Great Spot for all your outdoor sportsman gear.

Best discount outdoor store on the west coast. If you have some time to dig thru the stuff you can find lots of treasure. Bikes, snowboarding gear and boards, skis, backpacking supplies, jackets, rain gear, roller blades they have all kinds of things and you will pay about 1/4th the price of a regular sporting goods store. Cool place and always have a good conversation with the owner/employees. If youre prepared to dig a bit you will save a nice chunk of change.

The only problem I have is if the store isnt closing for 25 minutes Zoe should still buy things until the store is closed or not turn you away if theres a decent amount of people in the store. All customers should matter and she should not pick and chose when or who she wants to help . customer service is # 1 priority and should be for all customers!!! Other than that yall are great

The shop is quite cluttered and the staff wasnt very friendly. They have a descent variety of sporting equipment at a wide range of prices. It basically felt like a thrift shop with slightly more athletic gear than normal. It might save you in a crunch if you needed some inexpensive gear last minute but it wouldnt be my first choice.

This place is so cool! The service is amazing and the items there for purchase are so cool. Tons of vintage items and its super affordable. The workers here were really helpful and enthusiastic.

I bought my bike here and had a great experience. The staff were super helpful in telling me about the different models; even though the merchandise here is used the quality is very high.

This is a very fun store. Its a polyglot of things to find. Its different day to day with many new things each day. Find cycling, climbing, camping and just about every other sport items. Much stuff packed into a store. I really enjoyed going through many things and finding treasures. Gear N Gear has really nice staff as well!

I got two of my bikes here, one a nice used TREK road bike for a great deal and the other a nice bike for my son, they resell nicely worn good quality bikes and gear!!

Staff are eager to help with anything you need. If you have a question about something they have just ask. More than likely they will know where your item is. The place is a bit of a mess, but a glorious mess none the less. Lots of great used and new stuff here at good prices.

Awesome if you are lucky!!! I always swing by every couple of weeks and do a quick sweep. It is not all 💯 but you can find some great stuff for even better prices.

Get n gear is a cool little second hand shop that has clothes and things like any other but also a unique and ever-changing selection of camping and other outdoors type of gear, most notably packs. They take trades occasionally which is slick if youre aiming to swap gear. Great place for PCT kids to grab stuff for the trail. Hit up the upstairs spot in the back too, everything is 50% off.

Love this place for selling or acquiring new and used gear. Very friendly staff and quite the eclectic assortment. There’s something for everyone.

It was like jumping into a time machine. Very retro and bland......Rice with no salt. 😯2020These were my words a year ago.Who opens their business on Sunday and doesnt define their intent ?Doesnt that mean you buy, sell, and/or trade items ?This establishment is definitely a work in progress.

These guys were awesome when I went in to buy a used bike. Even though the bike is a little older and they could have charged to tune it just sold it as is they actually took the time to tune it and send me on my way very satisfied. I would definitely come back if I ever need any other repairs Im shopping for another used bike in the future.

The store has allot of good stuff and the people who work there are great, but they hardly give you anything for your stuff, they give you a small fraction of what its worth which is kind of shady. You would be better off going to a pawn shop to sell your items.

Find your odds and ends here. I got some gear for the PCT here a few years ago and have been back for other things since.The prices are kinda high for secondhand, but.... you can always find deals here.

I love coming to get n gear. From camping stoves to cowboy boots, they have it all! Very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Outdoor gear is so expensive, its nice to have a place to find it secondhand.

I Like the store. The Bike mechanic let me down.I bought a bike on CL, and I knew it needed work. I took my bike in to get the work done, (front/rear Derailleur adjustment, true wheels, cables replaced etc. but when I received the bike back it was just as bad as before, Frustrated I took it to another shop for a second opinion. they noticed components were broken, the wheel was bent. and no adjustment had been made on the front derailleur, also the derailleur hanger was bent. I took the bike back to GNG, and the bike mechanic said he didnt see the Broken derailleur, bent hanger, was surprised when I showed him how far off the tension was on each spoke, and said the front Derailleur Cant be adjusted. I went to the manager to see what could be done. he went back to the the Mechanic to ask questions, and when he came back he informed me that the Mechanic had started putting on a derailleur without my permission (USED on top of that, and not designed for my make and model ) and charged me for the Parts. Five dollars off price of factory new derailleur from other store. I asked to speak with the Owner of the store to see if we could work something out, and was toId no. when I brought back the bike for the second time because it was still not working. I was told the Bike mechanic had left.SO.Not seeing all the issues with my bike is problem number one.Not informing me of issues that were seen is problem number two.Starting new work on my bike without permission is problem number three.Using used components without permission is problem number four.Denying me access to speak with upper management is problem number five.Specifically being told Not to write a review is problem number six.Mechanic leaving before my test ride is just annoying.In the event that they have more than one person working on bikes I dont want someone who didnt touch my bike to be blamed. It sounded like the person who looked at my bike was named DJ, or DK. im not sure.Again I like the store.Everyone Has an off day, but this was problem after problem.They did refund some money, but I was still charged for work that I didnt ask for, and was given used parts. I also had to take my bike to a Second shop pay Another 30$ to fix everything that was still broken. (second shop gave me a small deal because they had seen the bike multiple times during the day and showed me how the components were supposed to look and act on their Non- Broken New bikes)

This was the worst shopping experience of my life. Aidan and Alex were the rudest sales people I have ever encountered and being a collector, that means a lot. I deal with people from all walks of life all day and I get to interact with all types of knuckleheads but these lowlifes take the cake.

My bf showed this store to me and I fell inlove they have very cheap prices and everything is in good shape, I highly recommend this stuff for my traveler and hiking friends looking for good deals.

I would not recommend this place by any means especially if your trying to sell them something. I live in Klamath Falls Oregon and called to see if they were interested in buying a complete snowboard set up and after explaining what I had the gentlemen told me he was interested in buying it. So I drove to Ashland from Klamath Falls and the ladie working told me she wouldn’t buy it without even looking at it. Really upsetting and a waste or time. Stay away!!!

Amazing collection of consignment outdoor goods. From boots to roof racks and everything in between. As one can imagine, keeping it all organised is tough.

Very unreliable shop. My husband rented a bicycle and the first bike they gave him had a flat tire and he had to request a different one. The second one would not stay in gear and made loud noises when shifting and going uphill. He had to walk all the hills. When he returned it after less than 2 hours of riding, they refused to make any adjustment on price (it was prepaid).

Prices higher than walmart. Not a friendly shop to visit. I guess community means rip off
