Wonderful wonderful wonderful establishment. Just the best place ever. Had everything I needed and provided recommendations for everything I asked for. The staff was courteous and kind. The prices were reasonable And the selection was expansive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for outdoor gear or if you’re a Pacific Crest Trail Hiker in need of some fresh gear. I picked up a pair of Altra Lone Peaks, some inexpensive sunglasses, among other hiking essentials.

Some of the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve met at an outfitters. Besides stocking gear, they even helped me navigate a osprey bag replacement (through osprey’s lifetime guarantee program)

Called before coming to ask if they could do a quick hot wax on my snowboard. They said usually a 2 day turn around but I needed it that day and they obliged with a smile and got it done well before end of day! Super grateful thank you!

The store was cute and had lots of great options for outdoor wear. My only complaint was the service. One young lady working and a couple young men that were more important to tend to/get a date from while we were waiting. We just left, but I really wanted to buy! I would give it a second chance. I know the pains of having young and carefree employees :)

The name “mountain provisions” is a bit misleading it is more of a store for hikers and people that like to wear outdoor style clothing. They literally had no climbing gear other than a very limited amount of carabiners and 1 type of belay device. No rope or anything like that.

Our family, visiting from out of state, rented snowshoes/boots/poles from the store this week and had an amazing experience trekking around Crater Lake. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient, helping us plan a wonderful trip. V much enjoyed browsing their great selection of gear and outdoor apparel as well.
