tow and go.Called the folks at this Tire Plus and they said Bring it in. Two top notch mechanics saw the problem, talked to me (I had to tighten the sleeves just to make it drivable.) Total in and out 30 minutes!I realize there are scheduling problems everywhere but when traveling we cant sit around for hours or Come back tomorrow.Id give this shop 10 stars if I could!

Do not go here. They are are dishonest. I had a alignment scheduled they had me wait 30 minutes then told me I had to reschedule because the car ahead of me they lost the keys they did this because they did not want honor the 1 year warranty on alignment. The manager Matt very rude. Do not go here I will be telling all my friends and relatives to stay away from here. Why would I reply to your email I clearly stated my issues. The employees Matt should not be employed he is unprofessional rude and a real jerk. The service manager was good... but tech working on my car pencil whipped my car with blanket maintenance without checking to see if it was done... needs air filters... (k&n)... (cabin air filter less than 6 months old)... needs a coolant flush... when was flushed a year ago no longer had blue coolant but yellow universal...was a cup of coolant low tried to sell flush... and tried to tell me car was in bad shape... just had the time chain done a year ago 10k miles. Not impressed guys...

Got me in on short notice for an oil change. Was able to get a air filter they didnt have really quick. Great job!

NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN THE PARKING LOTMy girlfriend took her car here last month and after paying $1800 to fix mechanical issues had her rear bumper smashed in while the car was at the Tires Plus shops parking lot. Lot was unplowed and covered in snow and ice at the time. Called to see if they caught the accident on camera and was told they did not have security cameras for their parking lot.Dont bring your car here unless you want to take this same risk!

I went there, and they were able to provide me with winter tires the very same day, and were polite, and courteous, and appreciate their service

Nik was so very helpful. We got tires and work done in two vehicles and thought we heard a strange sound coming from one after the new tires were out on. They did a good job of checking it out to see what it was. Nik will take very good care of you!

I initially went here to get 2 new tiresuntil someone pointed it out i was unaware that they had put 2 different sizes on the front.the area mgr was nice enough where you knew he followed the company line.after taking my car back in to have term correct their mistake i noticed my car pulling to the right when i called to report this and come back in to correct this new issue i was told i have to wait for another day.i wont be back#epic fail

Took a good 5 minutes for them to even start addressing the 5-6 people in line and when asking about an oil change the technician said he did not feel comfortable with do a conventional oil change (which I got for years with absolutely no problem) when he told me it would be like $70 for full synthetic and like $60 for half thats with no tire rotation or inspection. And instead of saying bye or have a nice day he said I guess were done talking. That to me is extremely unacceptable I would recommend going anywhere else where you will get better service, prices and cursory than this place

The staff was extremely helpful with my car. I had a flat tire because my rim was bent, they bent my rim back so I could get it fully fixed in my hometown, the next day my tire started leaking again. I asked them if they could just teach me how to pump my tire and they ended up giving me a refund for their services since the fix didn’t work for as long as they thought. I did not ask for it nor did i ever imagine getting something like that, I am so grateful for them and will be coming back with all my car needs! They explained things to me and answered all my questions (and I had many)!

Was very unhappy with the service. Had an appointment at 3 for a set of 4 tires. It was 5:30 before it was done. Vehicle did not get into bay until at least 4.

I printed off 3 tire options that I was thinking about for new tires on my car. The store sales person assisted me in understanding the differences between the tires, so I could make an informed decision on which tires I wanted to outfit my car in. Excellent service. The technician who worked on my car also came out and talked to me briefly when he was done checking my car over.

The only reason this is getting 4 stars and not 1 is because of Tyler. I understand things happen it’s a busy season. I ended up waiting 3 hours after it was suppose to be done but the way he handled it is why I would recommend this place. Service is usually really good but the customer service is amazing.

I visited Tires Plus due to my tire light unexpectedly coming on. It was the day before I was driving my car to Arizona for a move. I was very stressed out as I had an appointment that day I could not miss. Ahmen was extremely helpful in getting my tires inspected quickly and even offered to let me use his car to go to my appointment. He was so kind and I am grateful for his help!

Smooth process took about two hours. Set appointment for 3pm they got me in right away, was ready to go by 5pm. Price was good and fair in my opinion.

Great place for an oil change and check up. I have not gotten any other work here. Full trip is usually about $40-45, and very very thorough for that price. The employees have been super helpful for scheduling and figuring out what I need, even I it means Im paying less. Very chill area for while you wait.

I went to Tires Plus after I received a flat tire. I called at about 6pm knowing they were closing in 1 hour and by the time I would get there, it’d be about 45 minutes until they closed. I asked if there was any possible way I could bring my vehicle in and have the tire replaced. They said it wouldn’t be an issue and to come right over. The service I got was absolutely outstanding! I misplaced his business card but I believe his name was Amyan (sorry for the misspelling). He was so nice & informative. His customer service was top notch and I cannot thank him enough.

Had an appointment for 5:30 they told me be 30 minutes up to an hour tops. I didnt walk out till 2 hours later. They also did not disclose certain fees associated with the services. I did call them out on this upon paying my bill and demanded that they remove the fees that they did not disclose. The manager did remove the fees but did not apologize for the poor service and argued that he did indeed disclose said services. Poor experience overall

We set up an appointment for an oil change for 12 noon. 45 minutes later our car wasn’t even brought in yet. Then we’re told it would be another half an hour. What’s the point of setting up an appointment if you aren’t serviced for that time?!? We will not be back. 😡

We are from out of state and had a low tire on our rental van. We pulled in and asked if we could air up our tire. The attendant was extremely helpful! She aired up the tire and checked the air pressure in all the other tires. She charged us nothing and would not even accept a tip. Came in for a tire rotation (just switching my summer tire/wheels out for winter tire/wheels). Took almost 2 hours for them to tell me they couldnt get the winter tire/wheels on because of swollen lug nuts so i had them put the original tires/wheels back on and went to another shop which got the job done. Whatever, didnt really care but then found out whoever put the tires back on failed to tighten the front passenger lug bolts (legit held on by the weight of the car really) - luckily i did not drive far nor on the highway. Oh and they also stripped the lug bolts pretty bad.

Hubby took my highlander in for 2 new tires. Rotated back tires to front, Idk why. Seems new tires on front wheel drive makes more sense. They absolutely do not inspect nor check mount and balancing of any of the tires. Or they would have CAUGHT the alleged nail that somehow ended up in my tire during the 6 blocks home with it. The same tire that they just rotated to front, that they charged me to inspect and mount and balance. I cant prove it, but the whole thing seems very unlikely. I will never go here again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car here for a minor repair because it was close to where I work. They did the work I asked but I thought the price was a little high. They recommended additional work that I wasnt ready for at that time, so I declined. When I came to pick up my car, they had a 7 page list of repairs they felt were needed, totaling more than 7 grand - far more than what my car is even worth. Many of the repair quotes were significantly over inflated. For example, they recommended new brakes, but they were also quoting new brake drums, lines, and other parts. When I took my car to a trusted mechanic for the repair, all I needed was new brake pads. I dont even know why a shop would say a car in working condition should be repaired over 100% of its total value. Other shops are smart enough to look at a car and make common sense recommendations.If all you need are tires, this place may be fine, but I do not like mechanic shops that lie to customers, so I will never return to this establishment for any work in the future.

Worst, the worst thing I ever did is let them work on my breaks!

I called in a panic, noticing a flat right when leaving for a trip. Zack was friendly and helpful (as were the other staff), and was able to get me in right away. They quickly diagnosed the leaky valve stem, replaced it, and we were back on the road. Only cost me $17.00 too!Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks guys!

I took my car to tires plus at 930 am for an oil change and to fix a flat tire, when I was there I also set up an appointment for 130 for my other vehicle to be serviced. They said that wouldn’t be a problem the first car would be done and they can work on the other vehicle. They made a comment that it would be done by 4 because they double booked. I showed up at 130 and they didn’t start on the 1st vehicle. I had to cancel service on the other vehicle. I went back at 6 and it still hadn’t been worked on, finally at 7 pm my car was done. The people they double booked at 4pm had their vehicles done. They had my car from 930 am to 7 pm when it was suppose to be done by 130 had to cancel service on my other vehicle and they couldn’t even call to let me know that they were running behind. I will never go back to this store. The rating is no stars but I had to select one.

Decent prices. Open when other tire stores werent. Staff were really nice and helpful. Got a good deal for an online coupon without even asking. Also got a free lunch because of customer appreciation.

Been to the East Side location and will never return. Scheduled appointment and my car sat there for over an hour before the finally pulled it in to repair.West Side location is as always courteous, attentive and in tune with the value of my time. I bring all 3 of my cars here and wouldnt go anywhere else.Thank You!

Was never giving the alignment I paid for and then treated like an inconvenience for wanting it done. Awe full customer service and it seems like they are always trying to cut corners. They hassled me for their credit card to even though I said no over four times. Very unimpressed!!

I made an appointment online for 4 new tires. I showed up for my appointment and they installed 4 tires. I looked at tires before I paid and found they had put on different tires than I ordered online. I ordered load range E and these tires weren’t E. They talked it over and decided to upgrade me to a more expensive Load Range E tire and they charged me the price I was quoted online for the cheaper tires. This is what Excellent Customer Service means. It is my first time using Tires Plus and they have given me the best reason to return with my other vehicles.Thank you very much for considering my time valuable and not making me come back for the other tires when they were eventually shipped in.

Went in the end of August for new tires and came back to my tires covered in foam. I looked and they were trying to hide the damage they did to my wheels. All four of my 19 wheels had damage on them. I was also sold summer tires which I was never informed of. No wonder I am having issues two months later in this WINTER weather. Manager and Store Owner have been lying and ignoring the issue. Dealing with Corporate now.

Every time I go here, Im surprised by how reasonable the service pricing is. Many chain repair shops have a bad reputation, but Tires Plus is set to destroy that assumption. The manager, Dean, is always extremely when I talk with him, and almost every technician Ive spoken with was very direct and knowledgeable. Overall, Ive had a great experience every time Ive ever come to the GB Tires Plus. Ive been a client of theirs for a couple years, and Ill continue to be for years to come.

Avoid this place like the plague!!!! I only went because I am from out of town and was in a dire predicament.I went there to get a tire repaired, which had a piece of metal in it. Andrew, the mechanic, told me the tire had been patched, so he couldnt fix it. (The tire had less than 2k miles on it and had never been repaired.) What Andrew was seeing was the piece of metal which was what had caused the flat in the first place. How on earth can you NOT tell the difference between a piece of metal and a tire plug????When I pointed that out, he said the hole was too big to be patched. I asked him how he knew seeing as though the metal was still in the tire. He then pulled it out and stated the same thing- that it couldnt be repaired... but then added without a plug and a patch. I asked him why he WOULDNT use a plug and a patch to fix it? He just looked at me, walked away and got the plug and patch.When they gave me my keys, I looked in the back of my van and the spare tire was in the back. I asked them why they didnt put it back and Andrew said he didnt know where it went. When I told him it goes under the front of the car he said, Wow. I didnt know that - and I used to work at Dodge. How long have they been doing that? (The van is a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country - its been around longer than he has been a mechanic.)He then helped mr put it back where it was supposed to go.I FIRMLY believe they were simply trying to sell me a tire or multiple tires.If this doesnt convince you to stay away from this place, NOTHING will.

If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would. Weeks ago my boyfriend brought his old car in for a simple oil change (he had an appointment) and were told it may be at least an hour. We said that was fine and would be back to pick it up when it was ready. Hours begin to pass when my boyfriend decides to call and check on what the issue is, he’s informed that there is “too much rust on his vehicle to be lifted and that the oil change can not be completed”. We were never given an explanation or an apology as to why we weren’t made aware of the issues sooner/not contacted at all. Skip ahead to today and my boyfriend now has a newer vehicle that is needing new breaks. We drop the vehicle off before our scheduled appointment and once again are kept waiting for close to 8 hours with not a single phone call from them. My boyfriend and I dropped his vehicle off at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment and were informed at 4:30 (after he called them) that the car was never even worked on. To say this place has some of the most piss poor organization and customer service skills only scratches the surface.

Came in for a tire inspection at 10am. Said they would get it in at 11am. Its now 3:30pm. They never called to tell us they needed to change a sensor, we called them to find out what was going on. The car is still on the lift. 4 and a half hours for a sensor swap. Never again! Now they say it will be another 45 minutes before done...

They did not do the things they were asked to check before doing work on vehicle. The mechanic who worked on the vehicle plugged the Ac drain line with a sharpie marker which was not removed, causing .the water to back up and fill the interior passenger side with water. Not happy at all.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Took them 5 minutes just to acknowledge me and then check me in. Waited another 20 minutes and my car was still not taken back to get started. Had to leave because I would not have had enough time to get my oil changed and make it to work on time. Very disappointed.

Had a good customer of ours break down in Green Bay on new years eve day. He limped the vehicle to the closest repair shop, which happened to be Tires Plus. These guys went out of their way, for a customer that was not even theirs! Travis even personally gave our customer a ride to the airport to get a rental vehicle. Needless to say, we graciously let them quote and ultimately do the repair work. The work was done to perfection, in the quoted price and on time. I wish there were more repair facilities that operate like this. Travis is an absolute asset to the company and we want to make sure that they are aware of that. Dont go there ! I brought a vehicle there for tires. They gave me a print out showing 8 things that needed fixing. I brought it to my mechanic who told me that only 2 things needed attention

Had a flat tire today and went to Tires Plus on Pilgrim Way to get it fixed. They told me they couldnt fix it and quoted me over $1200 for 4 new tires. I went to a different autobody shop and my tire was patched up in 10 mintues and only cost $26.99. If you have $1200 to spare try your chances at Tires Plus. If you want reasonable and honest service go elsewhere.

DO NOT let these guys tell you what is wrong with your vehicle, and if you do get a second opinion before paying for anything. These guys are scum that pray on people who arent very knowledgeable about vehicles and will charge you for work that does not need to be done.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I was an automotive technician for 4 years. I just moved to Green Bay and needed new tires put on. Since I have a different job now I had no access to a tire mourning machine and a balancer. I brought my tires here and had them mounted and balanced. This was the first time Ive had someone else work on my vehicle. When they were putting them on they messed up threads on the studs. I drove it for less than a week and noticed the tires seemed unbalanced. I took them back and they told me that they were balanced but the rim was bent. The rim was not bent before I had tires put on and they were perfectly balanced before.

Very busy in the morning before 9am however only 1 person to answer the phone. Knowledgeable staff. Checkout is a breeze.

Went in for a flat repair, which was fixed, but they scratched my chrome rim in the process. I of course have to dock them for that, but I was impressed in how they owned up to it. They immediately let me know what happened and were willing to do what it takes to fix the issue, including replacing the rim if I wanted. I can respect a business like that. This was my first and only visit to this location so far, but I used to work in a similar business. I understand mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about them. Im willing to try their services again.

They are good for tires but they need to better there employees some are rude and othe others are good you have that in every company though.

Had gotten tires here previously. The first issue that I ran into was that the tire sizes were not correct, they had ordered a size too small, it was noticeably smaller than what was supposed to be on the vehicle, they corrected the issue after they got the correct tires in stock. The second issue I ran into was when I got an alignment. The vehicle still pulled afterwards. The service tech said that the tire must have been worn, there was 26 miles on the tire because I drove it back from Appleton dealership and went straight to Tires plus for alignment after the tires were installed. They corrected this problem and gave me a refund. I went elsewhere for an alignment. I gave the 3 star because even though I did run into issues, they resolved the issues sooner or later.

Waited almost 3 hours for a oil/filter change. Couple days pass car starts leaking coolant/windshield fluid not to mention it was smoking. Shouldnt be related but everything was fine with the car before the check up. All it needed was the oil/filter change. Also they had said that they checked over the car and the only think they mentioned was something about the tires so they could make another sale.

Honest place. Friendly staff. They fixed my flat tire for free because I bought my tires from them and I had a warranty. They could have easily charged me because I didnt know I had warranty but the lady was open about it. Later my TPMS sensor broke. They tried 3-4 different types of sensors. None worked but they did not charge me anything for their time. I went to the dealer to buy the sensor but the dealer wanted $80 to install the thing which was crazy. Brought it back to Tires Plus and even though it was technically against their policy to install parts bought outside, they installed it for me for $10 because they attempted to fix the problem before. Thats taking care of the customer!

Apparently the 59 min guarantee for tire installation is a HUGE sham. Because they do free alignment check they said the gets them out of the guarantee. Then want to charge me 179.00 for an alignment. 90 minutes for four tires. Will NEVER come here again!

I had a significant air leak in my tire after running over a nail, brought it in for a patch. They indicated that it was damaged in a spot that they could not patch. I was told that my only option was to purchase four new tires, as my vehicle is AWD and it is against their policy to replace just one, though my tires were less than six months old.When I asked to simply have the defective tire replaced to so I could take it elsewhere, I was told that it was illegal for them to do so. In essence, I was not going to be able to drive away until I had purchased four new tires.While I was having nearly a thousand dollars worth of tires needlessly installed, I was approached and told that I needed new brakes and rotors because I was down to 1-2 mm of pad - which they were willing to do for the low price of an additional $900+.I had my pads replaced less than three months ago - there is no way that they were down to 1-2 mm.I will not be returning.

I typically bring my vehicle here for oil changes, tire rotations (bought my Tires from Tires Plus!), fluid changes and any other stuff that comes up. I typically call ahead and plan on weekdays and drop it off, they provide helpful updates along the way with cost of various repairs needed. When they call, they provide feedback on which repairs are a necessity and which Id be able to pass or perhaps carry out myself. My most recent visit, I had called on a Friday to schedule an appointment and asked for a quote on the work I expected to need, they fulfilled the work the following week. To ensure they solved the problem, the mechanic sat alongside while using my car so I could point out the problem. They fixed the issue, and the car is running super smooth and quiet again thanks to the front strut assemblies they identified as the problem! And the service rep honored the quote that they had given the previous week, even though it came out higher when he rang it up. I had one item that needed attention following that visit and they cleared that up free of charge as well. Happy with the service I get, and will continue going here.
