Bought a hummer 2 years ago had nothing but issues with it. Not even a year into it and the Frame has big holes. Don’t you think they would have inspected it? They could t have it didn’t get that bad in a year. Water poured into front floor. Told me it was because sunroom wasn’t closed?? No it wasn’t I figured it out myself and I fixed it myself. Battery always going dead after one day brand new battery same thing issues issues issues. They need to inspect their vehicles better

Purchased a truck I found online. The process was easy and they picked me up from the airport. Everything about their service facilitating the sale was great. I would give this aspect of the experience 5 stars.However, I would advise anyone looking online to demand photos, ask specific questions, and get any statements in writing. The vehicle I was interested in was low mileage but it was 8 years old and I expected a few blemishes. I requested my salesman, Randy Mimms, to do a walk around and disclose any damage that was on the vehicle. I was told theres really no issues, its in great shape, you wont be disappointed. When I got to the dealership (5.5 hours away) there was a significant scrape and dent on the rear corner under the rear tail light and the response was oh, I never saw it. I had also specifically asked whether the wheels were chrome rims or wheel covers, I was told they were rims. On a follow up call, I again said just to be clear, the wheels are chrome rims and not steel rims with wheel covers or hub caps, Randy said he had tapped on them and they were metal. Guess what? Plastic wheel covers. The dealership was unwilling to do anything to correct these issues. I blame myself for believing a used car salesman and I am actually happy with the vehicle on the whole, but the misrepresentation does bother me. I dont know if it was intentional or ineptitude, but this aspect of the Great Lakes buying experience was very disappointing and I would give it 2 stars at best.

Purchased a 2012 vehicle payed OVER book value and the last time a purchased a vehicle was 1994 . Recently divorced autistic son paying a mortgage tried to get a deal with 1,000 off the 13,000 price and as hard as Dustin tried the owner would not budge unless he took away the AWESOME 30 DAY warranty and 1,000 miles . So I just got my bank loan and car and left . Dustin is a really cool guy . No deal no budging for single mother . I love the car. Took all the stickers off it . Would recommend only cause theyre the only dealer and I had No money down .

I just bought a 2017 Nissan Armada for my mom today and Dean made the process so incredibly easy for me! He sent me the credit application via email and after emailing it back to him, I was immediately approved within minutes! The day before I took my truck in I had cleaned my windows and washed my truck. When I picked it up there were water spots all over windows and truck. I had to “completely” re-wash the entire vehicle. When I dr op ped it off u asked for an oil change and “show room clean” to Collin, at the desk. He said “ok” as he has said in the past. Every and I mean every time I have had service done the wash job is despicable. I ask every time for a show room wash. Every time they say ok . If you check your records, we purchased brand new trucks in 2015, 2017 and now 2020. We have made the decision to service our truck elsewhere. I will not have to clean my truck after service.Thankyou
