I had to rent a U-Haul in a hurry unfortunately for me I did not read the other reviews first. I would have rented elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could. This guy is an absolute crook do not rent a U-haul from Nabali Auto Sales. Rents you dirty, poor maintained equipment and then charges you extra at the end of the rental if you dont clean up someone elses mess. Steering column was covered with cigarette ashes, I dont even smoke. Adding extra charges and padding the bill seems to be a regular occurrence here, a true thief. Read the other U-Haul reviews from here. If U-Haul was smart they would pull their equipment from this location. An absolute black eye on the face of representing U-Haul. BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!!!! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Great customer service and great cars for the price

My experience was the most terrible one Ive ever had dealing with U-Haul from start to finish the owner was very arrogant and acted as if he lacked understanding of English. But when it came time for money can you how much that he was supposed to get Plus adding on extra charges for everything on the bill at first only when I questioned him about it did he change the amounts in all of a sudden knew how much it was supposed to be. There was dust on the floor from my feet on the floor where we drove the truck he said nothing about it however it was going to charge me 25 extra dollars because we need to clean up fortunately I had a bottle of Armor All in my truck with me so I come to wipe the floors down picking up nothing but dust on my rag. When he saw that I was talking to U-Haul on the phone because I had previously talked to them and got different quotes for the price I was going to have to pay he then became very irritated and short with me. I would not have had you call U-Haul traffic if you would have just been a little more straight up and honest about things he kept saying he didnt know how much each thing cost but he knew how much the total bill was. I had someone with me to witness it due to his actions upon our first encounter and sure enough he didnt let me down I will never as I said again ever rent from that place Uhaul should take their trucks out of there and never put them back he said hes still supposed to be open until 10 p.m. last night and he was close by 6 and wouldnt answer the phone. I was trying to reach him for an extended rental and he told me I couldnt extend the rental for another day unless I brought him another $100 and didnt want to give me a receipt until I insisted and then he wrote it down on a little piece of paper that I gave him $50 whats a riddle should have been according to U-Haul traffic the only thing I can say was the truck was clean somewhat when I picked it up however he didnt walk around look for damages or anything like that prior to me leaving yeah he complained about dust on the floor from our feet. Bad face bad business wont be getting my business anymore or ever again and Ill be sure to tell friends not to go there either
