Was told our car would be done in a day. Had to pay up front, because he ordered tires and has to send the car to get them mounted and aligned. He wouldnt return our calls and at times wouldnt answer them. When speaking to me he was rude, but polite to my husband. I will never take another car to him for repairs.

Kept saying would be done in 2 days, has been over a month and hasnt even started. Every time I cal its another Earth shattering excuse

They are good and hard workers if anyone takes their vehicle there it will be fixed right they sure know what they are doing.. and the cost is the cheapest in town thats the truth bill and Ed and Phil theyd respect people and they also work on the postal service vehicles all of them so now you should know its safe and they are very honest men

My friends car has been there to be worked on, for a WHOLE YEAR now...its one excuse after another!! Dont ever pay up front!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had trying to get my car fixed. Never pay in advance to this garage. Or believe anything Phil has to say. He still owes us money and will not return our phone calls. We will be going to court over this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even though, Phil kept putting us off on the part ordered and do to the fact the parts place in Ironton kept delaying him, we finally got our diesel door repaired. Putting that aside, we had good service and very friendly and fair pricing from them. I would recommend them for their service.

I brought my car in on October 2 and still havent got it back! Its no longer even on the lot and hasnt been for months! Im now involved in a court case to get my car and the $2,265 that I paid him to get the transmission fixed. Eight months of excuses and lies and avoiding me. Ive recently heard that at least two other cars have disappeared off his lot and that it is supposedly his son that is stealing them to sell for parts. Do not bring him your car!!!

This business told me that my catalytic converters were bad then cut them off sold them then told me it needs more repairs after I paid him 280 dollars for piping he said it needed so now Im out 280 dollars no catillatic converters and none of my problems fixed he called the police and pushed my car in the street
