The manager Zee should really consider getting off her PERSONAL cell phone and helping customers. I asked for a specific black blank hat. Was told she didn’t have time to look for one. Two customers including myself in the store and you don’t have time? Then proceed to say “oh my god why do people need to be so annoying” all I wanted was an item number so I could order it myself since she couldn’t. Then proceeded to help customers that came in after me and disregard what I was looking for. After 20 minutes she finally got me a number. But once I left I realized she gave me the wrong product number. All while talking on her cell phone. Absolutely poor customer service. I won’t go back. She should consider a new position.
Bought a hat, coulldnt try it on, stitch line showing which realized after buying it . Didnt leave the parking lot before noticed got stuck paying 42 bucks for a hat that dont fit and stitch line showing from the hat to the bib! Rip offs just bad business if you cant try to see your size

Walked in met eyes with the guy behind the counter, and he says to the customers hes serving, after yall Im going on break I dont care, so I left, no purchases here or ever, be rude on your break guy and dont forget your still on the clock till then.
Was refused service because my medical condition prevents me from being able to wear a mask the clerk was very rude
Lids the actual store was fine, however, whomever shut down the embroidery machine on the evening of December 18/2018 did a horrible job setting the bobbin which resulted in the machine ruining my jacket which lids paid for and also reimburse me for the embroidery that they couldnt do. Properly training everyone in the store to use and maintenance all of the equipment would be where I would start. Also properly explaining that the signature for your embroidery covers lids from copyright infringement, damages to your personal property, lost and or stolen. These were not explained at checkout. Overall not really their fault for the mishap, Mike handled the situation very professional, and in a professional manner, very apologetic, and informative about why they had the issue. I wont be back to lids for any embroidery work because of lack of training.
