You can find good deals here sometimes sometimes you cant.

When I went in to order my wedding ring. The sales woman name Shelia was extremely rude when I told her I didnt want the lifetime protection policy that cost more than the ring. I told her that I am going to take it to get sized at the place I always get my rings sized. She replied, why would you do that very rudely. (Way cheaper) Must get commission for selling those plans or something. Extremely unprofessional and made me and my finace very uncomfortable. My fiance was going to buy his ring there today but decided to go somewhere else after the rude behavior of the sales associate.

Great experience, very nice lady in the mens department had me try on about ten shirts until she found me the perfect fit . She opened and unbuttoned all shirts and repacked them all and she was running and finding all the shirts. Excellent worker very friendly and knows her job.

Enjoyed shopping and visiting the JCPenney Hair Salon. JC Penney was clean and well stocked. I found several great items at great prices. Glad to be fully vaccinated and able to shop and have my hair done again. Missi Friend is a talented and friendly Master Stylist and did a wonderful job with my hair after 18 months without a cut. Thank you very much for the excellent service!!

Great clearance picks. Seemed to have enough employees on the floor to answer our questions. Not many people but suggest checking out on the mall entrance instead of main entrance from parking lot. Much smaller lines at check out. The young women helping at that check out was super. She even helped me find my husband. I swear its like trying to find Waldo. Lol

I was shopping for a suit for my husband. They had a good selection of merchandise and the area was clean and orderly. I was able to find everything I needed.

Great clearance sales. Just wish the clearance prices had the actual clearance prices but always feels good checking out and your items being cheaper than expected.

Its too confusing, very easy to get lost and when I needed help there was no one around. One star because the cashier was very nice and friendly.

Even tho crowded, there were cash registers open to check out at various places. Staff friendly. Displays looked good, too so u could find what u wanted.

Customer service desk was exceptionally rude. An inexperienced young man who couldnt answer my questions talked to me like I was dirt under his feet. I will not be returning.

JCPennys is almost always a great place to shop and usually cheaper than most discount stores

My friends and I were just walking around the store when a worker with short blonde hair started following us around and was saying something on her “ handheld transceiver”, she would not leave us alone and followed us out of the store. We haven’t seen her recently so we hope she has been fired. Not to mention all we were doing was walking around conversing.

Felt safe to get out and shop. JCP staff wore masks. Store was clean. Sanitizer and spare masks at front of store.

I searched the area for a heated blanket. My wife is Ill, and her bones ache. Everyone else told me to buy it from their online store, but JCPenney came through with a king size and it was 70% off. It made my wife so happy at a time when thats in short supply around my house

Great clothes at great sale prices! Customer service could have been better. Associate did ask if I found everything I needed but Cashier wasnt the least bit friendly and was not motivated to move quickly.

I love Sephora’s Makeup. The store opens up at noon now due to COVID I’m not sure why that is but that is kinda a inconvenience for people who take lunch at 11 to go shopping

Their hair salon is awesome . They do tape in hair extensions and priced affordable . They look great too. A great hair salon for the whole family.

I love this store...clean, organized and have always gotten very friendly help when I needed it. Also, just heard from one of the employees this evening that our store in Ashland will not be one of the stores closing...so glad to her that because Ive been shopping J.C P. for over 40 yrs.. I went into the store looking for a few items. There was about three or four employees walking around not offering to ask can I help you find anything. I walked out empty handed, and probably wont go back to that location.

I went here to buy clothes for a wedding. Im a carhart and wrangler guy so I didnt expect it to be as easy as it was. The staff quickly directed me to a brand that would fit my build and helped me match colors and styles so I looked presentable. Thanks fellas you made it an easy proccess for me.

No customer service and the cashier was very unwelcoming June 11 2019 at about 130 the only help I got was an older woman who was helpful but did not come to assist me until after I sent a family member to get her. Clothing for mens big and tall was tucked away from the regular mens clothes which did not help the situation at all.

Rip you off on some of their sales. Example; around Christmas time last year. Dishes for my wife regular $149.99 on sale for $99.99. This year springtime the same set of dishes regular price $49.99.
