Employees were helpful, the check out lines were long and slow check out Employees cater to customers incomplete shopping needs, slow ability to decide how they are going to pay, on going conversations with long lines, I realize this is mostly customer created the Employees do enable this, might there be a polite way of handling inconsiderate customers who seem to think the store is intended for them alone?
I dont agree with cancel culture. Amanda Ensing is a great role model for young girls! Its unfortunate Sephora choose to go down this path. You lost my support!
Ive gone here a couple times now looking for gluten free makeup. If Im looking for something specific they dont have it - but they say that Appleton does. The makeup they did end up selling me as gluten free was not in fact gluten free (good thing I figured that out before I used it). Apparently instead of actually knowing their products they just look up a gluten free makeup list on the internet. Funny thing is, those same lists say they get their info from Sephora. Explains why those lists are so inaccurate and why I wont be bothering to drive to their Appleton location.
The woman I got help from was named Kailyn. She was very knowledgeable and curtious. I wish more stores had employees like her. I was easily able to find what I was looking for.

Initially I received poor service, however, before I left I talked to Manon and she was the most delightful, amazing, and knowledgeable representative. She hooked me up with samples, the point system, and made me up really glam. The whole experience with her was amazing. I will go back to see her for any cosmetic needs.

Spoke with an Amber today on the phone who was extremely personable and helpful. Also quick in finding out what I needed and getting me the answer. Was pleased.
I was scheduled a 45 minute makeover to have professional pictures taken and Was running late due to family emergency. The associate, I think her name was Adriana was kind enough to fit me in, after listening to my current frustrations both makeup and day, she asked questions to see what my current skin and color pallet, made me look beautiful, and professional. I received many compliments on my makeup and I am so pleased with this experience.
I went there for the first time about two weeks ago and I thought the staff was terrible. They definitely need to hire people that know what they are doing. I was so upset with my experience that I ended up leaving and spending my money elsewhere
I went to this Sephora April 22nd and I am absolutely appalled.1. I was charged 44$ for a foundation that was only 36$ (I later discovered this when I went to return said foundation.)2. The foundation I was given had CLEARLY been used (I assume as a tester) and WORSE than that even, it was OBVIOUSLY half filled using a different foundation. These practices are unsanitary, unacceptable and mostly just dangerous. I have an autoimmune disorder, meaning using a foundation that has come in contact with outside germs could leave me with at least a skin infection and at worse in the hospital with a flare.I’m absolutely disgusted by this stores practices.

Wow. stunned with the low level of product knowledge by 2 reps...one asked me to see a picture on my phone of a product I was looking for....the other told me loose powders were hard to put in a sample jar and didnt know if she could do it....I practically had to grab someone to assist me...Ill stick to on line
The girl that was working kourtney was very rude. I was the only one there and she ignored me the entire time. I very politely asked her about another girl that works there and she was very rude saying that she no longer works there. i was very upset with the service to the point that I just left. I had a $200 gift card from my parents from Sephora inside Jcpenney and i will not use it at this store.
I personally thing the service is pretty good, all the technicians were amazing, super nice. The price is a little high, but I think its worth it.
